Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door mounting structure, a sliding door, and a storage device that can simplify the mounting operation of the sliding door to the rail and can ensure the depth of the storage space as wide as possible.

The conventional sliding door has sliders and wheels on the upper end side and lower end side, respectively, and these sliders and wheels are slidably attached to the casing of the housing such as a storage device. It is customary to make it.

As shown in Patent Document 1, as a structure and method for the attachment, a slider is arranged to be able to project and retract at the upper end portion of the sliding door, and the slider is moved to a height position appropriately engaged with the upper rail. After the slider b fixed to the sliding door a is temporarily swallowed deeply into the hole d provided in the upper rail c as shown in FIG. 8, the slider b is detached from the upper rail c. A method of dropping the sliding door a within a range and engaging a wheel (not shown) positioned on the lower end side with the lower rail (so-called “kendo method”), as shown in FIG. A method is adopted in which the rail member g is engaged, the sliding door e is moved together with the upper rail member g to a predetermined mounting position of the housing H, and the upper rail member g is fixed to the housing h at that position. .
No. 47-12038

However, in the thing of patent document 1, since the operation | work which screws with a tool from the back side is required in the state which moved the sliding door to the predetermined position and protruded the slider to the appropriate position, workability is very bad. There's a problem. Further, the tendon system shown in FIG. 8 also has to perform an operation of sequentially engaging the slider b and the wheel (not shown) with the upper rail c and the lower rail (not shown) in a state where the entire sliding door a is lifted and inclined. It is extremely complicated. Further, in the method shown in FIG. 9, the sliding door e is moved to a predetermined position while the upper rail member g is engaged with the plurality of sliding doors e, and the upper rail member g is used for the housing h by using a tool. Since it must be fixed, there is a problem that more skill is required for the work. And if it is the structure of screwing using a tool, it will be necessary to work again using a tool also when removing a sliding door temporarily at the time of a maintenance etc., and a troublesome work will be forced one by one.

On the other hand, from the viewpoint of storage capacity, the Kendon system shown in FIG. 8 is temporarily a sliding door in order to avoid the occurrence of a gap between the upper end of the sliding door a and the lower surface of the rail member c ′ when dropped. A rail width c1 for receiving the thickness of a must be secured in the rail member c ′, and when a plurality of sliding doors a are attached, the depth dimension of the rail member c ′ increases cumulatively and the storage space S There is a problem that the inner dimension of the depth (and hence the inner volume of the storage device) is reduced. Further, this has a rail concealment k provided in front of the rail concealment c ′ and the rail concealment c ′ is concealed behind the rail concealment k. This point is also stored by the depth dimension L2 of the rail concealment k. This is a factor that the inner size of the storage device and the inner volume of the storage device are reduced. As shown in FIG. 9, the method of engaging the upper rail member g with the sliding door e in advance is complicated because the upper rail member g is exposed forward, and in this case, rail concealment is employed to conceal the rail. If the rail member is arranged in the back of the door, as in the case of the Kendon system shown in FIG. 8, a factor for reducing the inner dimension of the storage device and the inner volume of the storage device is brought in.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and first of all, it is possible to easily set the sliding door in a housing or the like, and it is also useful for securing the interior space of the storage space. An object is to provide a sliding door mounting structure.

In order to achieve this object, the present invention takes the following measures.

That is, the sliding door mounting structure according to the present invention is provided with an upper sliding member and a lower sliding member on the upper end side and lower end side of the sliding door, respectively, and the upper sliding member holding portion on the upper frame which is a part of the frame constituting the sliding door. The part where the sliding part of the upper sliding member protrudes above the upper end of the sliding door and the standby part where the sliding part almost immerses in the upper sliding member holding part. The upper sliding member can be moved to and from the position, and can be moored at the destination. The upper sliding member is moored at the standby position, the lower sliding member is engaged with the lower rail, and the upper sliding member is moved upward in that state. It is a sliding door mounting structure that is configured to move and anchor to a use position by operation so that the sliding portion of the upper sliding member can be engaged with the upper rail, and is positioned above and below the upper sliding member holding portion. Open the engagement window, The upper sliding member is provided with an elastic deformation portion that engages with the upper engagement window at the protruding position and engages with the lower engagement window at the standby position, and the upper sliding member is disposed between the protruding position and the standby position. The present invention is characterized in that it can move in a contradictory manner and can be moored at a destination only by its moving operation.

