Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drain, in particular gutter outlet, with a height-adjustable inserted from above into a drain container frame and provided in the region of an inlet of the frame cover, wherein the frame is mounted adjustable via at least one height adapter in height relative to the drain tank.
  • Such processes are known, for example from the bathroom area as shower channel drains and are integrated into the floor structure of a shower. Depending on the design requirements, they can be constructed like an elongated channel or, in the sense of point drainage, in other shapes.
  • the serving for collecting the run-in water drain tank has in its bottom portion a drain opening to which a drain body is attached below, which forwards the water to a drain pipe. In the area of the drain body an odor trap is usually provided in the drain tank.
  • the US 2012/0036631 A1 discloses a generic sequence.
  • a drain body with a laterally encircling wall is embedded in the floor.
  • the drain body has four posts for receiving a cover.
  • the height of the cover can be varied.
  • the drain tank is integrated into the screed and then inserted a height-adjustable frame in the drain body, so that the frame can be adjusted to the height of a Jerusalem detailden on a screed flooring, such as tiles.
  • the frame then forms the boundary of an inlet opening.
  • the cover may itself have additional inlet openings, for example when it is formed as a kind of rust, and / or include inlet openings between itself and the frame. The cover is supported on the frame and is adjusted in height with these together.
  • frame is formed strip-like and on its outer side bearing eyes are provided, which are supported on thread-like cam surfaces of rotary elements which are rotatably mounted in bearing eyes of the drain tank and supported thereon.
  • the EP 1 908 887 A1 discloses a gutter in which a strip-like frame and a cover are mounted on spacers which bear on the bottom of a channel-shaped base body. The spacers hold the frame and cover in position both vertically and horizontally.
  • the cover In order to achieve a height adjustability of the cover, for example, because it is to be provided with a certain surface and its top is then aligned with the frame is provided as a variant to store the frame on its own spacers and the channel in contrast with telescopically height-adjustable spacers adjustable to store. In this case, the desired final height of the cover is then matched to the height-adjustable spacers of the frame.
  • a gutter is proposed in which a height adjustability of the frame by means of approximately cuboid Abstandshaltekörpem is achieved in that their cuboid shape has different side lengths and is selected by choosing the orientation of the cuboid shape when inserting the desired height.
  • these are formed at two mutually perpendicular at right angles provided side surfaces each with projecting tabs, which are inserted into corresponding receiving openings of the drain tank. This height adjustment has limited adaptability, which depends on the side edge lengths of the spacer.
  • the invention has for its object to improve a sequence of the type mentioned in that it is easy to handle with ease of installation and as well as possible adapted to the height of the floor to be laid with a structurally simple structure.
  • the height adapter to be set to the desired height for the frame.
  • the height levels may be established by selecting the desired length, for example, by detaching a portion or portion of the height adapter.
  • the height adapter can be brought to the desired height by simply cutting it to length, which can be done easily by the local craftsman.
  • the height adapter for cutting to length at least have a predetermined separation point corresponding to a height level of the adapter.
  • the predetermined separation point facilitates a shortening of the height adapter. It is formed on the height adapter in advance, so that the corresponding height level can be seen on the basis of the predetermined separation point and the separation can be easily performed.
  • the predetermined separation point may be supported as a support on the drain tank.
  • the height adapter rests with the predetermined separation point on the drainage container, so that the height of the frame relative to the receptacle is determined by it.
  • the height levels may be formed like a ladder. They can be arranged as between rungs of a ladder, wherein the empty spaces between two adjacent rungs can be used as a sun separation point. This allows the different height levels to be marked beforehand and can be selectively selected when cutting to length, so that the desired height actually results.
  • the frame can be arranged in the horizontal direction between the drain tank and the height adapter. This ensures the desired horizontal position of the frame to the drain tank, so that it can then be tamped in this position with a floor covering.
  • the height adapter can be provided with a frame support, in particular a support shoulder.
  • the frame can be placed on the height adapter and is then at the correct height.
  • the support shoulder provided for this purpose is shaped specifically adapted to the support of the frame.
  • the height adapter can be provided with a cover support, in particular a support shoulder.
  • the cover can be placed on the cover of the height adapter be placed, or on the trained sales paragraph. After the height adapter has been previously adjusted to the desired height level, the cover height is used to determine the desired height of the cover.
  • the heights of the frame and the cover relative to each other can be determined by the choice of the height level of the height adapter.
  • the frame support and the cover support may possibly be provided at different heights. Although the height position of the frame and the cover result from the heights of the frame support and the cover support, they can be adapted by training at different heights to the respective design of the frame or the cover, ie the component height.
  • the frame support and the cover pad can be arranged on different sides of the height adapter.
