Claims (7)
- Système d'injection de carburant, en particulier système d'injection à rampe commune, comprenant une pompe de pré-refoulement (1) et une pompe haute pression (2), la pompe haute pression (2) servant à la sollicitation du carburant avec une haute pression et comportant au moins un élément de pompe pourvu d'une première soupape servant de soupape d'admission (3) et d'une deuxième soupape servant de soupape de sortie (4), la pompe de pré-refoulement (1) étant une pompe électrique à carburant, caractérisé en ce qu'une pression de pré-refoulement peut être obtenue au moyen de la pompe de pré-refoulement (1), laquelle pression de pré-refoulement est supérieure ou égale à la pression d'ouverture cumulée de la soupape d'admission (3) et de la soupape de sortie (4), de telle sorte qu'un remplissage et/ou une purge rapides puissent être provoqués lors du premier démarrage dans l'usine automobile ou lors d'un redémarrage après vidange du réservoir au moyen de la pression de pré-refoulement à travers la soupape d'admission (3) et la soupape de sortie (4), et en ce que la pression d'ouverture de la soupape d'admission (3) et de la soupape de sortie (4) vaut de 1 à 3 bars, par exemple 2 bars.
- Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la pression de pré-refoulement pouvant être obtenue au moyen de la pompe de pré-refoulement (1) vaut de 4 à 6 bars, par exemple 5 bars.
- Système d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la soupape d'admission (3) et/ou la soupape de sortie (4) est/sont réalisée(s) sous forme de soupape anti-retour.
- Système d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un accumulateur haute pression (5), de préférence sous la forme d'une conduite d'accumulation commune, est raccordé à la pompe haute pression (2), et une soupape de régulation de pression est reçue dans l'accumulateur haute pression (5).
- Procédé pour remplir et/ou purger un système d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes lors du premier démarrage dans l'usine automobile ou lors d'un redémarrage après vidange du réservoir, caractérisé en ce qu'une pression de pré-refoulement est réglée au moyen de la pompe de pré-refoulement (1), laquelle pression de pré-refoulement est supérieure à la pression d'ouverture cumulée de la soupape d'admission (3) et de la soupape de sortie (4) de l'au moins un élément de pompe de la pompe haute pression (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, pendant une première phase du remplissage et/ou de la purge, une soupape de régulation de pression disposée dans un accumulateur haute pression (5) raccordé à la pompe haute pression (2) est fermée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la soupape de régulation de pression est ouverte au plus tard une fois la montée en pression dans l'accumulateur haute pression (5) effectuée.
