Description

Unterteilungssystem
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Unterteilungssystem, insbesondere für Schubkästen, mit mehreren Wandelementen gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 .
Solche Unterteilungssysteme, beispielsweise in Form von Besteckeinsätzen mit Profilen fester Länge sind in vielfältigen Varianten aus dem Stand der Technik bekannt. Die Abmaße solcher Schubkästen sind in ihrer Länge und ihrer Breite je nach Korpus regelmäßig in 5 cm-Schritten gestuft. Bei manchen Schubkäs- ten gibt es zusätzlich ein sogenanntes Einbaubreiten-Maß (EB-Maß), welches den Schubkasten um einigige weitere Millimeter„wachsen" lässt. Dadurch entstehen bei der Unterteilung des Schubkasteninnenraums mit Unterteilungssystemen mit Profilen fester Länge je nach EB-Maß Lücken, die durch Ausgleichselemente ausgeglichen werden müssen.
Zum Ausgleich solcher Lücken ist beispielsweise aus der FR 1283923 A bekannt, zwischen den Wandelementen und den Innenwänden des Schubkastens federbelastete stirnseitige Endstücke in den Wandelementen vorzusehen, die an den Innenwänden des Schubkastens anliegen.
Aus der EP 1084661 B1 ist bekannt, den Ausgleich zwischen den Wandelementen und den Innenwänden des Schubkastens mittels passgenauer Halteelemente als Endstücke an die Trennwände anzusetzen, die im Profil an den Innenwänden des Schubkastens anliegen, wenn die Trennwand vertikal einge- setzt ist.
Problematisch bei diesen Lösungen ist, dass durch eine Änderung der Zargengeometrie des Schubkastens sich häufig auch automatisch das Innenmaß des Schubkastens zwischen gegenüberliegenden Innenwänden des Schubkastens verändert. Dadurch müssen beim Einsatz eines Unterteilungssystems mit immer gleichen Profillängen der Wandelemente eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Ausgleichselemente hergestellt und gelagert werden, was sehr platz- und kos- tenaufwändig ist. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, ein Unterteilungssystem, insbesondere für Schubkästen, bereitzustellen, welches ohne eine Vielzahl von Sonder- adapterstücken zwischen den Innenwänden des Schubkastens lückenfrei eingesetzt werden kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch ein Unterteilungssystem mit den Merkmalen des An- Spruchs 1 gelöst.
Erfindungsgemäß weist das Unterteilungssystem einen die Wandelemente umgebenden und aus mehreren Rahmenelementen zusammengesetzten Rahmen auf, wobei mindestens eines der Rahmenelemente um eine Achse pa- rallel zur Längserstreckung des Rahmenelementes klappbar mit den benachbarten Rahmenelementen verbindbar ist. Mit Hilfe Rahmenelemente können mit einem einzigen Unterteilungssystem alle gängigen Schubkastentypen ausgestattet werden. Durch die klappbaren Rahmenelemente kann dieses Unterteilungssystem auch für verschiedenste Zargendesigns eingesetzt werden.
Vorteilhafte Ausführungsvarianten der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausführungsvariante der Erfindung sind die Rah- menelemente und die Wandelemente über Adapter miteinander verbindbar.
Dadurch ist ein einfaches Zusammensetzen des Rahmens mit den gewünschten Abmaßen aus in bestimmten Standardlängen vorrätigen Rahmenelementen ermöglicht. Besonders bevorzugt ist mindestens eines dieser Rahmenelemente derart mit den Adaptern verbindbar, dass das Rahmenelement parallel zu seiner Längsachse schwenkbar ist. Dadurch kann das jeweilige Rahmenelement in eine Winkelstellung aus der senkrechten heraus so eingestellt werden, dass das Rahmenelement mit einer Berührlinie die Zargeninnenseite bzw. Front- oder Rückwand des Schubkastens berührt.
Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Adapter mehrteilig ausgebildet, wobei ein Teilstück der Adapter kreissegmentartig ausgebildet ist und unter Ausbildung variabel einstellbarer Winkel mit einem an dem stirnseitigen Ende eines der Wandelemente festgelegten zweiten Teilstücks der Adapter verbunden ist. Dadurch kann abhängig von der jeweiligen Stellung des kreissegmentartigen Teilstücks die Neigung des Adapters bzw. des als Rahmenelement ausgebildeten Wandelementes eingestellt werden. Gemäß einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sind die Adapter in zwei senkrecht zueinander stehenden Richtungen verschwenkbar ausgebildet. Werden zwei als Rahmenelemente ausgebildete Wandelemente über solchermaßen ausgebildete Adapter miteinander verbunden, ist dadurch auch eine Anpassung des Unterteilungssystems an eine von der Norm abweichende Länge und Breite eines Schubkastens ermöglicht.
