Definitions
- the present invention relates to a refrigeration device with a refrigerated goods container, and to a method for producing a refrigeration device.
- a refrigerant In refrigerators, a refrigerant is typically conducted in a closed circuit.
- the refrigerant is first compressed by a compressor, condensed in a first heat exchanger with heat dissipation, expanded with a throttle and evaporated in a second heat exchanger at low temperature while absorbing heat.
- a second heat exchanger tube evaporator As a second heat exchanger tube evaporator are known which can be arranged in a refrigerated goods. During operation, the tube evaporator receives heat through the refrigerated goods container, which thus leads to cooling of the space inside the refrigerated goods container.
- Pipe evaporators are often formed as a coil, which meanders over a certain area to achieve favorable heat exchange conditions.
- these coils can be easily twisted or moved by the refrigerated goods in the refrigerated goods and thus be exposed to greater mechanical loads that can lead to a defect in extreme cases.
- the patent US 6,536,227 B1 shows a refrigerator with a container in which an inner housing is arranged. Insulation is provided between the inner housing and the container. In the insulation, an evaporator is provided, which is attached to an outer side of the inner housing.
- the publication US 2005/138807 A1 shows a refrigerator with a main body comprising a freezer compartment and a refrigerator. On a rear wall of the main body, an evaporator is provided.
- the publication WO 02/210581 shows a refrigerator, which includes horizontal evaporator, which are arranged in a freezer or a freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
- a refrigeration appliance is understood in particular to be a household refrigeration appliance, that is to say a refrigeration appliance used for household purposes or possibly even in the gastronomy sector, and in particular for storing food and / or beverages in household quantities at specific temperatures, such as, for example, a refrigerator, a freezer or a fridge freezer combination.
- a tube evaporator can be used, the tube sections are rotated against each other during a phase of production, and which are fixed to each other only after this phase.
- the pipe sections can be fixed in particular in one plane.
- the mutually fixed pipe sections are each formed straight and can be arranged substantially parallel to each other in the refrigerated goods.
- the holding device is arranged on the side of the tube evaporator facing the wall of the refrigerated goods container.
- the tube evaporator is fastened only on the opposite side by means of clips or by means of a latching connection on the refrigerated goods container.
- the holding device is fastened by means of a latching connection or a clip connection to the tube evaporator.
- a simple mounting of the holding device is possible.
- the holding device may have, for example, at least two, preferably at least three hooks which fix the pipe sections. Furthermore, the holding device may have at least one bearing surface on which rest the pipe sections. Thus, a reliable fixation of the pipe sections is possible.
- the pipe sections can, for example, with the exception of the outside to the tube evaporator arranged pipe sections, be connected to each other by a plurality of transverse to the pipe sections arranged transverse ribs.
- the outer pipe sections and the middle pipe sections can be rotated against each other which can be advantageous for the production.
- the holding device may have at least one retaining lug, which is arranged between two of the transverse ribs and fixes one of the pipe sections. Thus, a better fixation of the pipe sections and the holding device can be achieved.
- the holding device may have a bottom wall, in which at least one drain hole for discharging condensation water is provided.
- a relatively large-scale holding device can be provided, which allows a stable fixation and is reliably dissipated in the condensation.
- the holding device can be dimensioned such that it fixes exactly two or exactly three pipe sections together.
- the holding device can be made so compact that it can be mounted with one hand.
- a holding device can be provided on each side of the tube evaporator, resulting in a particularly stable fixation of the tube sections.
- the holding device can extend over the entire width of the tube evaporator. With this embodiment, all pipe sections can be fixed with only one holding device.
- the holding device may be, for example, a bar designed as an angle profile or U-profile.
- the strip can have a lower strip section, on which rest the pipe sections, as well as the lower strip section opposite retaining projections, wherein the pipe sections between the lower strip portion and the retaining projections are fixed.
- a spacer may be arranged between the holding device and the wall. This spacer ensures that the holding device can not be moved backwards in the direction of the wall and damage a temperature sensor or the like arranged there.
- a method of manufacturing a refrigerator is disclosed in independent claim 14.
- the pipe sections can be determined by the fixing by means of the holding device in a plane.
