Abstract

L'invention concerne un tuyau (1) à faible vitesse de perméation, en particulier un tuyau pour fluide frigorigène haute température, présentant au moins la structure stratifiée suivante : une couche barrière (2) sous la forme d'une feuille monocouche ou d'une feuille à plusieurs couches constituée d'une matière polymère; une couche intérieure (3) réalisée sur la couche barrière (2) et constituée d'une matière polymère ayant des propriétés élastiques; une armature (4) constituée d'un matériau filiforme reposant sur la couche intérieure (3), ainsi qu'une couche extérieure (5) qui est constituée d'une matière polymère ayant des propriétés élastiques et qui protège contre les influences extérieures. Le tuyau (1) selon l'invention se caractérise en ce que l'armature (4) se présente sous une forme hélicoïdale, et ce, par la formation d'au moins deux couches hélicoïdales, la zone située entre deux couches hélicoïdales étant dénuée de couche intermédiaire en matière polymère. La zone située entre deux couches hélicoïdales est en outre en particulier dénuée d'agent adhésif. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'un tel tuyau (1).
