Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange mit einem Aufhängeelement (1), das so eingerichtet ist, dass der Bügel mit dem Aufhängeelement (1) an einer Kleiderstange aufnehmbar ist, und einem Halteelement (3), das so eingerichtet ist, dass darauf ein Riemen der Tasche aufnehmbar ist, wobei im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels das Halteelement (3) unter dem Aufhängeelement (1) angeordnet ist. Um einen entsprechenden Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange bereitzustellen, der eine einfache, übersichtliche und schonende Lagerung einer Tasche an einer Kleiderstange ermöglicht, wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Haltelement (3) eine zumindest abschnittsweise konvex gekrümmte Aufnahmefläche (6) aufweist, mit der der Riemen der Tasche in Eingriff bringbar ist, das Halteelement (3) ein Sicherungselement (9) aufweist, das so eingerichtet ist, dass es ein Abrutschen des Riemens verhindert, und sich das Aufhängeelement (1) im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels zumindest abschnittsweise über dem Halteelement (3) erstreckt.

Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betriff einen Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange mit einem Aufhängeelement, das so eingerichtet ist, dass der Bügel mit dem Aufhängeelement auf einer Kleiderstange aufnehmbar ist, und einem Halteelement, das so eingerichtet ist, dass darauf ein Riemen der Tasche aufnehmbar ist, wobei im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels das Halteelement unter dem Aufhängeelement angeordnet ist.
  • Es hat sich gezeigt, dass es im täglichen Leben schwierig ist, Taschen, insbesondere Damenhandtaschen, geordnet zu lagern, sodass sie zum Einen beim Lagern keiner übermäßigen Materialbeanspruchung unterliegen, zum Anderen aber auch die Auswahl der Tasche beim morgendlichen Ankleiden oder beim Verlassen des Hauses einfach und übersichtlich möglich ist.
  • Es sind daher aus dem Stand der Technik einige Möglichkeiten und Vorrichtungen zur Lagerung von Taschen bekannt, die im Wesentlichen alle darauf beruhen, die Taschen in irgendwie geartete Fächer eines Regalelements einzuschieben.
  • Zudem kennt der Stand der Technik Haken, beispielsweise nach Art eines Fleischerhakens, mit denen Taschen an die Kleiderstangen einer Garderobe oder eines Schranks gehängt werden können.
  • So ist beispielsweise aus der GB 2 218 329 eine Hakenanordnung mit einem Aufhängehaken und einer Ösenanordnung, durch die ein Riemen der aufzuhängenden Tasche gefädelt wird, bekannt. Die Aufnahme des Riemens der Tasche an dem Haken beruht dabei darauf, dass der Riemen durch die Ösenanordnung gefädelt wird und durch Reibschluss an der Ösenanordnung gehalten wird.
  • Alle diese bekannten Hakenanordnungen weisen insbesondere den Nachteil auf, dass die Riemen über Gebühr gebogen oder geknickt werden, sodass es bei der Lagerung zu einer übermäßigen Beanspruchung des Materials und zu einer vorzeitigen Abnutzung kommt. Dies ist insbesondere bei teuren Lederhandtaschen inakzeptabel.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange bereitzustellen, der eine einfache, übersichtliche und schonende Lagerung einer Tasche an einer Kleiderstange ermöglicht.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß ein Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange vorgeschlagen mit einem Aufhängeelement, das so eingerichtet ist, dass der Bügel mit dem Aufhängeelement auf einer Kleiderstange aufnehmbar ist, und einem Halteelement, das so eingerichtet ist, dass darauf ein Riemen der Tasche aufnehmbar ist, wobei im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels das Halteelement unter dem Aufhängeelement angeordnet ist, wobei das Halteelement eine zumindest abschnittsweise konvex gekrümmte Aufnahmefläche aufweist, mit welcher der Riemen der Tasche in Eingriff bringbar ist, wobei das Halteelement ein Sicherungselement aufweist, das so eingerichtet ist, dass es ein Abrutschen des Riemens verhindert, und sich das Aufhängeelement zumindest abschnittsweise über dem Halteelement erstreckt.