- Fig. 1 2 shows a perspective view of a refrigerated goods container 110 of a refrigeration device 100 wrapped with a tube evaporator 130.
- the refrigerated goods container 110 essentially has the shape of a cuboid open toward the front and cut backwards with a top wall 120, bottom walls 122 and 124, left and right side walls 126 and 128 and a stepped rear wall defining an interior 160.
- the refrigerated goods container 110 may be made of plastic, for example.
- the open front side of the refrigerated goods container 110 is surrounded by a frame 140. In each case two receiving latches 150 are provided in the side walls, with which dividing walls for vertical subdivision of the refrigerated goods container can be accommodated.
- the refrigerated goods container 110 is wrapped with a first tube evaporator 130, which is arranged outside of the refrigerated goods container 110, which is not part of the present invention.
- the first tube evaporator 130 is charged with a refrigerant which evaporates while absorbing heat.
- the first tube evaporator 130 receives heat through the refrigerated goods container 110, which thus leads to a cooling of the interior of the refrigerated goods container 110.
- a tube evaporator 200 is provided in the form of a tiered storage, which in Fig. 2 is shown in perspective view.
- the tube evaporator 200 comprises an evaporator tube 210 and a multiplicity of transverse ribs 220.
- the evaporator tube 210 comprises, for example, ten straight tube sections 210a, two of which are connected at their ends by curved tube sections 210b, so that the evaporator tube 210 extends meandering in a plane.
- the transverse ribs 220 are formed, for example, as straight pieces of wire and are arranged on the two sides of the evaporator tube 210 and attached thereto, for example, by soldering or the like. In this case, the transverse ribs 220 extend between the second and the penultimate straight tube section 210a, so that the distance between the two tube ends 230 is easily changed by compression or extension and the two tube ends 230 can be easily rotated out of the plane defined by the transverse ribs 220. By the transverse ribs 220, the pipe sections are held together, so that the evaporator tube 210 is provided with a certain rigidity. On the other hand, they improve the heat exchange properties of the evaporator tube 210.
- the two outer straight pipe sections 210 a are guided through the rear wall of the refrigerated goods container 110. These two outer straight pipe sections 210a serve as a supply and discharge of the tube evaporator 200th
- the tube evaporator 200 Due to the provision of the tube evaporator 200, a more uniform temperature distribution within the refrigerated goods container 110 is achieved, which leads to a reduced standard energy consumption of the refrigeration device.
- the first tube evaporator 130 and the second tube evaporator 200 may be fluidly connected in series, but the presence of two evaporators is not part of this invention.
- both tube evaporators 130, 200 are operated via only one cooling circuit and no further compressors, valves or the like need be provided for the additional evaporator.
- the tube evaporator 130, 200 may be connected to a throttle valve, not shown, and on the output side to a compressor, for example a linear compressor (not shown).
- Fig. 3 shows a perspective sectional view through a refrigerator 100, wherein the section in a direction perpendicular to the first tube evaporator 130 runs.
- the tube evaporator 200 is fastened to the ceiling wall 120 in the front region of the refrigerated goods container 110 by means of a strip 300 and latching connections, eg clips 170.
- the second evaporator tube 210 is inserted into the bar 300, which in turn is plugged into the provided in the ceiling area clips 170.
- the advantage of this arrangement is that the second evaporator tube 210 is held at a predetermined distance from the ceiling wall 120. Thus, a better cooling circulation in the refrigeration device 100 can be ensured.
- Fig. 4 further shows that three of the straight pipe sections 210a are fixed to each other by a holding device 500. More specifically, the first, second, and third straight pipe portions 210a of the tube evaporator 200, counted from the left, are fixed to each other by the holder 500.
- the straight pipe sections 210a except for the outermost two straight pipe sections 210a are fixed to each other by the transverse ribs 220 and provided with rigidity.
- the transverse ribs 220 do not extend to the two outer straight pipe sections 210a
- the two outer pipe sections 210 are rotatable relative to the middle straight pipe sections 210a. More specifically, the two outer straight pipe sections 210a may be rotated from the plane defined by the central straight pipe sections 210a, and the middle straight pipe sections 210a may be compressed by the tube evaporator 200 in-plane onto the outer straight pipe sections 210a be moved to or away from them, or be moved in the direction of the straight pipe sections.
