Definitions
- the invention relates to a high-pressure cleaner with a housing surrounding a motor pump unit comprising a liquid-cooled electric motor and a pump driven by the same, the pump having a suction inlet for supplying pressurized liquid and a pressure outlet for discharging pressurized liquid , And wherein the electric motor to the cooling liquid is supplied, which is then settable by the pump under pressure.
- Such high-pressure cleaning devices are for example from the DE 9417662 U1 known. With their help, surfaces can be cleaned by directing a pressurized jet of liquid, such as a stream of water, at the surface.
- the liquid to be pressurized is supplied to the pump via the suction inlet. It is then pressurized by the pump and discharged via the pressure outlet.
- a high-pressure hose can be connected to the pressure outlet, at the free end of which, for example, a spray lance is arranged.
- the electric motor forms a structural unit in combination with the pump and in many cases in combination with a transmission arranged between the pump and the electric motor. This is referred to below as the motor pump unit. It is pre-assembled in the manufacture of the high-pressure cleaner and then inserted into a housing surrounding the motor pump unit.
- the electric motor of such high-pressure cleaning devices is often cooled by an air flow is generated by means of a fan driven by the electric motor, which is guided along the electric motor.
- the housing has for this purpose ventilation openings, so that cooling air enter the housing can and can be led out of the housing after cooling of the electric motor.
- the DE 9417662 U1 describes a high-pressure cleaning device, in which the electric motor can be cooled not only by cooling air but in addition also by liquid, which is then pressurized by the pump. For this purpose, the liquid is first led around the electric motor, and then it reaches the suction inlet of the pump and can be pressurized by it.
- the operation of such high-pressure cleaning equipment is usually associated with a significant noise.
- the object of the invention is to develop a high-pressure cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a lower noise.
- a fanless electric motor is used.
- the cooling of the electric motor is thus not effected by a cooling air flow generated by a fan but by the liquid to be pumped by the pump.
- This has the advantage that ventilation openings in the housing can be omitted.
- the electric motor of the high-pressure cleaning device is designed as an asynchronous motor. This has the advantage that commutator and brushes account for the electric motor. As a result, the heat development of the electric motor can be significantly reduced. This in turn facilitates the cooling of the electric motor with liquid, without a cooling air flow must be generated.
- a further reduction of the noise emission is achieved by the fact that the motor pump unit is mounted on vibration-damping buffer elements. A rigid contact of the Motor pump unit with the housing can thus be omitted. This prevents the transmission of sound from the motor pump unit via rigid mechanical components to the housing.
- the motor pump unit is mounted via vibration-damping buffer elements.
- the storage can be done directly on the housing via the buffer elements.
- the high-pressure cleaning device has a separate support structure, for example a frame or a frame, which supports the motor pump unit via the vibration-damping buffer elements.
- the motor pump unit is surrounded at least over a portion of its outer periphery of at least one sound-absorbing element.
- a sound-absorbing element is arranged in the region of a back part and / or in the region of a front part of the housing.
- the sound absorbing elements take the motor pump unit between them.
- the housing has a floor and a ceiling, wherein a sound-absorbing element can also be arranged in the area of the floor and / or the ceiling.
- At least one sound-absorbing element is designed as an insulating mat.
- This can for example be made of a plastic material and in particular have a foam-like structure.
- a suction nozzle can be connected to the suction inlet and / or a discharge nozzle can be connected to the pressure outlet be.
- the free ends of the suction nozzle and the pressure nozzle can protrude from the housing.
- Suction nozzle and discharge nozzle pass through this arranged on the housing passages.
- the suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle passes through an insulating mat. The suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle is thus surrounded by the insulating mat in the region of the passage opening of the housing. This ensures that virtually no sound can escape from the housing via the passage opening of the respective nozzle.
- suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle is mechanically decoupled from the edge region of the respective passage opening of the housing, because thereby no sound can be transmitted directly from the suction nozzle or from the discharge nozzle to the housing.
