Claims (7)
- Pompe, en particulier pompe à carburant haute pression, avec au moins un élément de pompe (18), qui présente un piston de pompe (20) guidé dans un alésage cylindrique (22) d'une partie de boîtier (24), qui est entraîné indirectement dans un mouvement de levée par un arbre d'entraînement (14), dans laquelle le piston de pompe (20) prend appui sur l'arbre d'entraînement (14) par un élément d'appui (42) et un rouleau au moins approximativement cylindrique rond (46) monté de façon rotative dans l'élément d'appui (42), dans laquelle l'élément d'appui (42) est guidé au moins indirectement dans la direction du mouvement de levée du piston de pompe (20), dans laquelle l'élément d'appui (42) et le piston de pompe (20) sont poussés par un ressort (50) vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14), dans laquelle le ressort (50) est relié par son extrémité tournée vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14) à l'élément d'appui (42) d'une façon non rotative autour de son axe longitudinal (21) et par son extrémité située à l'opposé de l'arbre d'entraînement (14) à une partie de boîtier (24) d'une façon non rotative autour de son axe longitudinal (21), dans laquelle le piston de pompe (20) est solidaire de l'élément d'appui (42) et l'élément d'appui (42) n'est guidé que par le piston de pompe (20) dans la direction du mouvement de levée du piston de pompe (20), dans laquelle l'élément d'appui (42) présente sur son côté tourné vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14) un creux concave (44), dans lequel le rouleau (46) est monté de façon rotative, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de retenue (66) pour le rouleau (46) est fixé sur le côté de l'élément d'appui (42) tourné vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14), par lequel le rouleau (46) est retenu dans l'élément d'appui (42), en ce que l'élément d'appui (42) présente sur son côté tourné vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14) un évidement (68) entourant le creux (44), dans lequel l'élément de retenue (66) est fixé, en particulier serti, et en ce que l'élément de retenue (66) présente une ouverture en forme de fente (70), à travers laquelle le rouleau (46) parvient jusqu'à l'arbre d'entraînement (14).
- Pompe selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'appui (42) présente sur son côté situé à l'opposé de l'arbre d'entraînement (14) une ouverture (58), dans laquelle l'extrémité du piston de pompe (20) sortant de l'alésage cylindrique (22) est retenue, en particulier sertie.
- Pompe selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le creux (44) entoure le rouleau (46) sur sa périphérie sur un angle (α) de 180° au maximum, de préférence de moins de 180°.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (66) forme un appui pour le rouleau (46) sans la direction de son axe de rotation (48).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (66) est fabriqué en un matériau à haute résistance à l'usure, en particulier en métal dur.
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le ressort (50) est un ressort de pression hélicoïdal dont les extrémités des spires (56, 64) s'étendent en direction radiale par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (21) du ressort (50) et s'engagent dans des logements correspondants (54, 62) de la partie de boîtier (24) et de l'élément d'appui (42).
- Pompe selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'appui (42) et l'élément de retenue (66) sont exempts d'ouvertures continues entre leurs côtés tournés vers l'arbre d'entraînement (14) et leurs côtés situés à l'opposé de l'arbre d'entraînement (14).