Nachfolgend werden Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

In der nachfolgenden Figurenbeschreibung beziehen sich Begriffe wie oben, unten, links, rechts, vorne, hinten usw. ausschließlich auf die in den jeweiligen Figuren gewählte beispielhafte Darstellung und Position des Unterteilungssystems und der Wand- und Rahmenelemente. Diese Begriffe sind nicht einschränkend zu verstehen, das heißt, durch verschiedene Arbeitsstellungen oder die spiegelsymmetrische Auslegung oder dergleichen können sich diese Bezüge ändern.
In der Figur 1 ist mit dem Bezugszeichen 1 insgesamt ein Unterteilungssystem, insbesondere für Schubkästen bezeichnet. Das Unterteilungssystem 1 ist im Wesentlichen quaderförmig aufgebaut und umfasst mehrere Wandelemente 3, 5, die winklig zueinander ausgerichtet sind und so einen Innenraum in mehrere Kammern unterteilen. Die Wandelemente 3, 5, werden von Rahmenelementen 2, 4 umrandet und umschließen so den Innenraum des Unterteilungssystems 1 . In dem hier gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Innenraum zwischen den als Rahmenelementen 2, 4 zum einen durch ein die Rahmenelemente 4 miteinander verbindendes Wandelement 3 und zwei senkrecht zu dem Wandelement 3 und dem Rahmenelement 2 ausgerichteten Wandelementen 5 in mehrere Kammern aufgeteilt.
Figur 2 zeigt einen Teil dieses Unterteilungssystems 1 im in einem Schubkasten mit Seitenwänden 8, 9 eingebauten Zustand.
In der in Figur 3 gezeigten Explosionsdarstellung ist der Aufbau des Untertei- lungssystems 1 dargestellt. Wie hier gut zu erkennen ist, sind an den stirnseitigen Enden an die Außenränder des Unterteilungssystems 1 angrenzenden Wand- bzw. Rahmenelemente 2, 3, 4, 5 schwenkbare Adapter 6, 7 aufgesetzt, wobei mindestens eines Rahmenelemente 2, 4 nicht vertikal, sondern geneigt mit den angrenzenden Wand- bzw. Rahmenelementen 2, 3, 4, 5 verbunden ist.
Die als Rahmenecken dienenden Adapter 6 sind dabei bevorzugt dreiteilig aufgebaut, wobei ein erstes Teilstück 61 so geformt ist, dass es an das Profil des Rahmenelementes 2 ansteckbar ist. Dazu sind bevorzugt am oberen und/oder unteren Rand des Rahmenelementes 2 umbiegbare Laschen ausgestanzt, die in randseitige Ausnehmungen des Adapters eindrückbar sind und so den Adapter an dem Rahmenelement fixieren. Es ist auch denkbar, anstelle der Laschen, die Ausnehmungen am Adapter mit korrespondierenden Eindrückungen am Rahmenelement 2 in Eingriff und damit zur Fixierung zu bringen. Die Adapter 7 zur Verbindung eines Rahmenelementes 2, 4 mit einem Wandelement 3, 5 sind bevorzugt zweiteilig aufgebaut, wobei ein erstes Teilstück 71 so geformt ist, dass es an das Profil des Wandelementes 3, 5 ansteckbar ist. Das zweite Teilstück 72 des Adapters 7 ist im wesentlichen dreieckig geformt und schließt sich an die dem ansteckbaren Teil gegenüberliegenden Seite des Adapterstücks 71 an und ist mit seiner Hypotenusenseite senkrecht an dem Rahmenelement 2, 4 befestigbar. Wie bei dem ersten Adapterstück 61 des Eckadapters 6 sind bevorzugt am oberen und/oder unteren Rand des Wandelementes 3, 5 umbiegbare Laschen ausgestanzt sind, die in randseitige Aus- nehmungen des Adapterstücks 71 eindrückbar sind und so den Adapter 7 an dem Wandelement 3, 5 fixieren.
Zur Fixierung des zweiten Teilstücks 72 des Adapters 7 an der zur Mitte des Unterteilungssystem 1 weisenden Innenseite des Rahmenelementes 2, 4 können beispielsweise Nasen 73 aus der Hypotenusenseite des Adapterteils 72 hervorstehen, die in Ausnehmungen 21 , 41 an den dem Inneren des Unterteilungssystems 1 zugewandten Seiten der Wandelemente 2, 4 eingreifen. Ein sich an dieses in das Rahmenelement einschiebbare Adapterteil an die dem Wandelement 2 gegenüberliegende Vertikalkante anschließendes Adapterteil 62 ist als Adapterteil mit im wesentlich dreieckiger Grundfläche ausgebildet, wobei sich an die Hypotenuse des Dreiecks ein weiteres Adapterteil 63 anschließt, welches senkrecht zur Grundfläche der Adapterteile 61 , 62 hin zu ei- nem weiteren als Rahmenelement 4 hin erstreckt und an dieses Rahmenelement 4 ansteckbar ist. Durch die Gestaltung des Adapterteilstücks 62 in dreieckiger Gestalt wird das Rahmenelement 4 des Unterteilungssystems 1 so positioniert, dass es mit seiner Oberkante an die Innenwand einer Schubkastenzarge 8 anlehnt, wie es in den Figuren 4a bis 4c gezeigt ist.