- the housing has drain openings whose total opening area at a sound power level of the high-pressure cleaner in high pressure operation of a maximum of 78 dB (A) 3000 mm 2 Not exceeds. It has been shown that such outflow openings do not significantly affect the noise of the high-pressure cleaning device, but reliably prevent it in the event of a malfunction of the high-pressure cleaning device, that liquid comes into contact with live components of the high-pressure cleaning device. In the event of a malfunction, the liquid may rather flow out of the housing via the discharge opening before it comes into contact with live parts.
- the high-pressure cleaning device may have discharge openings, but not exceed a total opening area of 3000 mm 2 . It can thus be provided in a structurally simple manner all safety requirements sufficient high-pressure cleaning device having a significantly reduced noise.
- the maximum opening area of 3000 mm 2 is present when the high-pressure cleaning device has a maximum sound power level of 78 dB (A), measured according to the EN 60704 standard. By increasing the opening area, the sound power level, ie the noise development, could be increased.
- the total opening area of the discharge openings is a maximum of 1500 mm 2 .
- the outflow openings are arranged in a region of the housing which is adjacent to the pump.
- the pump is preferably aligned in line with the motor shaft of the electric motor, in particular it can be provided that the electric motor, a subsequent to this transmission and the pump in the direction of the motor shaft arranged one behind the other are.
- the outflow openings are preferably arranged only in the region of the housing which surrounds the pump, but not also in the region surrounding the electric motor. It has been shown that this allows a further reduction of the noise of the high-pressure cleaner.
- the housing has a front part and a back part, which receive the motor pump unit between them, and if the discharge openings are arranged next to the pump in the back part.
- the front part thus has neither ventilation openings nor drainage openings. As a result, the noise can be additionally kept low.
- At least one drain opening is covered by a sound-absorbing element.
- the housing has a plurality of drainage openings which are covered by a soundproofing element.
- the drainage holes can be covered by an insulating mat.
- the storage of the motor pump unit via vibration damping buffer elements is favorable in this case if at least two vibration-damping buffer elements are arranged on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit, which receive the motor pump unit between them and which are held on a support structure of the high-pressure cleaner.
- the support structure may in this case be at least partially formed by the housing itself, but it may also be provided that a frame or a frame is used as the support structure.
- vibration-damping buffer elements are diametrically opposed.
- vibration-damping buffer elements are arranged on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit, which receive the motor pump unit between them and thus form an abutment, in particular for aligned perpendicular to the motor shaft forces.
- the support structure of the high-pressure cleaning device may comprise, for example, a back part of the housing and a support bracket which can be fixed on the back part and surrounds the motor pump unit, wherein in each case at least one vibration-damping buffer element is arranged between the back part and the motor pump unit and between the support bracket and the motor pump unit.
- at least one vibration-damping buffer element is arranged between the back part and the motor pump unit and between the support bracket and the motor pump unit.
- only a single vibration-damping buffer element is arranged between the back part and the motor pump unit. It is particularly advantageous if only a single buffer element is arranged between the mounting bracket and the motor pump unit.
- the mounting bracket can be releasably connected to the back, in particular, a screw connection between the support bracket and the back can be used.
- the motor pump unit is held on the front side via at least one vibration damping buffer element on a support structure of the high-pressure cleaner.
- the motor pump unit is connected to the end face with a support device, which is held on at least one vibration damping buffer element on the support structure.
- a support device which is held on at least one vibration damping buffer element on the support structure.
- the support device has a bridge part, which is fixed on the one hand to the pressure outlet and / or on the discharge nozzle and on the other hand with the interposition of at least one vibration-damping buffer element on the support structure. Via the bridge part, bearing forces acting parallel to the longitudinal axis of the motor pump unit can be transmitted to the support structure, the transmission of sound from the motor pump unit to the support structure being at least greatly reduced by the interposition of at least one vibration-damping buffer element.
- a particularly compact embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention is characterized in that the suction nozzle is arranged next to the discharge nozzle. This facilitates the handling of the high-pressure cleaning device when connecting a supply hose and a pressure hose.
- the bridge part on the one hand on the suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle and on the other hand with the interposition of at least one vibration damping Buffer element is fixed to the support structure.
- the bridge part is thus defined both on the discharge nozzle and on the suction nozzle. This allows a particularly resilient storage of the motor pump unit.