As described above, when the upper sliding member is configured to be moored at least at the use position where the sliding portion can be moved upward at least with respect to the sliding door and the sliding portion projects upward from the upper end of the sliding door only by the upward movement operation, the sliding door is predetermined. By simply placing the upper sliding member in the position and moving the upper sliding member upward, the upper sliding member can be moored at a use position where the sliding portion is engaged with the upper rail, thereby completing the setting of the sliding door. For this reason, there is no need to perform operations such as fixing from the back side of the sliding door using a tool, troublesome operations such as jerking, and attaching the sliding door to the housing together with the upper rail. Can be simplified.

In addition, since the upper sliding member can be temporarily held at a standby position where the sliding portion is almost immersed in the sliding door, the upper sliding member can be attached to the sliding door before the sliding door is attached. It is not necessary to manage parts separately during transport, assembly, etc., and because the sliding door can be placed at a predetermined position without interfering with the rail, etc., the upper sliding member can be pulled out immediately in that state. The troublesomeness of separately preparing the upper sliding member when the sliding door is attached can be eliminated.

The upper sliding member can be moored to the destination by moving it from the standby position to the use position and from the use position to the standby position, so that it can be moored at the destination. Including the case where the sliding door is removed, the usability can be effectively improved under the same effect as described above.

Further, the upper sliding member has an elastic deformation portion, and the elastic deformation portion is temporarily elastically deformed so that it can be anchored to the sliding door. Therefore, the mooring operation of the upper sliding member can be effectively performed with a simple structure. Can be realized.
The upper sliding member is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a side sectional view, and the upper sliding member holding part forms a downward U-shaped space in the side sectional view so as to hold the upper sliding member in the space. It is desirable to have.

As a specific embodiment, the elastically deforming portion includes a tongue piece that can be deformed by a resin spring, a claw that is formed on the base end side of the tongue piece and serves as a mooring portion for the sliding door, and a tip of the tongue piece And an operation unit for releasing the mooring formed on the side.

In order to ensure good operation of the sliding door, the downward surface of the claw of the elastically deforming portion is elastically moored to the upward surface of the sliding door at the position where the upper sliding member is used. It is desirable that the upward surface set as a part of the door is configured to abut the downward surface of the sliding door.

In order to ensure that the depth of the storage space in the storage device in which the sliding door is mounted as far as possible and the sliding door is installed as wide as possible and to increase the internal volume effectively, the sliding portion of the upper sliding member is placed on the sliding door. It is preferable that the thickness is thinner than the thickness, and the upper rail is set to have a dimensional relationship that is narrower than the thickness of the sliding door and wider than the thickness of the sliding portion of the upper sliding member.

Similarly, in order to ensure that the inner dimension of the storage space in the storage device with the sliding door attached as much as possible to the front side is as wide as possible and to increase the internal volume effectively, the sliding portion of the upper sliding member is provided. It is preferable to position the sliding door at a position displaced to the back side in the thickness direction of the sliding door while being moored to the sliding door.

Even when a rail concealment is provided on the front side of the upper rail to prevent the upper rail from being exposed to the front, the depth of the storage space in the storage device in which the sliding door is arranged as far as possible and the sliding door is attached is as wide as possible. In order to ensure and increase the internal volume effectively, it is effective to place the part located in front of the sliding part of the upper sliding member in the sliding door close to the rail concealment under the concealment of the rail. Is.

