Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft ein Barrieresystem für ein Hochspannungsgerät mit Ölisolation.
- Ein derartiges Barrieresystem ist beispielsweise aus dem Buch von Andras Küchler "Hochspannungstechnik", 2. Auflage, 2005, Seiten 480 bis 482 bekannt. Bei diesem bekannten Barrieresystem werden einzelne Barrieren aus Pressspan verwendet, die unter Bildung von Ölspalten einander umfassend angeordnet sind. Um ein komplettes Barrieresystem zu schaffen, sind mehrere Zylinder aus Pressspan zumindest unterschiedlichen Durchmessers von Hand sehr aufwändig zu fertigen. Außerdem müssen die einzelnen Zylinder durch Abstandshalter hinsichtlich ihrer Abstände fixiert werden. Zur Herstellung des bekannten Barrieresystems ist somit ein sehr arbeitsintensiver Prozess durchzuführen.
- Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Barrieresystem für ein Hochspannungsgerät mit Ölisolation vorzuschlagen, das sich vergleichsweise einfach herstellen lässt.
- Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe weist das Barrieresystem erfindungsgemäß mindestens einen Wickel aus Wellpappe auf. Dabei wird unter Wellpappe ein Material verstanden, das in der Fachliteratur auch als "Wellboard" bezeichnet wird. Eine derartige Wellpappe steht als Endlosmaterial zur Verfügung und ist quer zu seiner Längserstreckung mit Wellen bzw. dreieckförmigen Ausformungen versehen.
- Es ist zwar aus der Seite 445 des o. g. Buches bekannt, "Wellboard" innerhalb von Lagenwicklungen einzuwickeln, um innerhalb der Lagenwicklungen axiale Kühlkanäle zu erzeugen, jedoch findet sich in dem Buch kein Hinweis auf die Verwendung von Wellpappe zur Herstellung eines Barrieresystems. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Barrieresystems besteht darin, dass es aus einem durchgehenden Wickel aus Wellpappe hergestellt ist, so dass das Barrieresystem bzw. sein Wickel automatisiert auf einer Wickelmaschine gefertigt werden kann. Die isolationstechnisch bedingte Stärke des Barrieresystems bzw. des einen Wickels wird dabei durch eine entsprechend hohe Anzahl von Windungen aus Wellpappe erzielt. Die Wellstruktur der Wellpappe schafft die Kanäle zur Ölführung zwischen den einzelnen Windungen des Zwickels aus Wellpappe, so dass der Zwickel für sich geeignet ist, ein Barrieresystem zu bilden.
- Als besonders vorteilhaft wird es angesehen, wenn sich bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Barrieresystem zwischen den Windungen aus Wellpappe jeweils mindestens eine Glattpapiereinlage befindet. Damit ist in einfacher Weise verhindert, dass die einzelnen Windungen der Wellpappe ineinander rutschen und damit die Kanäle zur Ölführung geschlossen werden. Dabei kann ohne nennenswerten zusätzlichen Aufwand die Glattpapiereinlage auf einer Wickelmaschine zusammen mit der Wellpappe zu einem Wickel gewickelt werden.
- Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Hochspannungsgerät mit Ölisolation und einem Barrieresystem.
- Um ein solches Hochspannungsgerät vergleichsweise einfach fertigen zu können, weist erfindungsgemäß sein Barrieresystem mindestens einen Wickel aus Wellpappe auf. Es ergeben sich dabei für das Hochspannungsgerät die Vorteile, die oben bereits zum Barrieresystem aufgeführt worden sind.
- Es ist auch bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Hochspannungsgerät vorteilhaft, wenn sich zwischen den Windungen aus Wellpappe jeweils mindestens eine Glattpapiereinlage befindet.
- Zur weiteren Erläuterung der Erfindung ist in

- eine Seitenansicht auf einen Abschnitt der bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Barrieresystems verwendeten Wellpappe dargestellt.
- In den
Figuren 1 und2 ist eine Innenelektrode 1 zu erkennen, die an ihrem äußeren Umfange 2 Windungen 3 aus Wellpappe 4 trägt. Die einzelnen Windungen 3 bestehen dabei nicht nur aus der Wellpappe 4, sondern - wieFigur 3 erkennen lässt - auch aus jeweils einer Glattpapiereinlage 5, die zusammen mit der Wellpappe 4 unter Bildung eines Wickels 6 gewickelt ist. Zur Herstellung des Wickels 6 kann eine normale Wickelmaschine verwendet werden. - In
Figur 1 ist eine erste, innere Windung aus der Wellpappe 4 mit Glattpapiereinlage 5 vergrößert dargestellt um zu zeigen, dass in jeder Windung des Wickels 6 quer verlaufende Kanäle 7 zur Ölführung gebildet sind, die von Wellen bzw. Ausformungen 8 der Wellpappe 4 gebildet sind. Dabei ist durch die miteingewickelte Glattpapiereinlage 5 verhindert, dass die Wellen 8 von übereinander aufgebrachten Windungen 3 aus dem Wellpapier 4 ineinander rutschen und damit die Kanäle zur Ölführung verschließen. - Der Wickel 6 kann bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Barrieresystem bzw. bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Hochspannungsgerät bei entsprechend vielen Windungen allein ein Barrieresystem 9 bilden; es ist aber auch möglich, das Barrieresystem aus mehreren einzelnen Wickeln aus Wellpappe herzustellen und zwischen den einzelnen Wickeln - wie bei Pressspanbarrieren bekannt - einen Abstand zu belassen.

- Barrieresystem (9) für ein Hochspannungsgerät mit Ölisolation,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Barrieresystem (9) mindestens einen Wickel (6) aus Wellpappe (4) aufweist. - Barrieresystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich zwischen den Windungen (3) aus der Wellpappe (4) jeweils mindestens eine Glattpapiereinlage (5) befindet. - Hochspannungsgerät mit Ölisolation und einem Barrieresystem,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Barrieresystem mindestens einen Wickel aus Wellpappe aufweist. - Hochspannungsgerät nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
sich zwischen den Windungen aus Wellpappe jeweils mindestens eine Glattpapiereinlage befindet.