- the bridge part is preferably made of a plastic material, in particular it may be designed as an injection molded part.
- the motor pump unit For switching on and off of the electric motor, the motor pump unit usually has a switching device with an actuating element which engages through an actuating opening of the housing.
- actuating opening is defined by an opening edge of the housing, which forms a labyrinth in combination with the actuating element.
- the provision of the layer ensures that virtually no sound can escape from the housing via the actuating opening.
- the labyrinth forms a meandering flow path for the air between the interior of the housing and its outer space.
- the labyrinth thus represents an insulating element, with the help of which the noise emission can be kept low.
- the actuating element comprises an annular wall which covers the actuating opening on the inside and / or outside.
- the annular wall is conveniently surrounded by a circumferential collar into which the opening edge of the housing dips.
- the opening edge of the housing is preferably funnel-shaped.
- the speed of the electric motor, regardless of the operating state of the high-pressure cleaner is less than 3600 revolutions per minute, if the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 60 Hz, and less than 3000 revolutions per minute, if the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 50 Hz. As a result, the noise can be kept very low.
- the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 60 Hz and regardless of the operating state of the high-pressure cleaner has a speed between 3100 and 3600 revolutions per minute, in particular a speed between 3100 and 3580 revolutions per minute. - the overall noise development of the high-pressure cleaning device ie its sound power level, is preferably a maximum of 78 dB (A), measured according to the standard EN 60704 in high-pressure operation. It is particularly favorable when the sound power level of the high-pressure cleaning device in high-pressure operation is less than 77 dB (A), for example 76 dB (A). In low-pressure operation, the sound power level is usually even lower.
- an inventive high-pressure cleaning device which is generally designated by the reference numeral 10. It comprises a motor pump unit 12 which is surrounded by a housing which has a front part 14 and a back part 16.
- the front part 14 is designed in the form of a hood, which can be placed on the back part 16 and has a first passage opening 18 and a second passage opening 20 laterally next to one another in a lower area.

- a labyrinth 76 is formed between the rotary knob 60 and the actuating opening 22.
- the labyrinth 76 reduces the emission of sound from the motor pump unit 12 through the actuation opening 22 into the area outside the high-pressure cleaning device 10.
- the motor pump unit 12 is arranged between a first soundproofing element in the form of a first insulating mat 78 and a second soundproofing element in the form of a second insulating mat 80.
- the first insulating mat 78 is positioned on the inside on the front part 14, and the second insulating mat 80 is arranged on the inside of the rear wall 24 of the back part 16.
- the second insulating mat 80 has approximately centrally an opening 82 which surrounds a first vibration-damping buffer element 84 which is held on the rear wall 24.
- the first buffer element 84 is made of a rubber-elastic material and is located in the transition region between the cooling jacket 40 and the gear 42 on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit 12.
- Diametrically opposite the first buffer element 84 is located in the transition region between the cooling jacket 40 and the gear 42 on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit 12 to a second vibration-damping buffer member 86, which is also made of a rubber-elastic material.
- the second buffer element 86 is held on a mounting bracket 88 which is substantially C-shaped and surrounds the motor pump unit 12 at the level of the cooling jacket 40.
- the mounting bracket 88 is held on the back wall 24.
- the two buffer elements 84 and 86 thus receive the motor pump unit 12 between them and form a bearing for the motor pump unit 12. Acting perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the motor pump unit 12 are absorbed by the two buffer elements 84 and 86.
- a support means 90 is disposed between the front part 14 and the back part 16, on the parallel to the longitudinal axis of the motor pump unit 12 acting forces can be transmitted from the motor pump unit 12 to the back part 16 with the interposition of further vibration damping buffer elements. This will be explained in more detail below.
- the support device 90 comprises a bridge part 92, which rests on the one hand on the suction nozzle 48 and the discharge nozzle 52 and on the other hand on ringdomen 94 and 96 of the back part 16.
- the bridge part 92 has a first U-shaped bearing part 98 and a second U-shaped bearing part 100, which abut against the pressure port 52 and the suction port 48 and which cooperate with a clamp part 102 and 104, respectively, which the pressure port 52 and surrounds the suction nozzle 58 and is screwed to the respective bearing part 98 and 100, respectively.
