Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于具有油绝缘装置的高压设备的屏障系统(9)。为了能够相对简单地制造这种屏障系统,该屏障系统具有至少一个由瓦楞纸板(4)制成的卷包(6)。本发明还涉及一种具有屏障系统的高压设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于具有油绝缘装置的高压设备的屏障系统。
背景技术
这种屏障系统或阻隔系统例如在Andras Küchler的著作《高压电技术》,第2版,2005年,第480至482页已知。在这种已知的屏障系统中使用由纸板压制碎片制成的各单个屏障件,它们在形成油间隙的情况下相互包绕地布置。为了形成完整的屏障系统,需要很麻烦地手工制造多个由纸板压制碎片制成的至少直径不同的圆柱体。此外,这些单个圆柱体的间距必须通过间隔垫片固定。因此,为了制造已知的屏障系统,需要进行劳动密集型的工序。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种用于具有油绝缘装置的高压设备的屏障系统,其可相对简单地制造。
该技术问题按本发明这样解决,即所述屏障系统具有至少一个由瓦楞纸板或波纹纸板制成的卷包。在此,“瓦楞纸板”或“波纹纸板”理解为在专业文献中也称为“Wellboard”的材料。这种瓦楞纸板可作为连续材料使用并且横向于其纵向延伸配有波纹或者三角成型部。
尽管由上述著作的第445页已知,在层状卷包内部包卷“瓦楞纸板”,以便在层状卷包内部形成轴向冷却通道,但是该著作没有给出将瓦楞纸板用于制造屏障系统的启示。
按照本发明的屏障系统的一个重要优点在于,它是由通过瓦楞纸板构成的连续卷包制造而成的,因此屏障系统或其卷包可以自动化地在卷绕机上制造。在此,屏障系统或卷包的由绝缘技术决定的厚度通过由瓦楞纸板制成数量相应较大的匝圈达到。瓦楞纸板的波纹结构形成了用于在瓦楞纸板制卷包的各匝圈之间引导油的通道,因此卷包本身适用于构成屏障系统。
特别有利的是,在按照本发明的屏障系统中,在由瓦楞纸板制成的匝圈之间分别具有至少一个平滑纸衬里。由此以简单的方式防止瓦楞纸板的各匝圈相互滑动嵌合并且由此使用于引导油的通道关闭。在此,可以在无需明显附加耗费的情况下将平滑纸衬里在卷绕机上与瓦楞纸板一起卷成卷包。
本发明还涉及一种具有油绝缘装置和屏障系统的高压设备。
按照本发明,为了能够相对简单地制造这种高压设备,该高压设备的屏障系统具有至少一个由瓦楞纸板制成的卷包。在此对于高压设备来说具有以上已关于屏障系统阐述过的优点。
对于按照本发明的高压设备还有利的是,在由瓦楞纸板制成的匝圈之间分别具有至少一个平滑纸衬里。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中可以看到内部电极1,该内部电极在其外周向2上具有由瓦楞纸板4制成的匝圈3。在此,各个单独的匝圈3不只由瓦楞纸板4构成,而是如图3所示也分别具有平滑纸衬里5,所述平滑纸衬里5与瓦楞纸板4一起被卷绕,从而形成卷包6。为了制造卷包6可使用普通的卷绕机。
在图1中放大示出了由瓦楞纸板4与平滑纸衬里5构成的第一内部匝圈,以显示在卷包6的每个匝圈中均构成横向延伸的用于引导油的通道7,所述通道由瓦楞纸板4的波纹或成型部8构成。在此,通过一起卷绕的平滑纸衬里5防止由瓦楞纸板4制成的重叠设置的匝圈3的波纹8相互滑动嵌合并且由此关闭用于引导油的通道。
在按照本发明的屏障系统或者按照本发明的高压设备中,卷包6可在匝圈相应多时独自构成屏障系统9;但是也可以通过多个由瓦楞纸板制成的单独卷包制造屏障系统,并且像在纸板压制碎片屏障装置中已知的那样,在各个卷包之间保持一定间距。
Claims (4)
1.一种用于具有油绝缘装置的高压设备的屏障系统(9),其特征在于,所述屏障系统(9)具有至少一个由瓦楞纸板(4)制成的卷包(6)。
2.按权利要求1所述的屏障系统,其特征在于,在由瓦楞纸板(4)制成的匝圈(3)之间分别具有至少一个平滑纸衬里(5)。
3.一种具有油绝缘装置和屏障系统的高压设备,其特征在于,所述屏障系统具有至少一个由瓦楞纸板制成的卷包。
4.按权利要求3所述的高压设备,其特征在于,在由瓦楞纸板制成的匝圈之间分别具有至少一个平滑纸衬里。