- a temperature sensor 400 for detecting the interior temperature can be arranged in the rear area of the interior.
- the pipe sections 210a, 210b of the tube evaporator 200 arranged in the region of this temperature sensor 400 backward there is the danger that the tube evaporator 200 abuts against the temperature sensor 400 and damages it.
- the pipe sections 210a are fixed to each other, so that a solid, predefined position of the tube evaporator 200 is secured.
- the tube evaporator 200 also protects the temperature sensor 400 from being damaged by the frozen food.
- FIGS. 5a to 5e show different views of the holding device 500.
- Fig. 5a shows a perspective view of the holding device 500.
- Fig. 5b shows a bottom view of the holding device 500.
- Fig. 5c shows a side view of the holding device 500.
- Fig. 5d shows a plan view of the holding device 500.
- Fig. 5e shows a front view of the holding device 500.
- the holding device 500 comprises a bottom wall 510, three hooks 520a, 520b and 520c and a side wall 530.
- the bottom wall 510 is formed substantially rectangular, with rounded corners, and has on the left side in the FIGS. 5b to 5d a recess on.
- the side wall 530 extends from the edges of this recess around the bottom wall 510 so that a cup-shaped shape results through the bottom wall 510 and the side wall 530.
- the side wall 530 serves, inter alia, as a support for the tube evaporator 200th
- three hooks 520 are arranged, each having a foot portion 522 and an arm portion 524.
- the foot portion 522 extends substantially perpendicularly from the bottom wall 530 and the arm portion 524 extends substantially at right angles from the foot portion 522.
- the arm portions 524 are disposed longitudinally of the holder 500 with its free end facing left into the FIGS. 5b to 5d has.
- the arm portions 524 thus extend substantially parallel to the bottom wall 510.
- the width of the hooks 520b and 520c and in particular their arm portions 524 is such that they can easily be guided by the transverse ribs 220.
- the hook 520a can be made wider.
- the hooks 520 may each be formed of two parallel plate-shaped elements 528, which are connected to one another by web elements 529 arranged therebetween.
- two web elements 540 are arranged, which extend from the bottom wall 510 in the same plane to the front. Since these web elements 540 are substantially thinner than the bottom wall 510, they can be rotated with relatively little effort out of the plane of the bottom wall 510.
- the web elements 540 each have an upwardly extending wall 542, which is substantially flush with the side wall 530 but extends slightly more upwardly in the vertical direction. Furthermore, in the illustrated example, this wall 542 extends longitudinal ribs 544 in the longitudinal direction of the holding device 500.
- the in the FIGS. 5b to 5d left hook 520a has an end portion 526 which points slightly downwards. Together with the web elements 540, this end section 526 thus forms a clip into which a pipe section 210a is clipped.
- the holding device is releasably connected by means of a latching connection or a clip connection with the tube evaporator 200.
- the tube section 210a is fixed downwardly from the side wall 530, rearwardly from the foot section 522 of the hook 520a, upward from the arm section 524 of the hook 520a, and forwardly from the end section 526 and the wall 542 and the longitudinal ribs 544, respectively.
- transverse ribs 550 extend between the foot portion 522 of the middle hook 520b and the side wall 530. Further, transverse ribs 560 are disposed on the foot portion 522 of the rear hook 520c extending approximately half way between hooks 520c and sidewall 530 extend. Like the top of the side wall 530, the transverse ribs 550 and 560 also serve as supports which support the tube evaporator 200, as will be explained in more detail below. Further, the transverse ribs 550 and 560 increase the inherent rigidity of the fixture 500 and thus increase its stability.
- retaining lugs 570a are disposed on the side wall 530 in the region of the middle hook 520b on both sides. These retaining tabs 570a extend slightly in height beyond the side wall 530, such as on Fig. 5c is recognizable.
- the retaining lugs 570a are arranged at a distance from the transverse ribs 550, wherein the spacing of the retaining lugs 570a in the longitudinal direction of the holding device 500 from the foot portion 522 of the hook 520b corresponds approximately to the diameter of the evaporator tube 210.
- the evaporator tube 210 is fixed in the region of the middle hook 520b from four sides, downward from the side wall 530, rearward from the foot portion of the hook 520b, upward from the arm portion of the hook 520b, and forward from the retaining tabs 570a.