- the bridge part 92 has a first bearing ring 106 and a second bearing ring 108, which can be placed on the first screw dome 94 and on the second screw dome 96.
- Interengaging third and fourth vibration damping buffer members 110, 112 are interposed between first bearing ring 106 and first screw dome 94, and interengaging fifth and sixth vibration damping buffer members 114, 116 are positioned between second bearing ring 108 and second screw dome 96. All buffer elements 110, 112, 114 and 116 are made of a rubber-elastic material.
- the screw domes 94 and 96 are used in combination with other screw domes which are integrally formed on the back wall 24, the preparation of a screw connection between the front part 14 and the back part 16, in the front screwdrivers in the screw dome connecting screws can be screwed, the front part 14th succeed. Such screw connections are known per se to the person skilled in the art.
- the screw domes 94 and 96 not only serve to produce a screw connection between the front part 14 and the back part 16, but they additionally form a bearing for the motor pump unit 12.
- the buffer elements 110, 112, 114 and 116 held on the screw domes 94, 96 are clamped between the front part 14 and the back part 16.
- the motor pump unit 12 is thus mounted on the back part 16 via the buffer elements 84, 86, 110, 112, 114 and 116, which forms a support structure for the motor pump unit 12 in combination with the mounting bracket 88 and the support means 90.
- the storage of the motor pump unit 12 via the buffer elements 84, 86 and 110 to 116 ensures that mechanical vibrations (structure-borne noise) can not be transmitted via rigid mechanical components from the motor pump unit 12 to the back part 16. Since the motor pump unit 12 is arranged between the insulating mats 78 and 80, the transmission of airborne sound from the motor pump unit 12 to the front part 14 and the back part 16 is at least very difficult.
- the first insulating mat 78 has passage openings 118, 120, which are penetrated by the pressure port 52 and the suction port 48.
- the first insulating mat 78 thus surrounds the discharge nozzle 52 and the suction nozzle 48.
- the two stubs 48 and 52 pass through the passage openings 18 and 20 of the front part 14, wherein they are mechanically decoupled from the front part 14 by a distance from the edges of the openings 18 and take 20. Mechanical vibrations of the motor pump unit 12 can thus not be transmitted directly to the front part 14 via the suction nozzle 48 and the discharge nozzle 52. Also airborne sound can practically not pass through the openings 18 and 20 to the outside, since the suction nozzle 48 and the discharge nozzle 52 are surrounded in this area by the first insulating mat 78.
- the electric motor 38 is fanless.
- the cooling of the electric motor 38 does not take place by means of a cooling air flow. Therefore, 16 cooling air openings can be omitted for both the front part 14 and the back part.
- the cooling of the electric motor 38 is rather by means of the liquid which is supplied to the pump via the suction nozzle 48. Before the liquid can pass from the suction nozzle 48 to the suction inlet 46, it is supplied to the cooling jacket 40 via an inlet line 122. Inside the cooling jacket 40, the liquid is then circulated around the electric motor 38 to cool it, and then the liquid is directed to the suction inlet 46 via an outlet conduit 124.
- the inlet conduit 122 thus forms, in combination with the outlet conduit 124, a conduit arrangement via which fluid which is to be pressurized by the pump 44 can first be supplied to the electric motor for cooling thereof.
- ventilation openings for the front part 14 and the back part 16 can be dispensed with, since the cooling of the electric motor 38 is effected by the liquid to be pressurized by the pump 44.
- the back part 16 of the pump 44 adjacent in the region of the bottom wall 26 first drain openings 126, and in which the bottom wall 26 immediately adjacent Region of the back wall 24 and the two side walls 30 and 32 second discharge openings 128 are arranged.
- the discharge openings 126 and 128 are arranged in side regions of beads formed in the back part 16 and in their entirety have an opening area of less than 3000 mm 2 , in particular an opening area of at most 1500 mm 2 .
- liquid can flow out of the housing of the high-pressure cleaning device 10 via the outflow openings 126 and 128 before the liquid can come into contact with live parts.
