Description

The present invention relates to a guide fitting of a sliding door furniture with at least one sliding along a guide profile in a running rail sliding door according to the preamble of Anspruchs.1 and a guide fitting a sliding door furniture according to the preamble of claim. 2

Generic guide fittings for sliding doors of sliding door furniture serve to guide the sliding door in a guide profile, wherein the guide fitting has a guide bar which projects from below into the guide profile, which is embedded for example in a ceiling part of the sliding door furniture. To increase the comfort of such a sliding door furniture, also guide fittings are known, in addition to the guide bar also have a damping unit and / or a Selbsteinzugseinheit, which are activated via a arranged on the guide fitting driver, wherein for actuating the driver in the guide profile an activator is fixed in a predetermined position, which engages when moving the sliding door in the driver and so dampens depending on the position of the movement of the sliding door when closing the sliding door or supports the opening movement of the sliding door when opening the sliding door.

From the GB 2 321 922 A a guide fitting is known in which a sliding door is guided in a guide profile, wherein the guide fitting has a fitting arranged on the sliding door housing, on which a guide rail in the executable guide bar is arranged, the reversible from a mounting position, in which the sliding door without obstruction under the Guide profile is pivotable, movable in an operating position and can be locked in this position. In the operating position, the guide bar protrudes into the guide profile.

A disadvantage of these guide fittings is that the installation of the sliding door furniture and in particular the guide fitting with such comfort functional parts is very complex and thus has a high expenditure of time and thus costs.

The object of the present invention is to provide a guide fitting of a sliding door furniture which has a guide bolt and which permits a simple and accurate assembly or disassembly of the sliding door furniture and in particular a sliding door coupled to a damping unit and / or self-closing unit.

This object is achieved by a guide fitting a sliding door furniture with the features of claim 1 and by a guide fitting a sliding door furniture with the features of claim 2.

According to the invention, at least the guide bar and the driver of the guide fitting are designed so that they are reversibly movable from a mounting position in which the sliding door is pivotable under the guide profile without hindrance, in an operating position in which the guide bar and the driver protrude into the guide profile. In this functional position of the guide bar and the driver of the guide fitting are latched. The damping unit and / or the self-closing unit, the driver and the guide bolt are designed as a structural unit, wherein the structural unit has a housing on which the guide bolt is formed and the damping unit and / or the self-retraction unit and the driver are mounted.

Such a construction of the guide fitting has the great advantage that during installation of the sliding door furniture, the sliding door can initially be used with a lower edge in a track and then by simply swinging the sliding door of the guide fitting and the guide profile can be accommodated so that at least the guide bar and the driver can be transferred from the mounting position to the operating position, in which the driver and the guide bar protrude into the guide profile.

In this case, the guide fitting, as stated in claim 1, be embedded in the sliding door, while the guide profile is embedded, for example, in a ceiling part of the sliding door furniture. In the guide fitting according to claim 2, the guide fitting is arranged on a wall of the sliding door furniture, while the guide profile is embedded in a front edge of the sliding door. Both variants are possible. Important is the easier installation of the sliding door furniture by erfindungemäßen guide fitting.

Due to the design of the damping unit and / or the self-retraction unit, the driver, and the guide bar as a unit they can be transferred in the fitting housing in a simple manner from the mounting position to the operating position.

The housing of the assembly is in particular arranged pivotably on the fitting housing.

The design of the damping unit and / or the Selbsteinzugseinheit, the driver and the guide bolt as a unit allows easy pre-assembly of the guide fitting outside the sliding door furniture, so that when mounting the guide fitting on the sliding door furniture after swinging the sliding door in its operating position, only the unit or . in the fitting housing must be transferred from its mounting position to the operating position.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the housing of the structural unit of the guide fitting is hinged to the fitting housing. This allows a particularly simple installation of the sliding door furniture, since the sliding door during pivoting into its operating position, the housing of the assembly simultaneously collapses into the fitting housing and is thereby transferred to its operating position.

According to a further embodiment of the invention, the guide fitting is designed so that the housing of the assembly can be moved out of the fitting housing. This is preferably done via a thumbscrew, which protrudes from a recess of the fitting housing, wherein after the pivoting of the sliding door into its operating position by turning the thumbscrew, the assembly from its mounting position in which the assembly is recessed in the fitting housing, in the operating position, in the she stands out of the fitting housing, can be moved out.

