Description

Sitzanordnung, z.B. Rollstuhl , mit dynamischer Sitzschale  Seat arrangement, e.g. Wheelchair, with dynamic seat
The invention relates to a seat assembly for physically disabled persons, in particular a wheelchair or stroller, with a frame having two mutually paral lel spars, and arranged on the frame seat, which is slidably mounted in the direction of the spars and pivotally mounted on the frame. Such a movable seat assembly is apparent from the European patent EP 0 911 008 B1 of the applicants. The wheelchair described here or the seat arrangement described here is used in particular to accommodate patients suffering from spastic convulsions. In these patients, uncontrolled impulses are delivered to the muscles, which lead to a spasmodic muscle tension, which generally causes a body extension. That is, the seated person unintentionally presses their muscles so that the hip joints and knee joints are pushed. In order to avoid that the patient falls out of the seat shell of the seat assembly, he is on the move! with fastening means comprising, for example, a lap belt or pelvic straps, fixed to the seat pan. In conventional rigid-seated or locked-seated wheelchairs in which the patient is fixed, the muscular forces of the patient, in the event of a spastic seizure, act against the rigid or locked seat which holds the patient's joints in the angled position and the patient in his or her Seat position fixed. This leads to the fact that the muscle tensions can not lead to a body extension and the muscles and ligaments of patients are heavily stressed mechanically. Furthermore, the full muscle power in the middle of Bewesfigungsmitte! and introduced into the seat pan, so that here too a significant mechanical Claim takes place. The arrangement described in EP 0,911,008 B1 solves these problems by proposing that Sitzfiache and Rückeniehne are freely pivotally connected to each other, wherein a clamping device is provided, each having a seat and the backrest .in the bent sitting position 'retentive clamping force generated, and that the footrest is freely pivotably articulated to the Sitzfiache, wherein a tensioning device is provided which generates a the footrest in the bent seat position to the seat holding clamping force. Specifically, a lin earführung is attached to the frame of the chassis of the wheelchair below the seat. On the displaceable .Bauteil the linear guide, the seat is pivotally articulated.
Other manufacturers have taken up this innovation, as is apparent, for example, from the document EP 1 743 612 B1. Here wi rd storage under the seat caused by the fact that the remote from the backrest end of the seat surface linearly displaceable on a support, so that this end is pivotable on the Aufl agers. JP2010-69283 A describes a multi-axis robot arm, which carries a seat and is arranged on a movable frame, the frame itself but is not displaced. Further supporting frames for seating surfaces are known from the documents US Pat. No. 4 544 200, GB 2 272 633 A and US 2009/0218784 A1. Here, various linear guides and pivotal connections for attaching a seat to a frame will be described.
Object of the present invention is to provide a wheelchair or a similar seat assembly for physically disabled persons, in which the linear guide and pivotable Anienkung is formed with a simple structure with high stability and reliability. This object is erfmdungsgemaß solved in that the seat assembly includes a mounting unit, which is the seat slidably and pivotally mounted on at least one of the spars, the fastening unit having at least one Äxiaiiager, which is penetrated by one of the Hol me, wherein the attachment unit comprises a pivotable coupling element for securing the seat, the Kopse ungseiement located between the two Hoimen.
In the previous Roiistühien Trageiemente were arranged for a linear guide between the Hoimen, the sliding member keeps the Sitzfiäche pivotable. The present invention now proposes that the frame of the frame is used to fasten the seat surface. By using the stable and loadable hoops of the frame for displaceable attachment of the seat, a separate linear guide with the required strength can be dispensed with. The construction becomes simpler and cheaper. By reducing the number of parts also maintenance and Fehieranfäiligkeit is reduced. in practice, the attachment unit may be slidably mounted on at least one hoim and have a pivotable coupling member for securing the seat surface. Sinnvol lily, the fastening unit is slidably mounted on both paraiieSen bars and the Kopplungseiement is located between the two Hoimen. In this way one obtains an optimal stability of the sliding guide of the fastening unit
In practice, the sliding movement of the fixing unit may be limited by at least one stop and at least one biasing spring may press the fastening unit against the stop. The stop against which the biasing spring acts should limit the movement of the seat in the kinked seating position, so that the biasing spring causes the movement of the Sitzfiäche in this kinked sitting position. Preferably, also a second stop provided, which limits the displacement of the seat in the Si reckposition.
In practice, the pivoting movement of the coupling element may be limited by at least one rotation stop, wherein at least one return spring causes an abutment against the rotation stop, Also this stop ag should limit the rotational movement in the direction of the angled seating position of the seat, so that the return spring, the seat in moved the angled seating position. Again, it makes sense to provide a second rotation stop limiting the opening movement of the seat in the extended position.
In practice, the fastening unit may have two opposite ends, wherein at each end a thrust bearing is arranged with a bearing bush, which is penetrated by a spar. The attachment unit is therefore constructed as a cross brace with two bushings at their ends, which frame in the longitudinal direction of the spars of the Rol lstuhl are displaced. This structure is simple and inexpensive and at the same time extremely stable.