- holding lugs 570 b are arranged on the side wall.
- the width of the retaining lugs 570 a and 570 b is such that the retaining lugs between two adjacent transverse ribs 220 of the tube evaporator 200 can be pushed.
- the width of the retaining lugs 570a and 570b may be slightly wider than the distance between two adjacent transverse ribs 220, so that the transverse ribs 220 are elastically slightly pushed apart during insertion of the retaining lugs 570a and 570b, resulting in an additional fixation of the holding device 500 on the tube evaporator 200 leads.
- drainage holes 580 are provided below the hooks, which allow the flow of condensate. Further, these drainage holes 580 provide an advantageous configuration for manufacturing the holding device 500 by injection molding.
- the holding device 500 may be made of plastic, for example.
- FIGS. 6a and 6b illustrate how the outer three straight pipe sections 210a are fixed to the holding device 500.
- the holding device 500 is brought with the hook 520 upwards under the tube evaporator 200.
- the retainer 500 is moved upwardly, passing the hooks 520b and 520c through the transverse ribs 220 in the region of the second and third and third and fourth straight pipe sections 210a, respectively. Since no transverse ribs are arranged between the first and second pipe sections 210a, the hook 520a can be freely moved upwards.
- the retaining lugs 570a and 570b become between two adjacent ones, respectively Transverse ribs 220 out, which may be slightly pushed apart.
- the holding device 500 to the left, so moved to the outermost straight pipe section 210a.
- the web members 540 are slightly pushed down and the arm portion 524 of the first hook 520a is slightly pushed up, and the outermost pipe portion 210a is clipped.
- the arm portions 524 of the hooks 520a, 520b, 520c are respectively slid over the first, second and third straight pipe sections 210a.
- first to third pipe sections 210a are securely fixed upwardly through the hooks 520, downwardly through the supportive sidewall 530 and the transverse ribs 550, 560, rearwardly through the legs 522 of the hooks 520, and forward through the hooks 520 Holding tabs 570 a as well as formed by the wall 524 and the end portion 526 clips.
- the thus fixed pipe sections 210a can thus not be rotated against each other.
- the tube evaporator is thus stiffened.
- the above-described method for fixing the pipe sections 210 may be the last step in a method for manufacturing a refrigeration device, which will be described below with reference to FIGS FIGS. 7 to 9 is described.
- the clips 170 are placed from the outside of the refrigerated goods 110 in embossments in the top wall 120 of the refrigerated goods 110, wherein the legs of the clips 170 are passed through through holes in the top wall 120 of the refrigerated goods 110, after which the clips 170, for example can be secured with tape. It results in the Fig. 7 illustrated situation that the clips 170 protrude freely from the ceiling wall 120 in the interior 160 of the refrigerated goods 110.
- the second tube evaporator 200 is pushed into the interior space 160 of the refrigerated goods container 110, the tube ends 230 of the second tube evaporator 200 are guided through through holes in the rear wall of the refrigerated goods container 110, and the second tube evaporator 200 is attached to two of its bent tube sections 210b with the clips 170 clipped to the ceiling wall 120.
- the refrigerated goods container 110 wrapped with the first tube evaporator 130, which is not part of the present invention.
- the first tube evaporator 130 and the second tube evaporator 200 may be joined together by welding or the like, which is also not part of the present invention.
- the first and second tube evaporators 130 and 200 may also be mounted in reverse order. This is also not part of the present invention.
- the refrigerated goods 110 is now pushed into a not-shown outer housing with a device outer wall and fixed it. Further, in the inner space 160 of the refrigerated goods container 110, a foaming core made of aluminum or the like is placed. This foaming core is used for stabilization and is dimensioned such that the underside of the second tube evaporator 200 rests on the top of the foaming core. At this time, the middle pipe portions 210a stiffened by the transverse ribs 220 are pushed up, and the upper end of the foaming core is disposed between the outermost straight pipe portions 210a. In other words, in this state, the outermost straight pipe sections 210a extend through a plane other than the middle pipe sections 210a, which extend as shown in FIG Fig.
- the outer straight pipe sections 210a extend obliquely from the two through holes in the rear wall to the clips 170 arranged in the front region of the refrigerated goods container. Furthermore, the foaming core can support the rear wall 620 and the side walls of the refrigerated goods container 110 from the inside.