In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, back, etc. refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the guide fitting and other parts selected in the respective figures. These terms are not intended to be limiting, that is to say, by different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design or the like, these references may change.

In the Figures 1 and 2 is denoted by the reference numeral 1 a total of sliding door furniture having a body with side walls, serving as a ceiling upper wall 4 and a bottom 5. In the bottom 5 rails 6 and in the serving as a ceiling wall 4 guide profiles 7 are inserted, which allow with the sliding doors 2, 3 guide fittings 100, 200, 300 a sliding movement x of the sliding doors 2, 3.

In order to mount the sliding doors 2, 3 in such a sliding door furniture 1, the sliding door 2 is first inserted into the running rail 6 located on the bottom 5 and then swung transversely to the displacement direction x under the guide profile 7, so that in the guide fitting 100, 200, 300 accommodated structural unit can be brought into engagement with the guide profile 7 and so the sliding door 2, 3 along the guide profile 7 can be guided.

As in the FIGS. 5 to 9 is shown, an embodiment of the guide fitting 100 according to the invention is already mounted before the onset of the sliding door 2 in the sliding door furniture 1 on the sliding door 2 or embedded in a designated groove in the sliding door 2. The guide fitting 100 has, as particularly good in the FIGS. 3, 4 and 23 to 25 can be seen, arranged on the sliding door 2 fitting housing 101, which is preferably embedded in the sliding door 2, in which a structural unit consisting of a guide bar 51, a damping unit 54, a driver 52 and a self-closing unit with a spring element 55, the are mounted on a housing 112 of the assembly, which is arranged via a pivot pin 106 on the fitting housing 101. This allows the entire assembly in a mounting position in which the guide bar 51 and the driver 52 are at least largely recessed inside the fitting housing 101, in a simple manner from the fitting housing 101 through an opening 108 in the end face 107 of the fitting housing 101 out into its operating position be pivoted.

In this operating position, the guide bar 51 dips into the guide profile 7 and thus allows a guide of the sliding door 2 along the guide profile 7. The driver 52 protrudes so far into the guide profile 7 that an activator 8 positioned in the guide profile 7 at a predetermined position, shown in the FIGS. 20 to 22 , with the driver 52 can come into contact to support a closing movement of the sliding door 2 on the one hand by the spring force of a spring element 55 a Selbsteinzugseinheit and at the same time too hard striking the sliding door 2 when reaching the closed position by a coupled to the driver 52 damping unit 54 to quell. The driver 52 is guided in an L-shaped link 56 with a kinking on one side end 57, in which the driver 52 partially dips when reaching a predetermined position of the sliding door 2 to the activator 8 and thus the sliding door 2 for the other Sliding path release. The operation of such a driver is known from the prior art. The same applies to the damping unit 54 and its coupling with the driver 52, so that need not be discussed in more detail here on the coupling and operation of the driver 52 with the damping unit 54 and the self-retraction unit.

For positional positioning of the assembly in the fitting housing 101 locking elements 110, 111 are formed on the housing 112 of the assembly, which can be latched into corresponding recesses 104, 105 of the fitting housing 101. The locking elements 110, 111 are formed opposite to the pivot pin 106 at different angular positions of the housing 112 of the assembly. Accordingly, the recesses 104, 105 are arranged in corresponding angular positions relative to the pivot pin 106 on the fitting housing 101, so that for locking the assembly in the mounting position, the locking elements 110 in the opening 108 on the end face 107 of the fitting housing 101 removed recesses 104 engage and the latching element 111 engages in the recess 105 and thus pivoting the Unit is prevented. A detailed representation of this position of the unit is in the FIGS. 10 and 11 shown.

In order subsequently to transfer the structural unit from the installation position into the operating position, the latching elements 110 are pressed from the recess or recesses 104 inwardly into the fitting housing 101. In this position, the assembly can then be pivoted from the opening 108 upwards into its operating position, wherein the locking elements 110 are automatically pushed out into the recess 105 from the interior of the fitting housing 101. The operating position thus achieved, in which the driver 52 and the guide bar 51 protrudes from the opening 108 of the fitting housing 101 upwards, is in the FIGS. 12 and 13 shown.