In practice, the biasing spring may be a coiled against the Axialiager coil spring. The bias spring may surround the hoim. For mounting this linear bearing assembly, the spar may be provided with an end piece which is releasably secured to the end of the spar. Before attaching the end piece, the thrust bearing and the biasing spring can be pushed onto the spar. One end of the biasing spring can against the tail to Hegen. The second end of the biasing spring may abut against the Axialiager and press this against the stop, which defines the angled seating position of the seat, tn practice, the attachment unit may comprise at least one pivot bearing, which consists of two mutually rotatable bearing parts. The bearing parts can form a closed housing in the mutually attached state, wherein the two housing halves to each other are rotatable. In practice, the bearing parts can thus enclose a cavity. In the cavity, the Rücksteilfeder be inserted.
In practice, a bearing part of the pivot bearing may be attached to an axial iager. If the attachment unit has two thrust bearings at their ends, two pivot bearings of the type described are connected to the two thrust bearings. The coupling element can be arranged between the two wings. The coupling element is then located in the middle between the two longitudinal beams.

In FIG. 2 it can be seen that the seat arrangement can follow a stretching movement of the person seated in the seat pan 6. The person can by muscle power, the footrest 10 to move forward and the Swing the backrest 8 back with respect to the seat 7. In this case, tensioning devices 14 and 15 are provided which pull the moving parts of the seat assembly into the sitting position shown in FIG. The first clamping device 14 is provided with a tension spring which is fastened on the one hand to a receiving block 16 fixed to the L-shaped frame and on the other hand is connected to the seat surface 7. The connection m with the seat 7 via a linear guide 17 below the seat 7. The lower part of the linear guide 17 is fixed to the L-shaped frame 4. The front end of the upper part of the linear guide 17 is pivotally connected to the underside of the seat surface 7. At the rear end of the upper part of the linear guide 17, the tension spring 14 is articulated. Thus pulls the tension spring 14, the seat 7 in the rear position and thus the entire seat 6 in the illustrated in Fig. 1 right-angled position. The tensioning device 15 also consists of a tension spring which is arranged between the footrest 10 and the upper part of the linear guide 17. This tension spring 15 pulls the footrest 10 in the rear, angled position, as shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 3 shows a Roilstuhl according to the invention. The Röllstuhl includes egg n chassis 21 with large, rigidly mounted rear wheels 22 and two pivotally mounted front wheels 23, which allow the steering of the Rollsiuhls. The wheels 22, 23 are fastened to a side view L-shaped frame 24. The L-shaped frame 24 serves to receive a seat shell 26. The frame 24 with seat shell 26 is shown in side view in two different positions in Figures 4 and 5. On two lateral vertical struts 33, a handle 25 is arranged, which serves for pushing the Roilstuhls. The seat shell 28 comprises a seat surface 27 and a backrest 28. The backrest 28 is formed by means of two pivot axes 29, which are formed, for example, by rivet or screw connections, with the seat shell 26 articulated. Below the seat surface 27, a linear guide is arranged, which is shown in detail in FIG. Di e Fig. 8 shows the two mutually parallel, horizontal en spars 34 of the side view L-shaped frame 24. A spreader bar 39 is disposed between the two horizontal bars 34 of the frame 24 and keeps them at a distance. The front ends of the spars 34 are a part of the linear guide for the seat surface 27 of the seat shell 28. In Fig. 8 it can be seen that on the front end of each of the spars 34 an end piece 50 is screwed or otherwise secured. The end piece 50 has a larger diameter than the spar 34. The end piece 50 fixes on each spar the deferred thrust bearing 38 and a biasing spring 41, which pushes the thrust bearing 38 away from the end piece 50 to the rear. Each of the spars 34 has an annular collar which has a larger diameter than the spar 34 and a stop 40 forms (see Fig- 5) · The biasing spring 41 presses the thrust bearing 38 against this stop 40. For the displacement of the thrust bearing forward the tail 50 forms the stop.
Each thrust bearing 38 may have a bearing bush 42 made of PTFE or other low-friction material.
Fig. 5). At each thrust bearing 38, a bearing part 43 of a Schwenkl agers 37 is attached. Each pivot bearing comprises a second, bell-shaped bearing part 44, which is non-rotatably connected to one end of a pivot axis 51 (see FIG. 7). The pivot axis 51 carries a Koppiungselement 35, on which the supporting surface 27 by means of a schnei! detachable fastening device can be fastened. It can be seen in FIG. 7 that the two bearing parts 43, 44 of the pivot bearing enclose an inner cavity. Into the inner cavity projects a rotation stop 45 of the outer bearing part 43 into it. Am . inner bearing part is a projection 46 which, in two different p rehsteiiungen the inner bearing part 44 against each one End face of the rotation stopper 45 of the outer bearing part 43 abuts. A Schenkeifeder forms a jerk spring 47 and cooperates with the two bearing parts 43 and 44 together. Each outer Lagerteii 43 has a spring receptacle 48 into which a leg of the Schenkeifeder 47 protrudes. Each inner bearing 44 has a spring receptacle 49 for a zwejten leg of the leg spring 47. The two leg springs 47 rotate the two pivot bearings 37 into the starting position shown in FIGS. 4 or 6. The rotation stopper 45 and the Vörsprung 46 allow pivoting of the coupling member 35 forward so that the front edge of the seat 27 and lowers the rear end of the Si 'tzf laugh 27 lifts (see. Fig. 5). This construction integrates the sliding guide and the pivot bearing for the Sitzf pool 27 in the frame 24 of the Roiistuhls. Thus, components can be saved and a very stable and reliable storage of Sitzfiache 27 an inexpensive and relatively lightweight design can be realized.