  • Eine derartige Ausgestaltung eines Bügels für eine Tasche ermöglicht es, den oder die Riemen der Tasche an einer Krümmung an dem Bügel aufzunehmen, die in etwa der Krümmung bei der sachgemäßen Verwendung, insbesondere dem Aufliegen des Riemens auf eine Schulter oder dem Tragen des Riemens in der Hand, entspricht. Auf diese Weise wird das Material des Riemens bei der Lagerung auf dem Bügel nicht anders beansprucht als beim ordnungsgemäßen Gebrauch der Tasche.
  • Zudem ist es leicht, die Tasche an dem Bügel aufzunehmen, da die Riemen nicht wie aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt durch eine Ösenanordnung gefädelt werden müssen, sondern ähnlich einer Jacke leicht auf den Bügel gehängt werden können.
  • Das Aufhängeelement des Bügels ist in einer Ausführungsform ein Haken oder eine Öse mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung für die Kleiderstange. Insbesondere bei der Ausgestaltung des Aufhängeelements als Haken lässt sich der Bügel auch bei auf ihm aufgenommener Tasche leicht in einen Kleiderschrank oder eine Garderobe einhängen.
  • In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung weist die Aufnahmefläche in Krümmungsrichtung eine Länge von mindestens 5 cm, vorzugsweise von mindestens 8 cm und besonders bevorzugt von mindestens 10 cm oder von mindestens 20 cm auf. Bei einer derartigen Länge der Aufnahmefläche wird eine übermäßige Krümmung der auf der Aufnahmefläche aufgenommenen Bügel vermieden.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist die Aufnahmefläche einen Krümmungsradius von mindestens 10 cm auf.
  • In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Sicherungselement, welches ein Abrutschen des Riemens verhindert, eine sich zumindest abschnittsweise auf der Aufnahmefläche erstreckende rutschhemmende Beschichtung, vorzugsweise aus einem Material wie Gummi oder Leder. Eine solche Beschichtung hat den Vorteil, dass sie ein Verrutschen des Riemens in allen Richtungen, d.h. sowohl in Krümmungsrichtung des Aufnahmeelements als auch in einer Richtung senkrecht dazu, verhindert.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist das Sicherungselement ein Randabschnitt der Aufnahmefläche, der so angeordnet ist, dass die Aufnahmefläche und das Sicherungselement zusammen in einer Richtung senkrecht zu der konvexen Krümmung der Aufnahmefläche (d.h. senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt bilden. Eine derartige Ausgestaltung des Sicherungselements weist den Vorteil auf, dass sie einstückig mit dem Aufhängeelement ausgestaltbar ist, sodass kein zusätzlicher Arbeitsschritt, wie beim Beschichten, vorzunehmen ist. Das derartige Sicherungselement verhindert wirksam ein Abrutschen eines Riemens der Tasche von der Aufnahmefläche in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung ist die Aufnahmeöffnung des Aufhängeelements so angeordnet, dass sich im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels die Kleiderstange im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung der Aufnahmefläche erstreckt. Bei einer derartigen Ausrichtung des Aufhängeelements relativ zur Aufnahmefläche lassen sich mehrere Taschen platzsparend an der gleichen Kleiderstange aufhängen, da die Taschen im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Stange hängen.
  • In einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung hat das Aufhängeelement eine Auflagefläche zur Auflage auf der Kleiderstange. Diese Auflagefläche weist vorzugsweise eine Breite in Längsrichtung der in der Aufnahmeöffnung aufnehmbaren Kleiderstange und die Aufnahmefläche hat eine Breite senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung der Aufnahmefläche, wobei die Breite der Auflagefläche mindestens ein Drittel der Breite der Aufnahmefläche und vorzugsweise mindestens die Hälfte der Breite der Aufnahmefläche beträgt. Auf diese Weise stellt das Aufhängeelement eine ausreichend große Auflagefläche auf einer Kleiderstange bereit, sodass das durch das Gewicht einer an dem Halteelement aufgenommenen Tasche auf den Bügel ausgeübte Drehmoment den Bügel nicht gegenüber der Stange verkippt.