In order to effectively contribute to the stabilization of the sliding door operation and the reduction in the number of parts, the sliding portion of the lower sliding member that engages with the lower rail has the same thickness as the sliding portion of the upper sliding member, and is attached to the sliding door. On the other hand, it is convenient to provide them at substantially the same depth position.

Since the present invention has the mounting structure as described above, the effect at the time of mounting and maintenance can be effectively obtained even if the sliding door adopting the above-described upper sliding member is applied to an existing rail. In the storage device in which the sliding door is attached to the position where the storage space is opened and closed by the mounting structure, the storage power can be effectively improved.

Since the sliding door mounting structure according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, it eliminates the hassle of separately managing the upper sliding member that is a component of the sliding door at the time of shipment, transportation, assembly, etc., and at the same time uses a tool. It is possible to easily set the sliding door in the housing without any trouble. In addition, it is possible to easily adopt a configuration in which the sliding door can be easily removed from the housing or the like without using a tool each time during maintenance, etc., and the effect of extending the inner depth of the storage space can be easily obtained. .

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a storage device to which the sliding door mounting structure according to the present embodiment is applied, and FIG. 2 is a partial longitudinal sectional view of the sliding door mounting portion. The storage device includes a top plate 11, a bottom plate 12, left and right side plates 13, and a back plate 14, and an upper rail member 15 and a lower rail member 16 provided in a sheet metal housing 1 having a storage space S open on the front side. A plurality of sliding doors 2 are arranged on the upper rail member 15 and the lower rail member 16 through a slider 21 as an upper sliding member and a wheel 22 as a lower sliding member so as to be able to slide.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the upper rail member 15 is made of resin having three parallel upper rails 15a on the lower surface, and a part of the top plate 11 of the housing 1 is formed. It is attached to the downward-facing concave rail mounting portion 11a provided on the upper side of the front side constituting the screw by a screw, and the lower surface 15b is set to be substantially flush with the lower surface 11b of the top plate 11 adjacent to the inner side in the mounted state. Has been. In front of the upper rail member 15, a rail concealment 17 having a lower surface 17b substantially flush with the lower surface 15b of the upper rail member 15 is provided integrally with the top plate 11. That is, the upper rail member 15 is attached in such a manner that it is fitted into the groove-like rail attachment portion 11a formed between the lower surface 11b of the top plate 11 adjacent to the inner back and the lower surface 17b of the rail concealment 17 adjacent to the front. It is done.

Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower rail member 16 is made of a resin having three parallel lower rails 16a on the upper surface, and the lower rail member 16 constituting the part of the bottom plate 12 of the housing 1 is used. The upper surface 16b is set to be substantially flush with the upper surface 12b of the bottom plate 12 adjacent to the inner side in the mounted state. In front of the lower rail member 16, a rail concealment 18 is provided integrally with the bottom plate 12 so that the upper surface 18 b is substantially flush with the upper surface 16 b of the lower rail member 16. That is, the lower rail member 16 is attached in such a manner that it is fitted into the groove-shaped rail attachment portion 12a formed between the upper surface 12b of the bottom plate 12 adjacent to the inner back and the upper surface 18b of the rail concealment 18 adjacent to the front. It is done.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the sliding door 2 is obtained by attaching a face plate 25 to a frame body including an upper frame 23 and a lower frame 24, and has wheel holding portions set at two places in the width direction of the lower frame 24. A wheel 22 is rotatably attached to the upper frame 23, and a slider 21 is detachably attached to slider holding portions set at two places in the width direction of the upper frame 23.

