Claims (5)
- Dispositif (20) dévolu au rognage trilatéral simultané de produits (40) dans plusieurs postes de sectionnement (26, 27, 28), comprenant un pont supérieur commun (25) porte-couteaux qui peut être entraîné en un mouvement de levage, au moins des couteaux affectés au rognage de tranche de gouttière (29), ainsi qu'au rognage de tranche de tête et de tranche de queue (30, 31) desdits produits (40), pouvant être implantés sur ledit pont supérieur porte-couteaux ; un premier entraînement entraînant ledit pont supérieur (25) porte-couteaux, ainsi qu'un système de transport (34) muni de paires de courroies transporteuses (35, 36, 37, 38) situées côté tête et côté queue, en vue de transporter les produits (40) à travers les postes de sectionnement (26, 27, 28) dudit dispositif (20) ; et au moins un second entraînement (22, 23) entraînant le système de transport, les entraînements affectés (21) au système de levage, et (22, 23) audit système de transport, étant réalisés sous la forme d'entraînements autonomes indépendants les uns des autres, reliés les uns aux autres par l'intermédiaire d'un système de commande (47, 48, 49, 51),

que les entraînements indépendants sont reliés à une unité de commande centrale (51). - Procédé dédié au transport contrôlé de produits (40), vers un dispositif de traitement implanté en aval, à travers les postes de sectionnement (26, 27, 28) d'un dispositif (20) conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dévolu au rognage des bords desdits produits (40), comprenant les étapes suivantes :a) transport des produits, à travers les postes de sectionnement, à l'aide d'un système de transport (34) doté d'au moins un entraînement indépendant (22, 23) entraîné avec un profil de mouvement correspondant,b) transfert desdits produits à un système (39) de transport d'évacuation pourvu d'un entraînement indépendant (24), sachant que les vitesses de transport dudit système de transport d'évacuation, et dudit système de transport, coïncident pour l'essentiel au cours du transfert,c) à l'issue du transfert audit système (39) de transport d'évacuation, adaptation de la vitesse des produits à un profil de vitesse du système de transport du dispositif de traitement implanté en aval.