- the drain openings 126 and 128 are here dimensioned so small that virtually no cooling air can get into the housing of the high-pressure cleaner 10, but that to be put to the high-pressure cleaner 10 safety requirements are readily met.
- the dimensioning of the entire opening area of the discharge openings 128 and 126 to a maximum of 3000 mm 2 , in particular to less than 1500 mm 2 ensures that the high-pressure cleaning device 10 despite the reliable guarantee of all safety requirements has a relatively low sound power level.
- the sound power level of the high-pressure cleaner 10 is less than 78 dB (A), measured according to the standard EN 60704.

Description
The invention relates to a high-pressure cleaner with a housing surrounding a motor pump unit comprising a liquid-cooled electric motor and a pump driven by the same, the pump having a suction inlet for supplying pressurized liquid and a pressure outlet for discharging pressurized liquid , And wherein the electric motor to the cooling liquid is supplied, which is then settable by the pump under pressure.
The electric motor forms a structural unit in combination with the pump and in many cases in combination with a transmission arranged between the pump and the electric motor. This is referred to below as the motor pump unit. It is pre-assembled in the manufacture of the high-pressure cleaner and then inserted into a housing surrounding the motor pump unit.
The operation of such high-pressure cleaning equipment is usually associated with a significant noise. The object of the invention is to develop a high-pressure cleaning device of the type mentioned in such a way that it has a lower noise.
This object is achieved in a high-pressure cleaner of the generic type according to the invention that the electric motor is designed as a fanless asynchronous motor and the motor pump unit is mounted on vibration damping buffer elements.
In the high-pressure cleaner according to the invention, a fanless electric motor is used. The cooling of the electric motor is thus not effected by a cooling air flow generated by a fan but by the liquid to be pumped by the pump. This has the advantage that ventilation openings in the housing can be omitted. As a result, the noise emission of the high-pressure cleaner is significantly reduced. The electric motor of the high-pressure cleaning device is designed as an asynchronous motor. This has the advantage that commutator and brushes account for the electric motor. As a result, the heat development of the electric motor can be significantly reduced. This in turn facilitates the cooling of the electric motor with liquid, without a cooling air flow must be generated. A further reduction of the noise emission is achieved by the fact that the motor pump unit is mounted on vibration-damping buffer elements. A rigid contact of the Motor pump unit with the housing can thus be omitted. This prevents the transmission of sound from the motor pump unit via rigid mechanical components to the housing.
In the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, the motor pump unit is mounted via vibration-damping buffer elements. The storage can be done directly on the housing via the buffer elements. Alternatively or additionally, it can be provided that the high-pressure cleaning device has a separate support structure, for example a frame or a frame, which supports the motor pump unit via the vibration-damping buffer elements.
An additional reduction of the noise is achieved in a preferred embodiment of the invention, characterized in that the motor pump unit is surrounded at least over a portion of its outer periphery of at least one sound-absorbing element. For example, it can be provided that in the region of a back part and / or in the region of a front part of the housing a sound-absorbing element is arranged. Preferably, the sound absorbing elements take the motor pump unit between them. It can also be provided that the housing has a floor and a ceiling, wherein a sound-absorbing element can also be arranged in the area of the floor and / or the ceiling.
It can be provided that at least one sound-absorbing element is designed as an insulating mat. This can for example be made of a plastic material and in particular have a foam-like structure.
In order to allow the connection of a high-pressure hose to the pressure outlet and also to allow the connection of a supply hose to the suction inlet, a suction nozzle can be connected to the suction inlet and / or a discharge nozzle can be connected to the pressure outlet be. The free ends of the suction nozzle and the pressure nozzle can protrude from the housing. Suction nozzle and discharge nozzle pass through this arranged on the housing passages. In order to avoid that sound can escape through the openings from the housing, is provided in an advantageous embodiment, that the suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle passes through an insulating mat. The suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle is thus surrounded by the insulating mat in the region of the passage opening of the housing. This ensures that virtually no sound can escape from the housing via the passage opening of the respective nozzle.
It is particularly advantageous if the suction nozzle and / or the discharge nozzle is mechanically decoupled from the edge region of the respective passage opening of the housing, because thereby no sound can be transmitted directly from the suction nozzle or from the discharge nozzle to the housing.
