Claims (16)

  1. Hebevorrichtung, die an einem Abdichtwerkzeug für Schalen anschließbar ist, wobei die Hebevorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    ein erstes Element (7) und ein zweites Element (11),
    einen Hebemechanismus (2), der am ersten Element (7) angekoppelt ist und so adaptiert ist, dass sich das erste Element in Richtung des zweiten Elements (11) bewegt,
    ein drittes Element (1 a, 1 b), das an ersten Element angekoppelt ist und verschiebbar durch das zweite Element beweglich ist, wenn das erste Element in Richtung des zweiten Elements bewegt wird, und wobei ein distales Ende des dritten Elements in Bezug auf das erste Element, an einer unteren Werkzeughälfte (20) eines Abdichtwerkzeugs für Schalen (20) anschließbar ist, sodass, wenn das erste Element in Richtung des zweiten Elements bewegt wird, die untere Werkzeughälfte in Richtung einer oberen Werkzeughälfte des Abdichtwerkzeugs bewegt,
    die Hebevorrichtung ferner einen Sperrmechanismus (4) umfasst, und wobei
    wenn eine vorbestimmte Druckkraft auf das dritte Element angewandt wird, da die untere Werkzeughälfte die obere Werkzeughälfte kontaktiert, treibt die vorbestimmte Druckkraft den Sperrmechanismus an, sodass es das zweite Element zum dritten Element sperrt, sodass, wenn eine weitere Druckkraft auf das dritte Element angewandt wird, sodass die Abdichtkräfte im Abdichtwerkzeug für Schalen angewandt wird, und das erste Element und der Hebemechanismus von weiteren Druckkräften isoliert sind.
  2. Hebemechanismus nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Sperrmechanismus eine gefederte Befestigung zwischen den dritten Element und dem ersten Element umfasst, wobei die Feder bei Anwendung der Druckkraft am dritten Element zusammengedrückt wird, und die vorbestimmte Druckkraft zu einer vorbestimmten Stelle in der Kompression der Feder korrespondiert.
  3. Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Sperrmechanismus eine Sperrnockenplatte umfasst, die einen geformten Abschnitt hat, wobei die Sperrnockenplatte unbeweglich am ersten Element angekuppelt ist, und wobei die Bewegung des ersten Elements in Richtung des zweiten Elements bewirkt, dass ein geformter Abschnitt eine Sperrung leitet, sodass die Sperrung mit einem hervorstehenden Abschnitt des dritten Elements einrastet.
  4. Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das erste Element eine Platte ist.
  5. Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorangeheden Ansprüche, wobei das dritte Element länglich ist und am ersten Element so angekoppelt ist, das es in einer Bewegungsrichtung entlang am ersten Elements entlang hervorsteht.
  6. Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Hebemechanismus eine drehbare Abdrückschraube ist, die am ersten Element auf so eine Weise angekopplelt ist, dass die Rotation der Abddrückschraube eine Bewegung des ersten Elements auf einer Ebene verursacht, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zur Drehachse der Abdrückschraube ist.
  7. Hebevorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die ferner eine oder mehrere dritte Elemente umfasst.
  8. Hebevorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, wobei die Abdrückschraube und das oder jedes dritte Element im Wesentlichen parallel sind.
  9. Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge, die die Hebevorrichtung von einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche umfasst und ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine niedrige Werkzeughälfte, die am distalen Ende des oder jedem der dritten Elemente montiert ist, sodass, bei Verwendung, eine Bewegung des ersten Elements die niedrige Werkzeughälfte in Richtung der oberen Werkzeughälfte bewegt, und wobei
    die vorbestimmte Druckkraft für die untere Werkzeughälfte und die obere Werkzeughälfte zum Kontaktieren bereit ist.
  10. Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge nach Anspruch 9, die ferner eine zweite Hebevorrichtung umfasst, und wobei die niedriger Werkzeughälfte am distalen Ende des oder jedes dritten Elements der ersten und zweiten Hebevorrichtungen montiert ist, und ferner, wobei die erste und zweite Hebevorrichtung synchron betrieben werden.
  11. Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge nach Anspruch 9, die ferner eine zweite Hebevorrichtung und eine zweite niedrige Werkzeughälfte am distalen Ende des oder jedes dritten Elements der zweiten Hebevorrichtung montiert ist, und wobei die erste und zweiten Hebevorrichtung unabhängig voneinander betrieben werden.
  12. Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge nach Anspruch 11, das ferner eine zweite obere Werkzeughälfte umfasst, die mit der zweiten niedrigen Werkzeughälfte korrespondiert.
  13. Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, wobei die weitere Druckkraft durch ein Verfahren verursacht wird, wobei wenn die untere Werkzeughälfte und die obere Werkzeughälfte miteinander in Kontakt sind.
  14. Verpackungsmaschine, die die Hebevorrichtung für Werkzeuge nach einem Anspruch von 9 bis 13 umfasst.
  15. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 14, wobei die obere Werkzeughälfte eine erhitzte Platte umfasst.
  16. Verpackungsmaschine nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei die untere Werkzeughälfte so adaptiert ist, dass sie das Abdichten einer oder mehreren Schalen unterstützt.
