Definitions
- the invention relates to a ventilation arrangement with an extractor hood, in particular in the form of a fume hood for the area of a kitchen, a bath o. The like. Rooms, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Ventilation arrangements with extractor hoods in various designs have long been known ( US 2,898,840 ), in which hoods a fan provided for circulation filtering can be integrated ( GB 1551487 . DE 36 23 210 A1 . EP 189952 B1 ) or to establish a connection to an external ventilation system ( DE 103 14 410 A1 ; DE 85 10 615 U1 ; DE 35 14 712 A1 ; US 5,377,665 ).
- an extractor hood is shown, in which for optimum heat utilization in a closed system respective heat exchangers are integrated, such that provide constant flow channels with invariable inlet openings for a uniform heat distribution.
- a kitchen hood according to DE 100 24 619 A1
- the exhaust air is introduced in the form of kitchen fume over suction gaps in the system so that at downstream plate heat exchangers heat recovery is possible.
- Heat exchangers are also provided, so that here too, the heat energy of the exhaust air can be used to preheat the supply air extending above the suction in lines.
- EP 1 310 740 A1 a generic exhaust air duct is proposed for the equipment of ship spaces, starting from a vapor receiving space formed on the underside of the hood, the water and / or greasy vapor collected via a separator in a channel and fed directly from this outlet outlet. These are to be connected to respective provided in the ceiling area of the room exhaust ducts, such that with a correspondingly high space requirement for the plurality of pipelines a disadvantageous in tight ship-spaces time-consuming and costly installation effort arises.
- the invention is concerned with the problem of providing a ventilation arrangement with a hood, which can be produced with little technical effort, with a relatively low height allows a ceiling installation position, can be installed here with reduced installation costs and to changing conditions of use with varying suction easily and with little user effort is customizable.
- the ventilation arrangement according to the invention is provided with an extractor hood, which forms a compact two-chamber functional unit with an exhaust duct receiving the filtered exhaust air and a directly connected to this Ausleitsch with outlet, optimally adaptable to cramped conditions in the field of marine equipment o is and comparatively easy to connect to an existing ventilation system.
- the channel is provided in the region of the distribution shaft or the diversion chamber with a return connection which detects at least a partial volume of the filtered exhaust air. It is provided that from the channel out a substantially freely definable part-air volume is diverted from the already filtered exhaust air and this either passes directly into the kitchen area or is added to a substantially fresh air-containing air supply system.
- a plurality of distribution ducts accommodating the exhaust air interact in the region of variably executable discharge openings with only the one discharge chamber integrated into the hood structure.
- the filtered exhaust air can be collected in a discharge chamber from a plurality of distribution wells and forwarded or sucked off by means of only a single outlet nozzle provided on this.
- the discharge openings provided within the extractor hood between distributor shaft and diversion chamber in the region of a dividing wall are variable in size and / or number for customer-specific constructions.
- the extractor hood provided as a preassembled unit can already be "preset” in the production phase in the region of the inlet-side separator and the subsequent discharge openings to respective passage parameters dependent on the opening size or opening selection.
- the region of the diversion ducts transversely connected to the diversion also provide several outlet or intended for this connection openings, so that according to the installation situation either or simultaneously one or more outlet can be used or closed and thus the hood than during assembly variably adjustable "Gleichbaue" is optimally suited for mass production.
- the distribution well can be additionally set to predefinable suction powers or changes in the air volumetric flow rate in the region of its intermediate discharge openings.
- corresponding flaps, slides o. The like. Closing elements are conceivable in the region of the diverter openings having partition, which can be operated by hand or by means of a motor drive.
- This functionally integrated design of the "one-piece" extractor hood with two-chamber system provides that the discharge chamber by means of a kind of intermediate shelf provided support wall - in relation to the ceiling part of the hood - is divided so that a variable size executable discharge chamber is defined with little effort and with little technical effort a lateral connection to the particular two parallel distribution wells out is possible.
- the supporting wall of this false floor is expediently provided with inspection openings, which are in the form of a peripheral seal having flaps o. The like. Run. It is understood that by a series of several of these cleaning flaps a complete accessibility is ensured in the region of the diversion chamber. It is also conceivable that in the area of these flaps the pollution detecting sensors or display elements are provided and they can also be combined with motor actuators for flap movement.
- the cleaning flaps are contoured so that - despite the upstream filter - reaching from the distribution wells into the Ausleithunt oil or water parts on the inner sides of the flaps are deposited and can be accommodated in their contours formed as a trough or trough. This can be done with relatively little effort a quick cleaning of the hood in the area of these inspection flaps, and existing by the deposition of oil fire risk is substantially reduced.