The use of a fanless asynchronous motor in combination with the storage of the motor pump unit via vibration damping buffer elements makes it possible to significantly reduce the noise of the high-pressure cleaner. With regard to the lowest possible acoustic emission, it would be advantageous if the housing would have no openings at all. In the case of a malfunction of the high-pressure cleaning device, however, this would entail the risk that liquid introduced into the interior of the housing possibly comes into contact with live parts of the high-pressure cleaning device. This could be the case if liquid can escape from a line section within the housing. In order to minimize this risk and at the same time to ensure that the high-pressure cleaner has only a low noise, it is advantageous if the housing has drain openings whose total opening area at a sound power level of the high-pressure cleaner in high pressure operation of a maximum of 78 dB (A) 3000 mm 2 Not exceeds.
It can therefore account for the housing of the high-pressure cleaner ventilation openings, but the high-pressure cleaning device may have discharge openings, but not exceed a total opening area of 3000 mm 2 . It can thus be provided in a structurally simple manner all safety requirements sufficient high-pressure cleaning device having a significantly reduced noise. The maximum opening area of 3000 mm 2 is present when the high-pressure cleaning device has a maximum sound power level of 78 dB (A), measured according to the EN 60704 standard. By increasing the opening area, the sound power level, ie the noise development, could be increased.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the total opening area of the discharge openings is a maximum of 1500 mm 2 . As a result, the noise of the high-pressure cleaning device can be further reduced without there being any impairment of the safety requirements for the high-pressure cleaner.
It is particularly advantageous if the outflow openings are arranged in a region of the housing which is adjacent to the pump. The pump is preferably aligned in line with the motor shaft of the electric motor, in particular it can be provided that the electric motor, a subsequent to this transmission and the pump in the direction of the motor shaft arranged one behind the other are. The outflow openings are preferably arranged only in the region of the housing which surrounds the pump, but not also in the region surrounding the electric motor. It has been shown that this allows a further reduction of the noise of the high-pressure cleaner.
It is particularly advantageous if the housing has a front part and a back part, which receive the motor pump unit between them, and if the discharge openings are arranged next to the pump in the back part. The front part thus has neither ventilation openings nor drainage openings. As a result, the noise can be additionally kept low.
Conveniently, at least one drain opening is covered by a sound-absorbing element. In particular, it can be provided that the housing has a plurality of drainage openings which are covered by a soundproofing element. For example, the drainage holes can be covered by an insulating mat. In the event of a malfunction of the high-pressure cleaning device, liquid can thus flow out of the housing, but the emission of sound via the outlet openings is at least severely limited.
As already explained, the storage of the motor pump unit via vibration damping buffer elements. It is favorable in this case if at least two vibration-damping buffer elements are arranged on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit, which receive the motor pump unit between them and which are held on a support structure of the high-pressure cleaner. The support structure may in this case be at least partially formed by the housing itself, but it may also be provided that a frame or a frame is used as the support structure. Surprisingly, it has been found that when the motor pump unit is mounted, at least two vibration-damping elements are provided on the outer circumference Buffer elements are arranged, the transmission of sound from the motor pump unit to the support structure can be greatly reduced.
It is particularly advantageous if two vibration-damping buffer elements are diametrically opposed.
In particular, it can be provided that only two vibration-damping buffer elements are arranged on the outer circumference of the motor pump unit, which receive the motor pump unit between them and thus form an abutment, in particular for aligned perpendicular to the motor shaft forces.
The support structure of the high-pressure cleaning device may comprise, for example, a back part of the housing and a support bracket which can be fixed on the back part and surrounds the motor pump unit, wherein in each case at least one vibration-damping buffer element is arranged between the back part and the motor pump unit and between the support bracket and the motor pump unit. Preferably, only a single vibration-damping buffer element is arranged between the back part and the motor pump unit. It is particularly advantageous if only a single buffer element is arranged between the mounting bracket and the motor pump unit. The mounting bracket can be releasably connected to the back, in particular, a screw connection between the support bracket and the back can be used.
