La problématique est la suivante :
- Les dispositifs de coffrage pour dalles de béton ainsi connus sont établis et conçus pour constituer des modules standards de dimensions préétablies et notamment de dimensions verticales définies selon une hauteur correspondant à une épaisseur de dallage standardisée. Cela implique donc pour les opérateurs et poseurs de pouvoir disposer d'une gamme de dispositifs de coffrage de dimensions variables. A la connaissance du Demandeur, cette pratique est généralisée et ne semble pas présenter de contraintes spécifiques pour les opérateurs. A la connaissance du Demandeur, aucun fabricant de ce type de matériel, bien que la technologie soit très ancienne, ne s'est penché réellement sur cette pratique.
- La raison en est peut-être, outre l'absence de besoins, il y avait une difficulté à résoudre pour concevoir et réaliser un même dispositif de coffrage pouvant être modifié dans l'une de ces dimensions caractéristiques et en particulier, celle de la hauteur.
- Le Demandeur s'est donc intéressé à cette problématique et après de nombreuses recherches et essais, une solution originale a été mise en oeuvre par ce dernier. La solution est simple, pratique, peu coûteuse à mettre en oeuvre et permet une variation de hauteur du dispositif de coffrage sur une distance substantielle de plusieurs centimètres tenant compte alors des possibles variations d'épaisseur des dalles de béton en fonction des besoins de la construction.

To the knowledge of the Applicant, this practice is generalized and does not seem to present specific constraints for operators. To the knowledge of the Applicant, no manufacturer of this type of equipment, although the technology is very old, has really considered this practice.
- The reason is perhaps, besides the absence of needs, there was a difficulty to solve to conceive and realize the same device of formwork that can be modified in one of these characteristic dimensions and in particular, that of the height.
- The Applicant was therefore interested in this problem and after many researches and tests, an original solution was implemented by the latter. The solution is simple, practical, inexpensive to implement and allows a variation in height of the formwork device over a substantial distance of several centimeters taking into account possible variations in thickness of the concrete slabs depending on the needs of the construction .

- System as per claim 4, characterised by the fact that the block (21) is mounted with an angular pivoting capacity of a few degrees, through a connection device which are part of the platform (15c), and allow orienting the said block, which provides support the plate (5).
- System as per claim 1, characterised by the fact that it includes an additional device that ensures the stabilisation of the device in case of a concrete push effect, this device (22) consists of, for each set of support bases, (1) (2) a stabilisation plate which is provided transversally in relation to the device, and by the fact that the long stabilisation plates (22) project out of the support bases on either side (1) and (2), and include at the ends, a circular opening (22.1) for the positioning of an attachment screw for an oblong light (22.2) in a rectangular configuration that can accommodate, in its current position, a tensioning clamp (23) which is maintained in relation to the said plate using an attachment (24) and a light (23.1), since the said flanges (23) are in position on the support bases.