- an extractor hood is provided which can be reduced in weight with comparatively little material and forms an advantageously small-sized assembly with high efficiency. Due to the function-integrated actuating and control modules are - with appropriate Size of the hood, for example, at a length of more than 3 m and a width of about 2 m - given a variety of ways to vary the ventilation conditions in each useful zone below the hood.
- the installation of the system is very simple, so that the installation costs in comparison with previously used systems are advantageously low.
- An additional air distributor can be integrated in the variably configurable system of the return connection so that the partial volume "separated" from the exhaust air volume can be controlled.
- This can already be achieved, for example, by means of a corresponding arrangement of flaps for regulation, the respective position of which influences the "branched off” volume.
- a controllable Arrangement of valves can be achieved for control, with their respective position affects the "branched" volume.
- a fan having a controllable drive is interposed in the region of the diversion duct in such a way that its variable control can actively influence the respective size of the partial volume to be conveyed.
- This fan design can be designed so that the sub-volume is diverted directly from the exhaust air directed to the outlet and returned to the fresh air duct.
- an axial fan integrated into the chamber is provided as the air distributor and the subvolume is deliberately returned to the vicinity of the extractor chamber via a transfer chamber.
- this feedback connection integrated in the hood system can be designed with a transfer chamber having an adjustable closure, from which the partial volume is directed in a specific direction to the extractor hood of the extractor hood or to the room.
- this compact system with return connection for parts of the exhaust air may have further optimizing details, for example, provided in the region of the distribution well behind the filter liquid discharge, several transfer chambers can be integrated into the system and / or with closable outlet a recirculation mode of the construction is conceivable.
- Fig. 1 shows an oblique view from below a generally designated L ventilation arrangement, to which a designated generally by 1 extractor hood is connected.
- This extractor hood 1 is provided in particular in the form of a fume hood for the kitchen area of a marine equipment, with general applications in kitchens of restaurants, houses or wet rooms of other buildings are conceivable.
- This hood 1 has a known housing-like structure (EP 1 310 740 A1 ) and can be connected to a venting system 3 by means of an outlet connection 2 or the like.
- Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 It is clear that this hood 1 with an upper ceiling part 4 and each of this angled longitudinal and transverse side parts 5, 6 and 7, 8 in an installed position ( Fig. 3 ) forms downwardly open vapor receiving chamber 9.
- S '( Fig. 1 . Fig. 3 ) generating external Saugantriebs (not shown) is out of the vapor receiving chamber 9 out water and / or fatty mist via a deposition 10 in a generally designated K channel ( Fig. 3 ) received and forwarded as largely purified exhaust air T to the outlet port 2 out.
- the exhaust hood 1, in the inventive design as the filtered exhaust air T receiving channel K at least one distribution shaft 11,11 ', which cooperates with an at least partially integrated into the hood structure discharge chamber 12.
- the distribution shaft 11, 11 'in the connection region to the discharge chamber 12 out with respective discharge openings 13, so that the formed in the flow direction S' behind the separator 10 exhaust air flow T reaches predetermined "pathways" in the discharge 12 and from this as Exhaust air T '( Fig. 3 . Fig. 10 ) can be sucked (suction direction S, Fig. 1 ).
- this two-chamber functional unit forming extractor hood 1 provides that the discharge chamber 12 is provided in particular only with one of the outlet 2. In this case, constructive variants can be carried out so that several distribution wells 11, 11 'with the only one discharge chamber 12 cooperate.
- the discharge chamber 12 in the longitudinal direction ( Fig. 1 ) also spatial structures R (forming several subareas) Fig. 5 ) with z. B. transverse walls and / or guide channels may have, so that the flow conditions in the discharge chamber 12 is influenced or can be adjusted or regulated by varying arrangements (not shown).
- Fig. 1 From the perspective view according to Fig. 1 is in synopsis with the sectional view in Fig. 4 it is clear that the at least one distribution shaft 11, 11 'is provided in the region towards the discharge chamber 12 with a separating wall 14 having the discharge openings 13.
- the possibility is shown of providing the distribution shaft 11, 11 'or its respective partition 14 with a variable number of discharge openings 13.
- the discharge openings 13 are formed with differently sized or contoured passage cross-sections and constructively extended variants with adjustabilities or complete closure of the openings can be provided.