  • Insbesondere bei solchen Ausführungsformen, bei denen die Tasche so an dem Bügel aufnehmbar ist, dass ihre Riemen im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Kleiderstange orientiert sind, ist es zweckmäßig, wenn das Aufhängeelement ausgehend von dem Halteelement so geformt ist, dass sich die Aufnahmeöffnung des Aufhängeelements zumindest abschnittsweise über der Aufnahmefläche des Halteelements erstreckt.
  • Dabei ist es insbesondere vorteilhaft, wenn sich die Auflagefläche bis zur oder über die Mitte der Aufnahmefläche in einer Richtung parallel zur Kleiderstange erstreckt.
  • Auf diese Weise wird ebenfalls ein Verkippen des Bügels relativ zur Kleiderstange bei Aufnahme einer Tasche an diesem wirksam vermieden.
  • In einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist der Bügel aus Edelstahl gefertigt. Dabei ist es zweckmäßig, wenn der Bügel zweistückig ausgestaltet ist, wobei das Aufhängeelement ein erstes Teil und das Halteelement ein zweites Teil bilden. Beide Teile sind dann beispielsweise durch Schweißen miteinander verbunden.
  • In einer alternativen Ausführungsform, die insbesondere für große Stückzahlen geeignet ist, ist der Bügel als Aluminium-Gussteil oder Kunststoffspritzgussteil ausgeführt.
  • Weitere Vorteile, Merkmale und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anhand der folgenden Beschreibung einer Ausführungsform und der dazugehörigen Figuren deutlich.
    • Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Bügels in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Kleiderstange.

  • Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines erfindungsgemäßen Bügels mit einem als Haken 1 ausgestalteten Aufhängeelement und einem mit dem Haken 1 an dessen unteren Ende 2 verbundenen Halteelement 3.
  • In der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist der gesamte Bügel aus Edelstahl gefertigt und zweistückig ausgeführt, wobei der Bügelhaken 1 ein erstes Teil und das Halteelement 3 ein zweites Teil bilden. Der Haken 1 und das Halteelement 3 sind im Scheitelpunkt 4 des Halteelements 3 bzw. am unteren Ende 2 des Hakens 1 miteinander verschweißt. Der Haken 1 weist wie herkömmliche Kleiderbügel auch eine Aufnahmeöffnung 5 auf, in die eine Kleiderstange (in den Figuren 1 und 2 nicht gezeigt) einbringbar ist, sodass der Bügel auf diese aufgehängt werden kann.
  • Das Halteelement 3 verfügt über eine Aufnahmefläche 6, welche eine konvexe Krümmung aufweist. Die Krümmungsrichtung der Aufnahmefläche 6 ist im Wesentlichen senkrecht zum Verlauf einer Kleiderstange, auf die der Bügel aufnehmbar ist. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Krümmungsrichtung im Sinne der vorliegenden Anmeldung mit 12 bezeichnet. Im Gebrauch des Bügels werden die Riemen einer Handtasche auf die Aufnahmefläche 6 aufgelegt, sodass diese im Wesentlichen der Krümmung der Aufnahmefläche 6 folgen.
  • In der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Krümmungsrichtung der Aufnahmefläche 6 des Halteelements 3 im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Richtung einer in dem Haken 1 aufgenommenen Kleiderstange, sodass sich in einer Garderobe oder in einem Kleiderschrank mehrere Handtaschen parallel nebeneinander platzsparend aufnehmen lassen.
  • Das Halteelement 3 weist in der dargestellten Ausführungsform eine Gesamtbreite zwischen ihrem linken Ende 7 und ihrem rechten Ende 8 von 13 cm auf, sodass die Aufnahmefläche 6 selbst in Krümmungsrichtung 12 eine Länge von deutlich mehr als 10 cm aufweist. Auf diese Weise wird eine übermäßige Krümmung, beispielsweise von Lederriemen einer wertvollen Damenhandtasche, auf dem Aufnahmeelement 3 vermieden. Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt, ist der Krümmungsradius r der Aufnahmefläche 6 größer als 10 cm.