Die Figuren 4a bis 4c zeigen dabei unterschiedliche Winkelvarianten des Adapters, die an unterschiedliche Geometrien einer Schubkastenzarge 8 angepasst sind. Eine weitere Ausführungsvariante eines Adapters 6, 7 ist in der Figur 5 gezeigt. Hier ist das Teilstück 62', 72' des Adapters 6', T kreissegmentartig ausgebildet, so dass es unter Ausbildung variabel einstellbarer Winkel α mit einem an dem stirnseitigen Ende eines der Rahmenelemente 2, 4 festgelegten zweiten Teilstücks 61 ', 71 ' des Adapters 6', T verbunden ist. Dieses Teilstück 62', 72' des Adapters 6', 7' weist bevorzugt Ausnehmungen 621 ', 721 ', die in bevorzugt gleichmäßigen Abständen etwas unterhalb des kreisförmigen Außenrandes nebeneinander vorgesehen sind und in eine an dem Teilstück 61 ', 71 ' des Adapters 6', 7' vorgesehene Nase verrastbar ist, so dass dadurch der Adapters 6', 7' in unterschiedlichen Winkelstellungen verrastbar ist, um das Rahmenele- ment 4 an die Geometrie der Innenwand einer Zarge, beispielsweise einer
Schubkastenzarge 8, anzupassen. Das Teilstück 62', 72' des Adapters ist, wie in Figur 5 gezeigt, bevorzugt um einen Fußpunkt 622', 722' verschwenkbar. In einer weiteren Ausführungsvariante ist, wie in den Figuren 6a und 6b gezeigt, der Adapter 6" so ausgebildet, dass er als Eckstück zur Verbindung zweier Rahmenelemente 2, 4 dient, wobei sowohl das Rahmenelement 2 als auch das Rahmenelement 4 über den Adapter 6" verschwenkbar sind. Die Adapterstücke 62", 63" des Adapters 6" sind dabei bevorzugt entsprechend den Adapterteilstücken 62' ausgebildet, um damit das Unterteilungssystem 1 so zu gestalten, dass eine Geometrieanpassung des Unterteilungssystems auch in zwei senkrecht zueinander stehenden Richtungen ermöglicht ist.

Claims

Ansprüche
Unterteilungssystem (1 ), insbesondere für Schubkästen, mit mehreren Wandelementen (3, 5), die winklig zueinander ausgerichtet sind und einen Innenraum in mehrere Kammern unterteilen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Unterteilungssystem (1 ) einen die Wandelemente (3, 5) umgebenden und aus mehreren Rahmenelementen (2, 4) zusammengesetzten Rahmen aufweist, wobei mindestens eines der Rahmenelemente (2, 4) um eine Achse parallel zur Längserstreckung des Rahmenelementes (2, 4) klappbar mit den benachbarten Rahmenelementen (2, 4) verbindbar ist.
Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rahmenelemente (2, 4) und die Wandelemente (3, 5) über Adapter (6, 6', 6", 7, 7') miteinander verbindbar sind.
Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') mehrteilig ausgebildet sind, wobei ein Teilstück (62, 62', 72, 72') der Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') als Winkelstück ausgebildet ist und mit einem an dem stirnseitigen Ende eines der Wandelemente (3,5) oder der Rahmenelemente (2, 4) festgelegten zweiten Teilstücks (61 , 71 ) der Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') verbunden ist.
Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') mehrteilig ausgebildet sind, wobei ein Teilstück (62, 72) der Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') kreissegmentartig ausgebildet ist und unter Ausbildung variabel einstellbarer Winkel (a) mit einem an dem stirnseitigen Ende eines der Wandelemente (2, 3, 4, 5) festgelegten zweiten Teilstücks (61 , 71 ) der Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') verbunden ist.
Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') um einen Fußpunkt (622, 622', 722, 722')
verschwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das kreissegmentartige Teilstück (62, 72) des Adapters (6, 6', 7, 7') mit dem Rahmenelement (2, 4) in vorbestimmten Winkelstellungen verrastbar ist.
7. Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') in zwei senkrecht zueinander stehenden Richtungen verschwenkbar ausgebildet sind.
8. Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Adapter (6, 6', 7, 7') an die Wandelemente (3, 5) und die Rahmenelement (2, 4) ansteckbar sind.
9. Unterteilungssystem (1 ) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Rahmenelementen (2, 4) umbiegbare Laschen ausgestanzt sind, die in randseitige Ausnehmungen der Adapter (6) eindrückbar sind.