The slider 21 is made of resin and is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a side sectional view. The slider 21 has an elastic deformation portion 21b that can be engaged with and disengaged from the sliding door 2 in a part of the slider body 21a. Is provided with a plate-like sliding portion 21c that is thinner than the thickness of the sliding door 2. The elastic deformation portion 21b is cantilevered in an opening 21ax provided in the slider main body 21a and can be deformed by a resin spring. The elastic deformation portion 21b protrudes from the base end side of the tongue piece 21b1 to the sliding door 2. Provided with a claw 21b2 serving as a mooring portion of the tongue and an operation portion 21b3 for releasing the mooring protruding from the tip end side of the tongue piece 21b1, and by pressing the operation portion 21b3, the tongue is resisted against the elastic force. The piece 21b1 is bent, and the claw 21b2 can be moved in a direction to be immersed in the opening 21ax.

On the other hand, a portion of the upper frame 23 of the sliding door 2 serving as a slider holding portion has a slider insertion window 23a into which the slider body 21a can be inserted relatively tightly on the lower surface . A space is formed. Engagement windows 23b and 23c are opened at two locations on the upper and lower sides above the upper surface, and a projecting and retracting window 23d for projecting and projecting the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 is displaced to the rear surface side of the sliding door 2 and opened on the upper surface. ing. 5 (a) and 6 (a), when the slider 21 is inserted into the slider insertion window 23a of the upper frame 23 from below along the arrows, respectively, FIG. 5 (b) and FIG. 6 (b). The tongue piece 21b1 is temporarily elastically deformed at the standby position shown and restored after the claw 21b2 enters the inner space of the upper frame 23 and engages with the lower engagement window 23b. At this time, the slider 21 still slides. The portion 21c is almost immersed in the sliding door 2, and the slider 21 is moored and held by the sliding door 2 at such a standby position. In addition, the tongue 21b1 is temporarily elastically deformed by operating the operating portion 21b3 from this position, and further moved upward after the claw 21b2 is pushed in, as shown in FIGS. 5 (c) and 6 (c). When the tongue piece 21b1 is restored and the claw 21b2 engages with the upper engagement window 23c, the slider 21 slides the sliding portion 21c upward from the sliding door 2 through the projection window 23d. Moored and retained. In this use position, the downward surface 21x of the claw 21b2 of the elastically deformable portion 21b is the upward surface of the engagement window 23c of the upper frame 23 constituting the sliding door 2 as shown in FIGS. The upper surfaces 21y and 21z set on the shoulder portion and the lower end flange portion of the slider 21 are respectively lowered by the elastic repulsive force moored by the elastic repulsive force. The surface 23y and the bottom surface 23z of the bottom wall are in contact with each other. Then, the operation portion 21b3 is further operated from this position to release the engagement between the claw 21b2 and the engagement window 23c, and the slider 21 is moved downward to engage the claw 21b2 with the lower engagement window 23b. In this case, the slider 21 is again moored at the standby position.

That is, in this embodiment, the slider 21 can be reciprocally moved from the standby position to the use position, and from the use position to the standby position, and can be moored at the destination position. If the operation portion 21b3 is pressed and moved downward, the slider 21 can be completely detached from the sliding door 2.

2 and 7, the rail width L3 of the upper rail 15a of the upper rail member 15 is narrower than the wall thickness L4 of the upper frame 23 constituting the sliding door 2, and the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 has a lower width. The dimensional relationship is set to be wider than the wall thickness L5, and the rail width of the lower rail 16a of the lower rail member 16 shown in FIG. 2 is also narrower than the wall thickness of the lower frame 24 constituting the sliding door 2. And the dimension which becomes wider than the thickness of the sliding part 22c engaged with the lower rail 16a among the wheels 22, ie, L3, is set. The thickness of the sliding portion 22c of the wheel 22 is set to L5 which is equal to the thickness of the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 and is provided at substantially the same depth position with respect to the sliding door 2.

Therefore, as shown by an imaginary line and an arrow in FIG. 2, the sliding door 2 is inserted from the opening of the housing 1 in a substantially upright state, and the wheel 22 provided on the lower end side of the sliding door 2 is engaged with the lower rail 16a. In this state, if the slider 21 arranged on the upper end side of the sliding door 2 is moved upward, the slider 21 is moored at a use position protruding upward from the upper end of the sliding door 2, and the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 is moved to the upper rail. In connection with 15a, the installation of the sliding door 2 can be completed. Although three sliding doors 2 are in a superposed state in FIG. 2, it goes without saying that the operation can be performed by appropriately shifting the sliding door 2 when operating the slider 21.