In order to accommodate aligned parallel to the motor shaft bearing forces is provided in an advantageous embodiment of the invention that the motor pump unit is held on the front side via at least one vibration damping buffer element on a support structure of the high-pressure cleaner.
It can be provided, for example, that the motor pump unit is connected to the end face with a support device, which is held on at least one vibration damping buffer element on the support structure. Surprisingly, it has been found that, by arranging the vibration-damping buffer elements between the support device and the support structure, a particularly great reduction in the noise development of the high-pressure cleaning device can be achieved. In contrast, the connection between the motor pump unit and the support device via rigid mechanical components. However, it can also be provided that vibration-damping buffer elements are arranged both between the motor pump unit and the support device and between the support device and the support structure.
In a preferred embodiment, the support device has a bridge part, which is fixed on the one hand to the pressure outlet and / or on the discharge nozzle and on the other hand with the interposition of at least one vibration-damping buffer element on the support structure. Via the bridge part, bearing forces acting parallel to the longitudinal axis of the motor pump unit can be transmitted to the support structure, the transmission of sound from the motor pump unit to the support structure being at least greatly reduced by the interposition of at least one vibration-damping buffer element.
A particularly compact embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention is characterized in that the suction nozzle is arranged next to the discharge nozzle. This facilitates the handling of the high-pressure cleaning device when connecting a supply hose and a pressure hose.
It is advantageous if the bridge part on the one hand on the suction nozzle and the discharge nozzle and on the other hand with the interposition of at least one vibration damping Buffer element is fixed to the support structure. The bridge part is thus defined both on the discharge nozzle and on the suction nozzle. This allows a particularly resilient storage of the motor pump unit.
The bridge part is preferably made of a plastic material, in particular it may be designed as an injection molded part.
For switching on and off of the electric motor, the motor pump unit usually has a switching device with an actuating element which engages through an actuating opening of the housing. Such actuators are known to those skilled in the form of knobs of rotary and toggle switches in versatile embodiments. In a preferred embodiment of the high-pressure cleaning device according to the invention, the actuating opening is defined by an opening edge of the housing, which forms a labyrinth in combination with the actuating element. The provision of the layer ensures that virtually no sound can escape from the housing via the actuating opening. The labyrinth forms a meandering flow path for the air between the interior of the housing and its outer space. The labyrinth thus represents an insulating element, with the help of which the noise emission can be kept low.
For example, it can be provided that the actuating element comprises an annular wall which covers the actuating opening on the inside and / or outside.
The annular wall is conveniently surrounded by a circumferential collar into which the opening edge of the housing dips.
The opening edge of the housing is preferably funnel-shaped.
It is particularly advantageous if the speed of the electric motor, regardless of the operating state of the high-pressure cleaner is less than 3600 revolutions per minute, if the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 60 Hz, and less than 3000 revolutions per minute, if the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 50 Hz. As a result, the noise can be kept very low.
It can be provided, for example, that the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 60 Hz and regardless of the operating state of the high-pressure cleaner has a speed between 3100 and 3600 revolutions per minute, in particular a speed between 3100 and 3580 revolutions per minute. If the electric motor is designed as an asynchronous motor with a mains frequency of 50 Hz, it preferably has a speed between 2600 revolutions per minute and 3000 revolutions per minute, in particular a speed in the range from 2700 revolutions per minute to 2950 revolutions per minute, regardless of the operating state of the high-pressure cleaning device Minute.
The electric motor is preferably designed as a two-pole asynchronous motor.
The electric motor preferably has an electrical power of at most 3500 W. It can be provided, for example, that the maximum power of the electric motor is about 3400 W.
A) beträgt, beispielsweise 76 dB(A). The overall noise development of the high-pressure cleaning device, ie its sound power level, is preferably a maximum of 78 dB (A), measured according to the standard EN 60704 in high-pressure operation. It is particularly favorable when the sound power level of the high-pressure cleaning device in high-pressure operation is less than 77 dB (A), for example 76 dB (A). In low-pressure operation, the sound power level is usually even lower.

The
Diametrically opposite the
On the
The
The first insulating
As already mentioned, the
As already mentioned, ventilation openings for the
