Claims (9)
- Dispositif de mélange du contenu de récipients de substrats, dans lequel le récipient de substrats comprend une paroi périphérique et un fond, où la paroi périphérique s'oriente sur un axe principal vertical, et dans lequel à l'aide d'un cadre de montage (9) au moins un agitateur (3) est disposé dans le récipient de substrats (1) et où l'agitateur (3) présente une roue d'agitation ajustable verticale (5) dotée d'un axe de rotation horizontal (6), dans lequel à distance sur le cadre de montage (9) un chariot ajustable vertical (8) est disposé, caractérisé en ce que la roue d'agitation (5) se compose de deux disques parallèles l'un à l'autre (12, 13), entre lesquels plusieurs palles d'agitation (14) sont disposées, et en ce que la roue d'agitation (5) dispose d'un tube de support concentrique (18, en ce que le chariot (8) présente une transmission alignée horizontalement (25) afin d'accueillir le tube de support (18) de la roue d'agitation (5) et en ce que la transmission (25) soit dotée à son extrémité libre d'une bride de support (27), servant à accueillir la roue d'agitation (5), de sorte que la transmission (25) constitue le moyeu de la roue d'agitation (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les palles d'agitation (14) sont situées dans des plans inclinés vers l'axe de rotation (6) de la roue d'agitation (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un entraînement est prévu pour le déplacement vertical du chariot (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement est conçu comme un entraînement par chaîne (21).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs agitateurs (3) sont placés dans le récipient de substrats (1) et sont également diamétralement opposés.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, adapté pour que le déplacement vertical de la roue d'agitation (5) ait lieu de façon commune ou individuelle.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de substrats (1) est conçu comme un bac de fermentation, un conteneur de fermentation, une cuve de dépôt ou similaire.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de substrats (1) comporte un couvercle (29) doté d'ouvertures d'inspection verrouillables et étanches au gaz (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi périphérique (4) du récipient de substrats (1) est de forme annulaire circulaire vue du dessus.