Further, when the slider 21 is moored to the sliding door 2 as described above, the slider 21 is displaced to the rear side in the thickness direction of the sliding door 2 as shown in FIG. 7 (in other words, the sliding door 2 is the slider 21 or the upper rail). Part of the portion 2m located in front of the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 in the sliding door 2 located near the rail concealment 17 (that is, the sliding door 2 arranged in the forefront). However, it has set so that it may be in the state where it sunk under the rail concealment 15.

As described above, the mounting structure of the present embodiment, the slider 21 and the wheel 22 is below slide member respectively on slide member at the upper end and the lower end of the sliding door 2 is provided, one frame constituting the sliding door 2 The upper frame 23 that is a part is set as a portion that becomes a slider holding portion, and the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 protrudes above the upper end of the sliding door 2 at the portion that becomes the slider holding portion of the sliding door 2 In addition, the slider 21 can be moved between the slider 21c and the standby position where the slider 21c is almost immersed in the slider holding section and can be moored at the destination, and the wheel 22 is lowered while the slider 21 is moored at the standby position. The slider 21 is engaged with the rail 16a, and in that state, the slider 21 is moved to the use position by an upward movement, and the slider 21c of the slider 21 is engaged with the upper rail 15a. The sliding door mounting structure is configured to be obtained, wherein the slider holding portion is vertically positioned to open engagement windows 23b and 23c, and the slider 21 is engaged with the upper engagement window 23c at the protruding position. Accordingly, an elastically deformable portion 21b that engages with the lower engagement window 23b in the standby position is provided, and the slider 21 can be moved in a contradictory manner between the protruding position and the standby position, and is moored at the destination only by the movement operation. It is configured to be possible.

In this way, the sliding door 2 is placed at a predetermined position, and the slider 21 as the upper sliding member is simply moved upward, so that the sliding portion 21c is moored at the use position where it engages with the upper rail 15a, and the setting of the sliding door 2 is completed. Therefore, there is no need for an operation to fix the sliding door using a tool or the like from the back side of the sliding door, a troublesome operation such as a tendon, or an operation to attach the sliding door to the housing together with the upper rail. Installation work can be greatly simplified.

In addition, the slider 21 can be temporarily held at a standby position where the sliding portion 21c is almost immersed in the sliding door 2, and the slider 21 is attached to the sliding door 2 before the sliding door 2 is attached. Therefore, there is no need to separately manage parts at the time of shipment, transportation, assembly, etc., and the sliding door 2 is arranged at a predetermined position without interfering with the rail and the like, and the slider 21 is pulled out immediately in that state. Therefore, the troublesomeness of separately preparing the slider 21 when the sliding door 2 is attached can be eliminated.

Further, since the slider 21 is moved back and forth from the standby position to the use position and from the use position to the standby position, the slider 21 can be moored at the destination. Usability can be effectively improved under the same effects as described above, including the case of removing 2.

The slider holding portion is vertically positioned to open engagement windows 23b and 23c. The slider 21 is engaged with the upper engagement window 23c at the protruding position and the lower engagement window 23b at the standby position. Since the elastically deforming portion 21b that engages with each other is provided, it is possible to effectively realize the initial operation of moving the slider 21 to the predetermined position by simply moving the slider 21 and the structure necessary for the initial operation.
Further, the slider 21 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape in a side sectional view, and the slider holding portion forms a downward U-shaped space in the side sectional view so as to hold the slider 21 in the space.