  • the pages may be opposite sides. Due to the arrangement on different sides, the frame and the cover can each be aligned relative to each other in their orientation.
  • the height adapter may be formed in the horizontal direction as a spacer between the frame and cover. He then determines the horizontal distance between the cover and the frame, for example, to set the width of an inlet opening formed therebetween. That distance can then correspond to the width of the inlet opening.
  • the height adapter may be aligned with a positioning device provided on the drain container.
  • the height adapter is fixed in its position via the positioning device, so that the frames and covers which are optionally aligned or positively adapted to the height adapter are then positioned correctly relative to the drainage container.
  • the height adapter By attaching the height adapter to the positioning then the corresponding straightening surfaces for the frame and cover are given.
  • the positioning can have a projection on which the height adapter can be placed.
  • the projection then acts as a straightening element for the height adapter, at least partially absorbs the forces occurring during operation and supports them on the drain container, which in turn is firmly anchored in the ground.
  • the height adapter can form a lateral bearing surface to the drain container and / or be formed in the horizontal direction as an alignment of the cover.
  • the height adapter can also determine the position of the frame and / or the cover in the horizontal direction, so that when installed via the height adapter automatically determines their position relative to the drain tank.
  • a drain pot can be attached to the drain tank via a latching and / or clip connection.
  • a detent and / or clip connection reliably establishes the tight connection between the drain pot and the drain container, in which it absorbs the desired forces, which usually load on seals provided between the drain pot and the drain container.
  • Different waste containers can be adapted to different drain pots, depending on the space conditions and connections specified at the installation site.
  • the latching and / or clip connection may be provided on at least one retaining tab which engages over an attachment neck of the drain pot or the drain tank.
  • retaining tabs may be at least partially formed as resilient elements which are easily pressed apart during assembly of drain pot and drain tank and then reach the desired rear grip to ensure the connection in the final position. When assembling the retaining tab can then be easily deflected and then springs into its holding position. Depending on which of the two elements, drain pot or drain tank, the retaining tab is provided, it overlaps the other element.
  • FIGS. 1 to 3 a trained as an elongated gutter drain 1 is shown before it is inserted into a floor.
  • a drain tank 2 represents, to which a drain pan 3 is mounted on the underside, with a lateral outlet nozzle 4, which can be connected to a drain pipe system.
  • the drain tank 2 has a horizontally over its circumference cantilevered flange 5, with which he, for example, in a shower to the floor to be laid screed or a shower, both not shown in detail, adjacent.
  • a frame 6 and a cover 7 are arranged, which both extend vertically in height above the flange 5.
  • the frame 6 is approximately rectangular and arranged at a distance from the cover 7, so that in the region of that distance an inlet slot 8 results, which forms in the embodiment shown here around the cover 7 around between the cover 7 and the frame 6 ,
  • the inlet slot 8 need not extend completely annularly around the cover, but could also be provided only on one side between the frame and the cover.
  • that inlet slot can be provided as inlet openings and a plurality of openings in the cover 7, through which water can enter into the interior of the drain tank.
  • odor trap is arranged, which provided in the region of a drain opening of the drain tank, so that flows via the inlet opening / en 8 in the drain tank inflowing water to the odor trap in the drain pot and then on the drain pipe 4 on is derived in a pipe system.
  • the drain 1 can also have a total of a different cross-sectional shape, for example square, so that the drain 1 can also be used as point drainage instead of gutter drainage.
  • retaining tabs 12 are provided, which engage over an attachment piece 13 of the drain pot 3.
  • Near the ends of the retaining tabs openings 14 are provided, on which lower side edges radially inwardly projecting shoulders 33 are formed as latching and / or clip connection, which engage behind an annular shoulder 15 of the drain pot 3.
  • the retaining tabs 12 may laterally be somewhat resilient, so that they learn when attaching a drain pot 3 a deflection and they slide the paragraphs 33 on the annular shoulder 15 and snap behind it in an annular groove 16.
  • corresponding retaining tabs could also be provided on the drain pot 3 and engage behind the complementary trained annular heels or grooves on a drain pot 3.
  • the described snap-in and / or clip connections can also be realized independently of the setting of the height adapter, if frames and / or covers are fixed, for example, in another way to the drain tank.
  • the cover 7 and the frame 6 terminate flush with their tops at the same floor level 17 FIG. 4
  • a floor covering 18 is shown, which also ends at the floor level 17 and may consist for example of glued on top of the flange 5 tiles. This results in a consistently same floor height 17 of the floor covering 18, the frame 6 and the cover 7 for the user.
  • the floor covering 18 is in FIG. 4 shown only on one side of the frame, while on the other side of the state before the presentation of the flooring is shown.