  • Figur 2 zeigt eine Seitenansicht des um 90° gedrehten Bügels aus Figur 1. Dabei zeigt Figur 2 eine Sicht auf den Bügel von der rechten Seite der Figur 1 aus betrachtet. Eindeutig zu identifizieren sind wieder der Haken 1 sowie das Halteelement 3 mit der Aufnahmefläche 6.
  • Der Haken 1 ist deutlich als ein in sich verdrehter Blechstreifen erkennbar, der an seinem unteren Ende 2 mit dem Halteelement 3 verschweißt ist, während sein oberes Ende nach einer Drehung um etwa 90° zu dem eigentlichen Haken mit Aufnahmeöffnung 5 gebogen ist. Figur 2 zeigt deutlich, dass das Aufnahmeelement 3 neben der Aufnahmefläche 6 eine mit der Aufnahmefläche 6 einstückig ausgeführte Aufkantung 9 aufweist. Diese Aufkantung 9 dient als Sicherungselement im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung. Die Aufnahmefläche 6 und die Aufkantung 9 bilden zusammen einen in Figur 2 erkennbaren U-förmigen Querschnitt.
  • Die Aufkantungen 9 verhindern, dass ein auf der Aufnahmefläche 6 aufgenommener Riemen einer Handtasche in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur durch die Aufnahmeöffnung 5 hindurchgreifenden Kleiderstange verrutscht und von dem Aufnahmeelement 3 abrutscht.
  • Um ein solches Verrutschen zu verhindern, kann alternativ oder zusätzlich (in Figuren 1 und 2 nicht gezeigt) die Aufnahmefläche 6 mit einer rutschhemmenden Gummibeschichtung versehen sein.
  • Figur 2 zeigt deutlich, dass nicht nur die Aufnahmefläche 6 in einer Richtung im Wesentlichen parallel zur Kleiderstange eine deutliche Ausdehnung in der Breite aufweist, sondern auch der Haken 1 selbst, insbesondere dort, wo er eine Auflagefläche 10 zur Auflage auf einer Kleiderstange bildet. Auf diese Weise können Drehmomente, die von einer auf der Aufnahmefläche 6 aufgenommenen Handtasche auf den Bügel ausgeübte Drehmomente von der ausgedehnten Auflagefläche 10 aufgefangen werden. In der dargestellten Ausführungsform ist die Breite der Auflagefläche 10 des Hakens 1 in einer Richtung parallel zur Kleiderstange, d.h. senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung der Aufnahmefläche 6, deutlich größer als die Hälfte der Breite der Aufnahmefläche 6 in ihrem Scheitelpunkt 4.
  • Ebenfalls erkennbar ist in Figur 2, dass sich der Haken 1, insbesondere seine Auflagefläche 10, deutlich über die Mitte 11 der Aufnahmefläche 6 in ihrem Scheitelpunkt 4 erstreckt. Diese Ausgestaltung dient ebenfalls dazu, mögliche Drehmomente auf den Bügel aufzufangen und in die Kleiderstange einzuleiten.
  • Für Zwecke der ursprünglichen Offenbarung wird darauf hingewiesen, dass sämtliche Merkmale, wie sie sich aus der vorliegenden Beschreibung, den Zeichnungen und den Ansprüchen für einen Fachmann erschließen, auch wenn sie konkret nur im Zusammenhang mit bestimmten weiteren Merkmalen beschrieben wurden, sowohl einzeln als auch in beliebigen Zusammenstellungen mit anderen der hier offenbarten Merkmalen oder Merkmalsgruppen kombinierbar sind, soweit dies nicht ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen wurde oder technische Gegebenheiten derartige Kombinationen unmöglich oder sinnlos machen. Auf die umfassende, explizite Darstellung sämtlicher denkbarer Merkmalskombinationen wird hier nur der Kürze und der Lesbarkeit der Beschreibung wegen verzichtet.
