Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trocknungseinrichtung (1) zum Trocknen von Wäsche mit einem Behandlungsraum zur Aufnahme von Trockengut, mit einer Einrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Prozessluftstroms, mit einer im Prozessluftstrom angeordneten Filtereinrichtung (19), welche mindestens einen Rahmen (21), ein Filtersieb (23) und einen Behälter (39) zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes umfasst. Um die Anordnung des Duftstoff-Behälters (39) im Prozessluftstrom zu verbessern wird vorgeschlagen, dass zwischen dem Rahmen (21) und dem Behälter (39) ein Abstandshalter (43) angeordnet ist, mit dem der Behälter (39) mit Abstand vom Rahmen (21) im Prozessluftstrom platzierbar ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Trocknungseinrichtung zum Trocknen von Wäsche mit einem Behandlungsraum zur Aufnahme von Trockengut, mit einer Einrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Prozessluftstroms, mit einer im Prozessluftstrom angeordneten Filtereinrichtung, welche mindestens einen Rahmen, ein Filtersieb und einen Behälter zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes umfasst.
  • Eine solche Trocknungseinrichtung ist aus der KR 1020070007548 bekannt. Bei der dort gezeigten Anordnung wird ein flacher Behälter, welcher zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes dient, durch einen Schlitz im Rahmen in eine Vertiefung des Filtersiebs geschoben und dort im Randbereich des Filters gehalten. In diesem Bereich ist einerseits die Gefahr einer Verflusung am größten, andererseits die Durchströmung mit Prozessluft am geringsten.
  • Die EP 2 431 516 A1 offenbart einen Wäschetrockner, bei dem der Behälter zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes in der Tür angeordnet ist.
  • Der Erfindung stellt sich das Problem, bei einer Trocknungseinrichtung der eingangs genannten Art die Anordnung des Duftstoff-Behälters im Prozessluftstrom zu verbessern.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dieses Problem durch eine Trocknungseinrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen und Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den nachfolgenden Unteransprüchen.
  • Die mit der Erfindung erreichbaren Vorteile ergeben sich dadurch, dass zwischen dem Rahmen und dem Behälter ein Abstandshalter angeordnet ist, mit dem der Behälter mit Abstand vom Rahmen im Prozessluftstrom platzierbar ist. Hierdurch wird der Behälter mittig im Prozessluftstrom platziert, so dass sich die Wirkung des Duftstoffes besser entfalten kann.
  • Ein einfacher und leicht zu montierender Aufbau ergibt dadurch, dass der Abstandshalter mittels eines Hakenelements und/oder eines Rastelements an dem Rahmen befestigbar ist. Des Weiteren kann der Abstandshalter eine ringförmige Aufnahme zur Halterung eines zylindrischen Behälters besitzen.
  • In einer besonders vorteilhaften Ausführungsform ist der Rahmen in einer Haltevorrichtung aufnehmbar und sind Rahmen und Haltevorrichtung mit einer Sperreinrichtung ausgestattet, welche ein Einsetzen des Rahmens in eine Haltevorrichtung ohne Sperreinrichtung verhindert. Hierdurch wird gewährleistet, dass Filtereinrichtungen, welche zur Halterung eines Duftstoffbehälters geeignet sind, nicht in Trockner eingesetzt werden können, welche nicht zur Beduftung von Wäsche vorgesehen sind. Auf diese Weise werden Materialbeeinträchtigungen durch Duftstoff bei nicht dafür konzipierten Trocknern vermieden. Die Sperreinrichtung kann aus einer Nase am Rahmen und einer Aussparung an der Führung gebildet sein. Außerdem ist die Haltevorrichtung in zweckmäßiger Weise an einer den Behandlungsraum verschließenden Tür angeordnet.
  • Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen rein schematisch dargestellt und wird nachfolgend näher beschrieben. Es zeigt