- the hood 1 has two each outwardly directed filter parts 15 as separators 10 having distribution slots 11 and 11 ', these are arranged substantially mirror images of the longitudinal center plane M and all of the discharge 13, 13' each in the substantially centrally arranged discharge chamber 12 merge.
- This extractor hood 1 having at least one distribution shaft 11, 11 'and a discharge chamber 12 is advantageously provided as a preassembled structural unit, so that in a functional space planned especially as a ship kitchen or the like, only in the area of the single outlet nozzle 2 a connection with the external suction drive having venting system L is required and thus a quick and relatively easy installation is possible.
- welding connections which have been carried out in a complicated manner in the area of several pipe connections in the area above the system have been dispensable so far, and the installation of the connection 2 can be carried out comparatively easily even in a confined space.
- outlet connection 2 in its pre-assembly position prepared for installation ( Fig. 2 ) Is connected to the ceiling part 4 so that for the individual components in respective directions indicated by arrows A, B, C, there is a possibility of displacement, so that the connection to a already fixed at 3 connection line out according to variably possible and positional deviation according to varying installation conditions easy are correctable.
- the concept of the two-chamber system provides that the extractor hood 1 in the region of the vapor receiving chamber 9 or the payload zone Z located below it at a distance H (FIG. Fig. 4 ) can be set to each predetermined suction or air volume flow rates (arrow S, S '), wherein the separator 10 and / or the distribution wells 11, 11' with the discharge chamber 12 form a correspondingly cooperating system.
- adjusting elements 16 At least in the region of the inlet-side separator 10 of the distribution shaft 11, 11 'respective in the form of flaps or sliders formed adjusting elements 16 ( Fig. 1 ) are provided. These adjusting elements 16 can be displaced in a pushing direction D along a guideway 17 in such a way that an inlet region for the distribution shaft 11, 11 'which is required in each case according to the design of the useful zone Z is released or covered.
- This principle of changing the air inlet S 'or the internal flow path T for the aspirated at different positions haze or the redirected exhaust air T' is selectively achieved in the transition region of the distribution shaft 11, 11 'to the discharge 12 through the partition 14.
- adjusting elements 16 ' are optionally provided ( Fig. 4 ). These can each be designed in the form of plates 18, which are held displaceably in a setting direction E and allow the change of the passage cross-section in the region of the discharge openings 13 ( Fig. 4 ).
- adjusting elements 16, 16 'in an expedient embodiment can be operated by hand. It is likewise conceivable for a motor drive to be integrated into the system for setting the control assemblies 16, 16 '( Fig. 5 to Fig. 8 ). A further simplification in the region of the respective openings 13 or the filter 15 is possible in that in the region of all of the adjusting elements 16 and / or 16 'by means of only one respective drive or operating part, the adjustment is possible or only having a corresponding length Flap can detect all openings at 16 or 16 '(not shown).
- the discharge chamber 12 in an appropriate embodiment characterized formed, that only a provided in relation to the ceiling part 4 in the manner of a false floor support wall 19 is installed in the housing-like construction ( Fig. 3 ).
- a distance F of this support wall 19 to the ceiling part 4 a respective optimum internal height of the discharge chamber 12 is defined and at the same time to the lateral distribution wells 11, 11 'down the height of the partition 14 given.
- the support wall 19 in total as a removable plate or in the region of the installation wall horizontal support wall 19 respective access openings ( Fig. 1 to be provided so that in each case the discharge chamber 12 is relatively easily accessible from the vapor receiving space 9 ( Fig. 1 . Fig. 4 . Fig. 5 ).
- the inspection opening provided in the support wall 19 is provided with an edge seal 21 having and pivotally held flap 22 (FIG. Fig. 4 . Fig. 5 ) Mistake.
- the hood 1 Fig. 1 . Fig.
- cleaning flap 22, 22 ', 22 "have a closing position in the manner of a collecting container acting contour G in the manner of a trough or trough-like shape, such that in this separated from the exhaust air T. Oil and / or water residues are receivable, so that a comparatively simple cleaning of the hood 1 possible and the risk of fire in appropriate kitchen rooms o. The like. Zones Z substantially reduced.
- Fig. 5 an embodiment of the extractor hood 1 is shown, in which in the region of the diversion chamber 12 and the distribution shaft 11, 11 'design details are optimized.
- the filtered exhaust air T in the region of the distribution wells 11, 11' now reaches the suction boxes R (FIG. Fig. 5 ).
