Claims (6)
- Drive (1) for a casement (2) of a window or the like, having a drive unit (5) for moving the casement (2) in relation to a fixed outer frame (3) by means of a drive element (6), wherein a retaining arrangement (8, 9) is provided, it being possible for said retaining arrangement to comprise a bracket-like holder or two individual holders, wherein the retaining arrangement has legs arranged perpendicularly to the installation plane,
wherein the drive unit (5) is fastened on the casement (2) or the outer frame (3) by way of the retaining arrangement (8, 9),
wherein bolts (11) are arranged on the drive unit (5) and engage in mounts (10) arranged on the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9),
characterized
in that the distance between the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9) is equal to, or greater than, the length of a housing of the drive unit (5) plus the length of a bolt (11),
in that covering caps (15) are fitted onto the retaining arrangement (8, 9) and secure the drive unit (5) in an essentially central position between the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9),
in that each covering cap (15) has crosspieces (16, 17, 18), between which the bolt (11) is guided, and

characterized by- fastening the retaining arrangement (8, 9) on the casement (2) or the outer frame (3);- positioning a bolt (11) of the drive unit (5) in the recess (10) on one of the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9);- pivoting the drive unit (5) in between the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9) as the bolt (11) continues to be pushed into the mount (10);- pushing the other bolt (11) into the recess (10) of the respectively other leg of the retaining arrangement (8, 9);- orienting the drive unit (5) more or less centrally between the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9);- fitting the covering caps (15) on over the legs of the retaining arrangement (8, 9); and- securing the covering caps (15) by way of the elevations (21) on the covering caps (15) engaging behind the bolts (11).
