- a characteristic of the drawing assembly in hand is that of allowing to keep clamped more than one profile at the same time, but to draw only one or alternatively both in order to control singly the length thereof. It is evident that to such an end it is also necessary that the wheels of the straightening members are doubled, as the members measuring the metal profiles, for example consisting of conventional measure wheels, must be doubled.
- the present solution of doubling the drawing wheels results in being even more efficient if associated with the use of a roller straightener wherein the single straightening wheels are doubled as well.

- the present invention turns out to be very flexible, and in particular such as to allow also the simultaneous production of pieces with different lengths.
- the present solution can obviously be applied to drawing assemblies anyway shaped as for arrangement and dimensions of the drawing wheels, as well as for the shape of the throats of such drawing wheels. It is for example possible to provide that the throats have different diameters for working metal profiles having different diameters.
- the drawing assembly described for indicative purpose is susceptible of various modifications and variants according to the exigencies.
- inventive idea of doubling the drawing wheels in order to control in an independent manner the forward motion of the single metal profiles can be usefully applied also to drawing assemblies using belt means, pliers means or other similar ones, known in the considered field and constituting in every respect technical equivalents of the counter-rotating drawing wheels.

Claims (8)
- Ensemble d'entraînement dans des machines pour le travail des profilés métalliques, comprenant un ou plusieurs couples de roues d'entraînement (11, 12) contrarotatives, entre lesquelles sont serrés les profilés métalliques (2) à alimenter, dans lequel lesdites roues d'entraînement (11, 12) sont dédoublées de sorte que chaque couple de roues définit une première roue (11a, 12a) et une seconde roue (11 b, 12b), caractérisé en ce que ladite première roue (11a, 12a) et ladite seconde roue (11 b, 12b) sont indépendantes l'une de l'autre, disposées côte à côte et coaxiales, et en ce qu'au moins une roue (11 a, 12a) des dites première et seconde roues placées côte à côte est motorisée et contrarotative par rapport à une roue presseuse (11b, 12b), lui faisant face, pouvant tourner librement ou également motorisée et située dans le même plan qu'elle, pour serrer un profilé métallique (2) respectif.
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites première roue (11a, 12a) et seconde roue (11b, 12b) côte à côte présentent une respective gorge annulaire (10) dans laquelle ledit profilé métallique (2) est guidé en avancement.
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues d'entraînement (11, 12) sont respectivement constituées d'une dite première roue (11a, 12a) motorisée qui est disposée côte à côte d'une dite seconde roue presseuse (11b, 12b) pouvant tourner librement selon le même axe de rotation.
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues motorisées (11 a, 12a) sont portées en porte-à-faux par un arbre moteur (15, 16) apte à être actionné par un organe moteur (13, 14) et supporté pouvant tourner, par l'intermédiaire des organes de roulement (17, 18), sur un châssis (3) fixe.
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues presseuses (11 b, 12b) pouvant tourner librement sont montées sur ledit arbre moteur (15, 16) par interposition d'organes de roulement (21, 22).
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une roue d'entraînement (12) dédoublée desdits couples de roues d'entraînement (11, 12) contrarotatives est composée d'une dite première et d'une dite seconde roue (12c, 12d), toutes deux motorisées, tandis que la roue d'entraînement (11) contrarotative est composée d'une dite première et d'une dite seconde roue presseuse (11c, 11 d) toutes deux pouvant tourner librement.
- Ensemble d'entraînement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdites roues motorisées (12c, 12d) sont portées en porte-à-faux par les respectifs arbres moteurs (23, 24) coaxiaux les uns avec les autres et aptes à être actionnés par les respectifs organes moteurs, l'arbre moteur (24) de ladite seconde roue motorisée (12d) étant réalisé de forme tubulaire et portant axialement inséré, longitudinalement à travers, l'arbre moteur (23) de ladite première roue motorisée (12c).
- Méthode d'entraînement pour utiliser un ensemble d'entraînement, selon la revendication 1, dans des machines pour le travail des profilés métalliques, caractérisé en ce qu'il prévoit dea. alimenter un premier profilé métallique (2) à une première roue (11a) motorisée d'un ensemble d'entraînement comprenant un ou plusieurs couples de roues d'entraînement (11, 12) contrarotatives, entre lesquelles sont aptes à être serrés dans une position de travail les profilés métalliques (2) à alimenter à la machine ;b. serrer ledit premier profilé métallique (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une première roue presseuse (12b) contrarotative par rapport à ladite première roue (11a) motorisée ;c. alimenter un second profilé métallique (2) à une seconde roue (12a) dudit ensemble d'entraînement, ladite seconde roue (12a) étant motorisée de façon indépendante par rapport à ladite première roue (11a) motorisée ;d. serrer ledit second profilé métallique (2) par l'intermédiaire d'une seconde roue presseuse (11 b) contrarotative par rapport à ladite seconde roue (11 a/12a) motorisée ;e. actionner de façon indépendante l' entraînement dudit premier et dudit second profilé métallique (2) serrés respectivement entre lesdites première roue motorisée (11a) et première roue presseuse (12b) et entre lesdites seconde roue (12a) motorisée et seconde roue presseuse (11 b).