  • Die Figur 1 zeigt in der perspektivischen Darstellung einen Wäschetrockner 1. Dieser umfasst ein Gehäuse 3, in dem eine in den Figuren nicht erkennbare, drehbar gelagerte Trommel als Behandlungsraum zur Aufnahme der zu trocknenden Wäsche angeordnet ist. Die Trommel besitzt an ihrer Vorderseite eine Öffnung (nicht dargestellt), welche mit einer Beschickungsöffnung 5 im Gehäuse 3 korrespondiert. Letztere ist durch eine Tür 7 verschließbar. Über die Tür 7 wird der beispielsweise von einem Gebläse (nicht dargestellt) erzeugte Prozessluftstrom geführt, mit welchem die in der Trommel befindliche Wäsche getrocknet werden kann.
  • Die Tür 7 ist auf ihrer in Figur 1 nicht erkennbaren Türinnenseite mit einer in Figur 2 gezeigten Türkappe 9 ausgestattet. Die Türkappe 9 dient zur Führung des Prozessluftstroms von einem nicht gezeigten, im Gehäuse 3 befindlichen Prozessluftkanal in die Trommel. Sie ist hierzu mit Einlassöffnungen 11 im Randbereich 13 und Auslassöffnungen 15 in der nach innen zeigenden Stirnfläche 17 ausgestattet. Des Weiteren dient die Türkappe 9 zur Aufnahme einer Filtereinrichtung 19, mit welcher aus der Wäsche mitgerissene Flusen aus dem Prozessluftstrom entfernt werden. Die Filtereinrichtung 19 ist in Figur 3 gezeigt. Sie umfasst einen Rahmen 21, in dem ein flächiges Filtersieb 23 gehaltert ist. Der Rahmen 21 wird über eine obere Öffnung 25 im oberen Randbereich 27 der Türkappe 9 in seitliche Führungsschienen 29 geschoben und schließt dann im Betriebszustand, d. h. vollständig eingeschoben, flächenbündig mit dem oberen Randbereich 27 ab. Figur 4 zeigt die Filtereinrichtung 19 und die Türkappe 9 in diesem Zustand. Zur Entnahme ist der Rahmen 21 mit einer Handhabe 31 versehen. Außerdem besitzt er im unteren Bereich Öffnungen 33, die mit den Einlassöffnungen 11 der Türkappe 9 korrespondieren. In Figur 5 ist erkennbar, dass der Rahmen 21 mit einer Nase 35 versehen ist, welche in eine Aussparung 37 am Rand der Türkappe 9 eintauchen kann (siehe Figur 4). Auf diese Weise wird verhindert, dass die Filtereinrichtung 19 in eine Türkappe 9 eingesetzt wird, die nicht mit einer solchen Aussparung ausgestattet ist, die aber ansonsten baugleich ist. Bei einer solchen Türkappe 9 würde die Filtereinrichtung 19 nämlich nicht flächenbündig eingesetzt werden können und demzufolge könnte die Tür 7 nicht mehr geschlossen werden. Figur 4 zeigt auch, dass die Filtereinrichtung 19 erfindungsgemäß mit einem Behälter 39 zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes ausgestattet ist. Der zylindrische Behälter 39 wird in einer ringförmigen Aufnahme 41 gehalten. Sie ist ohne Behälter in Figur 7 dargestellt und Teil eines Abstandshalters 43, der den Behälter 39 mit Abstand vom Rahmen 21 im Prozessluftstrom platziert. Zur Befestigung des Abstandhalters 43 an dem Rahmen 21 ist letzterer mit einem schlitzförmigen Spalt 45 und darunter mit einer rechteckigen Öffnung 47 versehen, siehe Figur 6. Der Abstandhalter besitzt ein Hakenelement 49, welches in den schlitzförmigen Spalt 45 eingeführt wird. Anschließend wird der Halter 43 nach unten geschwenkt. Dabei taucht ein Rastelement 51 in die rechteckige Öffnung 47 und verrastet schließlich mit dem Rand der Öffnung 47. Somit befindet sich der Abstandhalter 43 in einer fixierten Betriebsposition und kann den Behälter 39 aufnehmen, siehe Figuren 2 und 3.
  • Der Aufbau des Behälters 39 und seine Befestigung in der Aufnahme 41 ist aus der früheren europäischen Patentanmeldung mit dem Aktenzeichen 12401067.9 bekannt und wird deshalb hier nicht näher beschrieben.

Claims (6)

  1. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) zum Trocknen von Wäsche mit einem Behandlungsraum zur Aufnahme von Trockengut, mit einer Einrichtung zur Erzeugung eines Prozessluftstroms, mit einer im Prozessluftstrom angeordneten Filtereinrichtung (19), welche mindestens einen Rahmen (21), ein Filtersieb (23) und einen Behälter (39) zur Aufnahme und Abgabe eines Duftstoffes umfasst,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass zwischen dem Rahmen (21) und dem Behälter (39) ein Abstandshalter (43) angeordnet ist, mit dem der Behälter (39) mit Abstand vom Rahmen (21) im Prozessluftstrom platzierbar ist.
  2. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Abstandshalter (43) mittels eines Hakenelements (49) und/oder eines Rastelements (51) an dem Rahmen (21) befestigbar ist.
  3. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Abstandshalter (43) eine ringförmige Aufnahme (41) zur Halterung eines zylindrischen Behälters (39) besitzt.
  4. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass der Rahmen (21) in einer Haltevorrichtung (9) aufnehmbar ist und dass Rahmen (21) und Haltevorrichtung (9) mit einer Sperreinrichtung ausgestattet sind, welche ein Einsetzen des Rahmens (21) in eine Haltevorrichtung (9) ohne Sperreinrichtung verhindert.
  5. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Sperreinrichtung aus einer Nase (35) am Rahmen (21) und einer Aussparung (37) an der Haltevorrichtung (9) gebildet ist.
  6. Trocknungseinrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Haltevorrichtung (9) an einer den Behandlungsraum verschließenden Tür (7) angeordnet ist.