For fixing the fitting housing 101 to the sliding door 2, a plurality of bores 102 are provided which, for example, allow screwing of the fitting housing 101 to the sliding door 2 by screwing in screws 103.

As in the FIGS. 11 and 13 can be clearly seen, the latching element 111 is shaped so that the voltage applied to the respective outer edges of the recess 105 edges in the direction of the pivot pin 106 apart to a complete concern of these outer edges at the edges of the recess 105 corresponding to that in the pivotal movement of the assembly to ensure that the angle is exceeded.

As in the FIGS. 14 and 15 is shown, the part of the housing 112, in which the locking elements 110, 111 are formed, in the form of elastically bendable webs 115 which protrude in the relaxed state in the recesses 104, 105 of the fitting housing 101 in.

To be in the operating position ( FIG. 15 ) to prevent retraction of the locking elements 110, 111 formed webs 115 into the interior of the fitting housing 101, a nose 114 is formed on an end face 113 of the webs 115, which extends away from the guide bar 51.

The FIGS. 16 and 17 again show the guide fitting 100 in the installed state, wherein the assembly is locked here in the mounting position. In the FIGS. 18, 19 and 26 the guide fitting 100 is shown in the installed state, wherein the assembly is locked here in the operating position. Good to see here are the guide bar 51 and the driver 52, which protrude into the guide profile 7 in.

The FIGS. 20 to 22 show the guide fitting 100 in function with a fixed in the guide profile 7 activator 8, which is fixed for example with nails 9 at a predetermined position in the guide profile 7. When in the FIG. 20 shown position of the sliding door 2, the sliding door 2 is in an open position. The driver 52 is here pivoted so that he has released the activator 8 and so the sliding door 2 along the guide profile 7 can be freely moved to the maximum opening position. In FIG. 21 is the sliding door 2 as far moved in the direction of its closed position that the activator 8 strikes the driver 52, which then pivots in the movement of the sliding door 2 in the direction of its closed position the driver 52 so that it surrounds the activator 8, while the Selbsteinzugsmechanismus and the damping mechanism triggers and so the sliding door 2 finally automatically and damped in the in FIG. 22 shown closed position leads.

The FIGS. 27 to 31 show a further preferred embodiment of a guide fitting 200 according to the invention. This guide fitting is designed so that the housing 211 of the assembly is anklappar to the fitting housing 201. Thereby, in the unfolded state of the housing 211, the sliding door 2 can be pivoted during assembly in the direction of the guide profile 7, wherein the guide bar 51 and the driver 52 are received when pivoting the sliding door 2 under the guide profile 7 directly from this and thereby the housing 211 of Assembly on reaching the vertical end position of the sliding door 2 is completely folded into the fitting housing 201 and thus the guide fitting 200 is automatically transferred to its operating position. For this purpose, the fitting housing 201 and the housing 211 via a parallel to the displacement x rotatable hinge 203 with a pivot 206 which is guided in a pivot bearing 205 and is preferably stabilized with one or more webs 204, mounted together and via locking lugs 207 and locking recesses 213rd locked in the housing 211 of the assembly in the operating position. It is also conceivable, of course, the arrangement of the locking recesses on the fitting housing and according to the latching lugs on the housing of the unit.

In the FIGS. 32 to 35 a still further embodiment of a guide fitting 300 according to the invention is shown. Here, the housing 306 of the assembly is moved out of the fitting housing 301, preferably by actuation via a protruding from a recess 303 of the fitting housing 301 knurled screw 304, which is operatively connected to a thread of an integrally formed on the housing 306 of the unit web 305 and perpendicular to the plane of rotation is held fixed position in the fitting housing 301, so that the assembly moves out of the fitting housing 301 by turning the knurled screw 304 or is sunk in this.

All variants of the fitting housing 101, 201, 301 are mirror-symmetrical shaped according to an advantageous embodiment, so that an installation of the assembly is variably possible.

It is also conceivable to arrange the guide profile 7 in the sliding door 2, 3 and to arrange the guide fitting 100, 200, 300 on a wall 4 or a floor 5 of the sliding door furniture 1.
