Claims (10)
- Installation (1) de traitement de surfaces de glisse (21) et des arêtes (23) sur des skis (5) et snowboards, comprenant un bâti de machine (3) pour la fixation des outils de traitement et des éléments de retenue pour les skis (5) ou snowboards pendant le traitement de leurs surfaces de glisse (21) et arêtes (23), les skis (5) ou snowboards étant maintenus fixement pendant le traitement par les éléments de retenue et les outils de traitement étant déplaçables sur un chariot (19) dans le sens longitudinal des skis (5) dans le bâti de machine (3), une meule de surface de glissement et de structure (25) pouvant être entraînée par un moteur, destinée à traiter la semelle (21) étant agencée sur le chariot (19) et deux meules (29) destinées à traiter les surfaces extérieures des arêtes (23) étant agencées sur le chariot (19), dont au moins une est mobile axialement par rapport à l'autre, caractérisée en ce que- les meules destinées à traiter les surfaces extérieures des arêtes (23) sont des meules boisseau,- deux meules de réglage (27) destinées à traiter le côté inférieur d'arête sont agencées sur le chariot (19), dont au moins une est mobile axialement par rapport à l'autre, et en ce que- des moyens pour déterminer la distance de l'au moins une meule de réglage (27) et de l'au moins une meule boisseau (29) par rapport au ski (5) et pour commander leur avance axiale sont agencés.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de retenue pour les skis (5) comportent des rouleaux porteurs (13) agencés transversalement au sens de la marche du chariot (19), lesquels rouleaux porteurs (13) sont logés en partie sur le chariot (19) latéralement et parallèlement aux outils de traitement et sont mobiles en partie sur des supports (15) devant et derrière le chariot (19) sur le bâti de machine (3).
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les supports (15) sont déplaçables avec les rouleaux porteurs (13) par une bande flexible ou une courroie dentée (17), les supports (15) pouvant être entraînés de manière couplable et découplable de la bande ou de la courroie dentée (17).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les skis (5) peuvent être pressés avec des serre-flans (9) fixés en haut sur le bâti de machine (3) sur les rouleaux porteurs (13) jusqu'à ce que leur semelle (21) se trouve orientée dans un plan.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les meules (25, 27) peuvent être approchées par le bas de la semelle (21) du ski (5) et peuvent être pressées contre celle-ci avec une force réglable et régulée.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une meule boisseau (29) et une meule de réglage (27) peuvent être amenées par commande d'un capteur de distance latéralement sur une arête (23) et peuvent être guidées selon le contour de l'arête (23).
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la position des axes de rotation de la meule boisseau (29) et/ou de la meule de réglage (27) peut être réglée et ajustée manuellement ou par voie motorisée par rapport à l'horizontale.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un ou plusieurs éléments ou diamants de dressage (35) sont agencés de manière à pouvoir avancer par rapport aux meules (25, 27, 29) pour le profilage ou le dressage des meules (25, 27, 29) sur le bâti de machine (3) et en ce que, pour le refroidissement de l'au moins un élément de dressage (35), celui-ci présente au moins un perçage s'étendant axialement à son extension longitudinal pour le passage d'un moyen de refroidissement.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que des buses d'eau sous pression (37) dirigées sur les surfaces des meules (25, 27) sont agencées pour le nettoyage des meules (25, 27) de la poussière de meulage et des projections dans la zone du sommet Su respectivement inférieur.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que les meules de surface de glissement et de structure (25) sont agencées sur les points d'appui bilatéraux avec des moyens (39) pour la détection d'un défaut d'équilibrage et/ou pour le montage de masses d'équilibrage et/ou pour le déplacement de masses d'équilibrage sur la périphérie de la meule (25).