- the precision and positionally accurate air flow within the two-chamber assembly is further improved because now directed to the useful zone Z suction S 'can also be concentrated on one or more of the boxes R, within the distribution wells 11, 11' a "Transverse displacement" of the air flow T is avoided and thus the suction power losses are reduced during the transition into the discharge chamber 12.
- a further improvement of the suction control in the region of the discharge chamber 12 is in the embodiment according to Fig. 5 to Fig. 8 achieved in that in the region of the partition wall 14 and its discharge openings 13 "motor control elements 16" are arranged and these cooperate with a flap 18 formed as a flap 18 ( Fig. 6 ).
- This can be a flexibly controllable change in the passage cross-section be reached, and at the same time there is a corresponding deflection of the delivered air flow in presettable or with the servomotor 16 'changeable directions (arrow U, Fig. 6 ). It is understood that this construction with the pivoting wings 18 'is advantageously carried out so that each of the boxes R is assigned an individually controllable adjusting element 16 ".
- a further embodiment of the housing-like construction of the hood 1 is clear, which is provided with at least one air intake receiving lead 25.
- a plurality of supply lines 25, 25 ', 25 are arranged in particular in the direction of the longitudinal side walls 5, 6.
- These supply lines each extend from the area of the upper ceiling part 4 with a guide angle W to the useful zone Z , so that in their area an optimal fresh air line is reached.
- a directional arrow FL is in Fig. 10 for example, the introduction of fresh air into the system indicated, this air supply can be aligned so that an unwanted immediate transfer in the suction direction S 'of the exhaust air is avoided.
- 26 adjustable control elements, flaps o. The like. Control elements can be provided in the region of the outlet opening (not shown).
- FIG. 11 shows a sectional view of the principle of a generally designated L 'ventilation arrangement to which a generally designated 1' extractor hood is connected.
- the extractor hood 1 ' is by means of an outlet 2' ( Fig. 13 ) connected to a venting system 3 ', wherein the Hood has a box-like structure.
- a ceiling part 4 Fig. 17
- downwardly angled longitudinal and transverse side parts 5, 6, 7, 8 in an installed position Fig. 12
- water and / or greasy vapor can be taken up via a separator 10 'in a channel K' and forwarded to the outlet nozzle 2 'as largely cleaned exhaust air (arrow representations T, T').
- the extractor hood 1 ' is embodied such that this duct K' accommodating the filtered exhaust air T, T 'has a distribution shaft 11 "having at least one respective discharge opening 13. This opens into a discharge chamber 12' which is integrated into the housing structure at least in regions Outlet 2 '( Fig. 11 ; Fig. 15 ).
- the channel K' in the region of the distribution shaft 11 "and / or the diversion chamber 12 ' is provided with a return connection TR which detects at least a partial volume TV of the filtered exhaust air T, T' in that the filtered exhaust air T, T 'in the area of the chamber K' is subdivided into respective partial volumes to be diverted by means of a plurality of return connections TR (not shown) and these are returned to the space in the area in front of the outlet-side ventilation system 3 ' be provided that each removed from the channel K 'partial volume TV of the exhaust air T, T' are returned directly to the kitchen area (also not shown).
- an air distributor 27 can be provided for the transfer of the partial volume TV into the region of the returnable connection TR which can be variably positioned in the system.

The channel is provided in the region of the distribution shaft or the diversion chamber with a return connection which detects at least a partial volume of the filtered exhaust air. It is provided that from the channel out a substantially freely definable part-air volume is diverted from the already filtered exhaust air and this either passes directly into the kitchen area or is added to a substantially fresh air-containing air supply system.
With this return connection it is achieved that the - dimensionable in dependence on a respective size of the kitchen area to be vented - construction can be manufactured and installed with relatively smaller dimensions. With the advantageous feedback "power reserve" is already diverted from the exhaust air, so that the required flow capacity is reduced at the outlet and thus in addition to cost and weight savings on the system and energy savings during operation is achieved.
In the case of the extractor hood according to the invention, in each case a plurality of distribution ducts accommodating the exhaust air interact in the region of variably executable discharge openings with only the one discharge chamber integrated into the hood structure. Thus, the filtered exhaust air can be collected in a discharge chamber from a plurality of distribution wells and forwarded or sucked off by means of only a single outlet nozzle provided on this. The thereby arranged between lying distribution wells cooperate with the respective vapor receiving space of the provision in variable sizes hoods that allow selectively selectable zones below the hood with optimally adjustable intensity targeted ventilation while the transmission power can be adjusted by hand or automatically controlled , This makes it clear that the invention designed distribution shafts with the respective inlet and outlet openings in the air flow define an intermediate member in the manner of a "control chamber", which interacts with the downstream diversion multifunctional.
