  4. Motor assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the damping element (3) is embodied from an elastic plastic, preferably from polyurethane.
  5. Motor assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the housing (2) has a positioning device (7), on which the damping element (3) and the motor casing (5) are positioned with respect to the housing (2).
  6. Motor assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the damping of the damping element (3) can be set.
  7. Motor assembly (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a further damping element (23) is provided, which is arranged on the side of the fan motor (4), opposite to the damping element (3), between the fan motor (4) and motor casing (5).