  • the frame 6 and the cover 7 are positioned via height adapter 19 relative to the drain container 2.
  • height adapter 19 In FIG. 2 In each case, four height adapters are provided at approximately equal distances from one another on each of the longitudinal sides 20 of the drainage container 2 and in each case via a height adapter 19 on each of the narrow sides 21 of the drainage container 2.
  • protrusions 22 are arranged distributed in the drain bottom, which serve as a positioning device.
  • the projections 22 extend integrally from the drainage bottom 9 upwards.
  • a height adapter 19 is placed on a projection 22 so that the projection 22 fixes the height adapter in the horizontal direction.
  • the cover 7 rests on a support shoulder 23 of the height adapter.
  • the frame 6 lies with its underside on a support shoulder 24, which serves as a frame support.
  • the support shoulder 23 and the support shoulder 24 are arranged at different heights H1 and H2, respectively, measured from the drainage floor. This contributes to the different height of the frame 6 and the cover 7 bill.
  • the frame 6 is made longer in height to cover by vertical displacement as large a height range as possible according to the applied flooring 18.
  • the height of the cover 7 is smaller, so that under her enough space for the flow of water results and the cover with its approximately U-shaped cross-section could also be reversed, and the interior of the U-shape could also be provided with a floor covering, which is then aligned to the top.
  • the support shoulder 23 and the support shoulder 24 are provided on opposite sides of the height adapter 19.
  • the intermediate portion of the height adapter 19 is located on the side of the frame 6 and on the cover 7 and serves as a spacer 25, which ultimately determines the distance between the two and thus the width of the inlet slot. 8
  • FIGS. 6 and 7 is the height adapter shown enlarged individually and, in contrast to the FIGS. 4 and 5 , in full size before cutting to length. In this condition, the height adapter is delivered.
  • the height adapter is designed to be cut to length and has to cut to length several predetermined separation points 26 which are arranged at regular intervals in series one above the other.
  • the projecting shoulder 24 projecting on one side is therefore not continuous over its height, but is interrupted in the region of the predetermined separation points 26, resulting in groove-like cuts 27
  • Each of the predetermined separation point 26 corresponds to a height level of the adapter.
  • the body of the adapter is provided with openings 28 in its wall, resulting in between adjacent openings 28 web-like rungs 29, which are arranged like a ladder on each of the four sides of the adapter above the other. Only in the region of its four corners 30 of the height adapter is consistently formed over its height.
  • a recess 31 formed on the inside by the rungs 29 is provided, the inside shape of which is designed to be complementary to the shape of the projections 22.
  • the provided in the upper region of the adapter 19 spacer 25 has on its upper side formed approximately as a circle arcuate surface whose highest point is formed approximately in the middle of the length of the height adapter. This results in each case from that highest point a slope, so that the water passing through the inlet slot is discharged laterally.
  • the height adapter is preferably made of plastic and can be cut approximately horizontally with known sharp knives or saws at the predetermined separation points.
  • the drain pot 3 is attached vertically to the drain tank 2 via the formed on the flanges 5 detent and / or clip connection from below, the retaining tabs 12 with the heels 33 can laterally deflect easily on the annular shoulder 15 and behind in the annular groove 16 positively engage, so that the drain pot 3 is pressed vertically against the drain tank, optionally with an interposed seal.
  • the drain pipe 4 is connected to a locally starting pipe. Subsequently, for example, a screed is applied, which closes in height approximately flush with the flange 5.
  • the height adapters are used in the Figures 5 and 6 shown delivered form.
  • the height adapter 19 can be cut to the desired height based on the predetermined separation points 26, as in FIG. 4 and 5 shown.
  • the height adapter 19 can be cut to the desired height based on the predetermined separation points 26, as in FIG. 4 and 5 shown.
  • All height adapters cut to the same height are placed on the projections 22, so that the support shoulder 24 is arranged between the projection and the adjacent drainage wall 10.
  • the height adapter rests with its bottom surface on the drainage bottom 11. Thereafter, the frame 6 is inserted into the gap remaining between the height adapter and the drainage wall until it rests on the support shoulder 24.
  • the resulting height of the frame 6 is aligned with the height of the applied to the flange flooring 18 at ground level 17th
  • the cover 7 is then placed on the support heels 23 of the height adapter and there is a final height of the cover 7 in the same floor height 17th
  • the cover 7 is optionally removable, for example, for cleaning purposes, in which then a mounted inside the drain pot odor trap can be removed and cleaned over the handle handle 32.
  • the height adapters can simply be cut to the same height so that a plane of equal height results from the cover, the frame and the floor covering.