- transverse ribs 220 do not extend over all the straight pipe sections 210a. If this were the case, then the middle straight pipe sections 210a could not be pressed against the ceiling wall 120 with the foaming core.
- the space between the refrigerated goods 110 and the device outer wall is filled with a heat-insulating material. Since the tube evaporator 200 fits tightly against the ceiling wall 120, it stabilizes the ceiling wall 120 on the one hand and, on the other hand, further distributes the pressure on the ceiling wall 120, which is caused by the foaming, to the foaming core, so that deformation or denting of the ceiling wall 120 can be prevented , In the figures are off illustrative reasons, neither the device outer wall nor the heat-insulating foam shown.
- the tube evaporator 200 is released from the clips 170 and slightly lowered at its front side, as in Fig. 9 is shown.
- the straight pipe sections 210a are brought back into a plane.
- the strip 300 is plugged into the second tube evaporator 200.
- the strip 300 is clipped or fixed to the clips 170. It results in the Fig. 3 illustrated state.
- the second tube evaporator 200 is no longer close to the ceiling wall 120, but is spaced therefrom, so that there is an advantageous refrigeration circulation within the refrigerated goods 110.
- the tube evaporator 200 is attached to the front over the strip 300 and the clips 170 on the ceiling wall. Furthermore, the outer straight pipe sections 210a are fixed by means of the passage through the rear wall of the cooling tank. However, the middle straight pipe sections 210a swing freely and thus can easily be displaced or twisted by refrigerated goods. Therefore, in a last step, the outer three straight pipe sections 210a are fixed to each other by the holding device 500 in the manner described above. In the ready-to-use state, the refrigerated goods container 110 can be surrounded on five sides by the device outer wall and can be closed to the front with a door.
- the tube evaporator 200 closely abuts against the ceiling wall 120 and stabilizes it, so that it can be prevented from being deformed and dented inward due to the foam pressure. Furthermore, all soldering operations on the tube evaporator 200 can already be carried out by the foaming. In particular, the output side end of the first tube evaporator 130 may be soldered to the input end of the second tube evaporator 200 and thereafter leak tested prior to foaming, which is not part of the present invention. If, however, the tube evaporator 200 is used only after foaming, then an additional step to test the tightness is necessary.
- a holding device 1000 which extends over the entire width of the tube evaporator 200.
- a holding device 1000 is exemplified in Fig. 10 shown.
- Holding device 1000 shown has a base bar 1010 and six hooks 1020 attached thereto. More specifically, in each case a hook 1020 is provided in the end regions of the base strip 1010, wherein these hooks 1020 fix the two outermost straight pipe sections. Further, in the region of, counted from the outside, in each case third straight pipe sections 210a each two hooks 1020 are provided, which are spaced from each other. There are thus fixed with this holding device 1000, four different straight pipe sections 210a to each other. This holding device 1000 is also fixed by being brought under the tube evaporator 200, then moved upwards and finally by moving to the left the tube sections 210a are fixed with the hooks 1020.
- the embodiment described above is advantageous in that the holding devices 500 can be used with one hand and also have a lower cost of materials.
- Fig. 11 shows a further alternative embodiment of a holding device 1100.
- This holding device 1100 is formed as a bar and has a base bar 1110 and a side bar 1120, which are arranged at right angles to each other and give an angle profile.
- the sidebar 1120 does not extend over the entire length of the base strip 1110, but at least over a large central area thereof.
- the holding device 110 may also be formed as a U-profile. At one end of the base bar 1110 this U-shaped bent, resulting in a U-shaped hook 1130. At the other end, a recess is provided in the side rail 1120, in which a pipe section 210a can be accommodated.
- locking lugs 1140 are provided at this end. Also on the U-shaped Hooks 1130 can be provided here not shown locking lugs.
- the holding device 1100 is fixed by engaging the pipe sections with these locking lugs.
- rubber bumpers 1160 are disposed on the outer straight pipe sections 210a between the rear wall and the side rail 1120. These rubber bumpers 1160 serve as spacers and ensure that the holding device 1100 can not be pushed back and come into contact with the temperature sensor 400.