The discharge openings provided within the extractor hood between distributor shaft and diversion chamber in the region of a dividing wall are variable in size and / or number for customer-specific constructions. In this case, the extractor hood provided as a preassembled unit can already be "preset" in the production phase in the region of the inlet-side separator and the subsequent discharge openings to respective passage parameters dependent on the opening size or opening selection. It is also conceivable, on the other hand in the region of the diversion ducts transversely connected to the diversion also provide several outlet or intended for this connection openings, so that according to the installation situation either or simultaneously one or more outlet can be used or closed and thus the hood than during assembly variably adjustable "Gleichbaugruppe" is optimally suited for mass production.
On the basis of the fact that respective adjusting slides or the like are known per se in the area of the separators provided as filters, in the construction according to the invention the distribution well can be additionally set to predefinable suction powers or changes in the air volumetric flow rate in the region of its intermediate discharge openings. For this purpose, corresponding flaps, slides o. The like. Closing elements are conceivable in the region of the diverter openings having partition, which can be operated by hand or by means of a motor drive.
This functionally integrated design of the "one-piece" extractor hood with two-chamber system provides that the discharge chamber by means of a kind of intermediate shelf provided support wall - in relation to the ceiling part of the hood - is divided so that a variable size executable discharge chamber is defined with little effort and with little technical effort a lateral connection to the particular two parallel distribution wells out is possible.
The supporting wall of this false floor is expediently provided with inspection openings, which are in the form of a peripheral seal having flaps o. The like. Run. It is understood that by a series of several of these cleaning flaps a complete accessibility is ensured in the region of the diversion chamber. It is also conceivable that in the area of these flaps the pollution detecting sensors or display elements are provided and they can also be combined with motor actuators for flap movement.
In an expedient embodiment, the cleaning flaps are contoured so that - despite the upstream filter - reaching from the distribution wells into the Ausleitkammer oil or water parts on the inner sides of the flaps are deposited and can be accommodated in their contours formed as a trough or trough. This can be done with relatively little effort a quick cleaning of the hood in the area of these inspection flaps, and existing by the deposition of oil fire risk is substantially reduced.
With the manhole-chamber unit according to the invention, an extractor hood is provided which can be reduced in weight with comparatively little material and forms an advantageously small-sized assembly with high efficiency. Due to the function-integrated actuating and control modules are - with appropriate Size of the hood, for example, at a length of more than 3 m and a width of about 2 m - given a variety of ways to vary the ventilation conditions in each useful zone below the hood. The installation of the system is very simple, so that the installation costs in comparison with previously used systems are advantageously low.
In a further design and application-optimized design is provided that in the contour of the hood construction a connectable to a Fristluftzufuhr channel guide is integrated, so that - in addition to the targeted extraction - with little installation effort and the supply of fresh air in variably predetermined usable areas below the Dunstaufnahmeraumes possible is.
Depending on the size of the ventilation arrangement, it is also conceivable to install a plurality of individually or jointly connectable return connections in the system, so that a rapid variation and adaptation of different volume flows of the total volume of air to be derived from the channel is possible.
An additional air distributor can be integrated in the variably configurable system of the return connection so that the partial volume "separated" from the exhaust air volume can be controlled. This can already be achieved, for example, by means of a corresponding arrangement of flaps for regulation, the respective position of which influences the "branched off" volume. Advantageously, a controllable Arrangement of valves can be achieved for control, with their respective position affects the "branched" volume. Advantageously, a fan having a controllable drive is interposed in the region of the diversion duct in such a way that its variable control can actively influence the respective size of the partial volume to be conveyed.
This fan design can be designed so that the sub-volume is diverted directly from the exhaust air directed to the outlet and returned to the fresh air duct. In a further advantageous embodiment, it is provided that an axial fan integrated into the chamber is provided as the air distributor and the subvolume is deliberately returned to the vicinity of the extractor chamber via a transfer chamber. In a further embodiment, this feedback connection integrated in the hood system can be designed with a transfer chamber having an adjustable closure, from which the partial volume is directed in a specific direction to the extractor hood of the extractor hood or to the room.
It is understood that this compact system with return connection for parts of the exhaust air may have further optimizing details, for example, provided in the region of the distribution well behind the filter liquid discharge, several transfer chambers can be integrated into the system and / or with closable outlet a recirculation mode of the construction is conceivable.