  • Während die Erfindung im Detail in den Zeichnungen und der vorangehenden Beschreibung dargestellt und beschrieben wurde, erfolgt diese Darstellung und Beschreibung lediglich beispielhaft und ist nicht als Beschränkung des Schutzbereichs gedacht, so wie er durch die Ansprüche definiert wird. Die Erfindung ist nicht auf die offenbarten Ausführungsformen beschränkt.
  • Abwandlungen der offenbarten Ausführungsformen sind für den Fachmann aus den Zeichnungen, der Beschreibung und den beigefügten Ansprüchen offensichtlich. In den Ansprüchen schließt das Wort "aufweisen" nicht andere Elemente oder Schritte aus, und der unbestimmte Artikel "eine" oder "ein" schließt eine Mehrzahl nicht aus. Insbesondere kann der erfindungsgemäße Bügel mehr als ein Aufhängeelement, vorzugsweise zwei Haken, aufweisen. Die bloße Tatsache, dass bestimmte Merkmale in unterschiedlichen Ansprüchen beansprucht sind, schließt ihre Kombination nicht aus. Claims (9)

  1. Bügel zum Aufhängen einer Tasche auf eine Kleiderstange mit
    einem Aufhängeelement (1), das so eingerichtet ist, dass der Bügel mit dem Aufhängeelement (1) an einer Kleiderstange aufnehmbar ist, und
    einem Halteelement (3), das so eingerichtet ist, dass darauf ein Riemen der Tasche aufnehmbar ist,
    wobei im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels das Halteelement (3) unter dem Aufhängeelement (1) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Haltelement (3) eine zumindest abschnittsweise konvex gekrümmte Aufnahmefläche (6) aufweist, mit der der Riemen der Tasche in Eingriff bringbar ist,
    das Halteelement (3) ein Sicherungselement (9) aufweist, das so eingerichtet ist, dass es ein Abrutschen des Riemens verhindert,
    und sich das Aufhängeelement (1) im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels zumindest abschnittsweise über dem Halteelement (3) erstreckt.
  2. Bügel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeelement ein Haken (1) oder eine Öse mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (5) für die Kleiderstange ist.
  3. Bügel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmefläche (6) in Krümmungsrichtung (12) eine Länge von mindestens 5 cm, vorzugsweise von mindestens 8 cm und besonders bevorzugt von mindestens 10 cm aufweist.
  4. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmefläche (6) einen Krümmungsradius (r) von mindestens 10 cm aufweist.
  5. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement eine sich zumindest abschnittsweise auf der Aufnahmefläche (6) erstreckende rutschhemmende Beschichtung, vorzugsweise aus Gummi oder Leder, ist.
  6. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sicherungselement ein Randabschnitt (9) der Aufnahmefläche (6) ist, der so angeordnet ist, dass die Aufnahmefläche (6) und das Sicherungselement (9) zusammen in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung (12) der Aufnahmefläche (6) einen U-förmigen Querschnitt bilden.
  7. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeelement (1) eine Auflagefläche (10) mit einer Breite in Längsrichtung der in der Aufnahmeöffnung (5) aufnehmbaren Kleiderstange aufweist und die Aufnahmefläche (6) eine Breite senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung (12) der Aufnahmefläche (6) aufweist, wobei die Breite der Auflagefläche (10) mindestens ein Drittel der Breite der Aufnahmefläche (6) und vorzugsweise mindestens die Hälfte der Breite der Aufnahmefläche (6) beträgt.
  8. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Aufhängeelement (1) ausgehend von dem Halteelement (3) so geformt ist, dass sich die Auflagefläche (10) des Aufhängeelements (1) zumindest abschnittsweise über der Aufnahmefläche (6) des Halteelements (3) erstreckt.
  9. Bügel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmeöffnung (5) des Aufhängeelements (1) so angeordnet ist, dass sich im aufgehängten Zustand des Bügels die Kleiderstange im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Krümmungsrichtung (12) der Aufnahmefläche (6) erstreckt.