As a specific structure of the elastic deformation portion 21b, a tongue piece 21b1 that can be deformed by a resin spring, a claw 21b2 that is formed on the proximal end side of the tongue piece 21b1 and serves as an anchoring portion to the sliding door 2, and the tongue piece 21b1 The claw 21b2 is formed on the base end side of the tongue piece 21b1 so that it is difficult to come off from the sliding door 2 once it is moored. The operation portion 21b3 can be formed on the distal end side of the tongue piece 21b1, and the tongue piece 21b1 can be appropriately deformed to release the claw 21b2 even with a smaller operation force.

Further, the downward surface 21x of the claw 21b2 of the elastic deformation portion 21b is elastically moored to the upward surface 23x of the engagement window 23c at the use position of the slider 21, and the elastic repulsive force forms a part of the slider 21 with the elastic repulsive force. Since the set upward surfaces 21y and 21z are configured to abut on the downward surfaces 23y and 23z of the sliding door 2, the slider 21 is prevented from rattling at the use position, and the sliding door 2 is appropriately mounted with little blur. And the operating state can be realized.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the thickness L5 of the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 is thinner than the thickness L4 of the sliding door 2, and the rail width L3 of the upper rail 15a is wider than the thickness L4 of the sliding door 2. The width of the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 is set to be narrower and wider than the thickness L5. In the structure of this embodiment, the upper rail 15a is the thickness of the sliding door 2 as in the conventional example of FIG. It is not necessary to accept the thickness L4, and a narrow rail width L3 is sufficient (that is, L3 <L1). Therefore, in particular, when arranging a plurality of sliding doors 2 so as to be able to slide, the entire depth of the rail member 15 is sufficient. The size can be suppressed, and each sliding door 2 can be placed on the front surface side and polymerized closely. That is, as the sliding door 2 is positioned on the front side, the inner size of the storage space S of the housing 1 can be increased, so that the internal capacity of the storage device can be effectively increased.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the sliding portion 21 c of the slider 21 is positioned at a position displaced toward the back side in the thickness direction of the sliding door 2 while being anchored to the sliding door 2, as shown in FIG. 8. Compared to the case where the sliding portion is positioned at the center of the sliding door in the thickness direction, the sliding door 2 can be positioned as far as possible on the front side as a whole in this way, and thereby the inner depth of the storage space S can be secured more widely. The internal capacity of the storage device can be effectively increased.

Further, as shown in FIG. 7, since the rail concealment 17 that prevents at least the front exposure of the upper rail 15a is provided on the front side of the upper rail 15a, the design appearance can be kept good, Further, since the portion 2m located in front of the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 in the sliding door 2 close to the rail concealment 17 is disposed under the rail concealment 17, as shown in FIG. Compared with the case where the sliding door 2 is arranged in the back of the concealed 17, the depth dimension of the rail concealment 17 does not directly affect the inner depth of the storage space S (that is, the depth by the amount of overlapping and overlapping). In this respect, the sliding door 2 is positioned as far as possible on the front side as much as possible to ensure the depth of the storage space S and effectively increase the capacity of the storage device. Rukoto can.

Furthermore, the sliding portion 22c that engages with the lower rail 16a of the wheel 22 has substantially the same thickness as the sliding portion 21c of the slider 21 and is provided at substantially the same depth position with respect to the sliding door 2, so that the upper and lower sliding portions The balance between 21c and 22c can be maintained and the operation of the sliding door 2 can be stabilized, and the upper and lower rail members 17 and 18 can have a vertically symmetric cross-sectional shape to share parts.

The sliding door 2 of the present embodiment is provided with the slider 21 as the upper sliding member as described above, so that the convenience of installation and maintenance is improved, and the sliding door 2 can be effectively applied to existing rails. The storage device of the embodiment can effectively increase the storage power by adopting a structure in which the sliding door 2 is attached through the above-described attachment structure.

It should be noted that the specific configuration of each part, such as employing a wheel for the upper sliding member or a slider for the lower sliding member, is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and does not depart from the spirit of the present invention. Various modifications are possible.
