Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Kühlwerk einer Druckmaschine. Weiterhin ist es aus der Praxis bereits bekannt, dass solche Druckmaschinen ein Kühlwerk umfassen, das in Transportrichtung des Bedruckstoffs gesehen stromabwärts des Trockner positioniert ist, wobei ein solches Kühlwerk dem Kühlen eines bedruckten und getrockneten Bedruckstoffs dient. Ein solches Kühlwerk einer Druckmaschine verfügt über Kühlwerkwalzen, an welchen der zu kühlende Bedruckstoff beim Transport durch das Kühlwerk geführt wird. Hierbei kann sich auf den Kühlwerkwalzen Druckfarbe ablegen, die vom bedruckten Bedruckstoff auf die Oberfläche der jeweiligen Kühlwerkwalze übertragen wird. Ein solches Druckfarbeablegen auf den Kühlwerkwalzen ist von Nachteil, da hierdurch die Druckqualität beeinträchtigt wird. Bislang sind keine einfachen und effektiven Möglichkeiten bekannt, mithilfe derer das sogenannte Druckfarbeablegen auf den Kühlwerkwalzen eines Kühlwerks vermieden werden kann.From practice printing presses are known which comprise a dryer in which a printed substrate is dried after printing.
