Description

The invention relates to the technical sector of construction and in particular that relating to the ground cover by concrete slabs which may include expansion joints between the slabs.
Formwork devices for concrete slabs are known per se and are manufactured by many manufacturers. These devices are generally arranged with "L" profiled plates arranged in opposition, their wings coming side by side, and being joined by means of specific connection means. These plates have on their base alternating shapes in cutouts and horizontal projections in a complementary configuration to fit and allow embedding identical shapes disposed on each of the flat portions of the aforementioned plates.
These plates are also arranged in known manner with rods arranged from the horizontal bases of the plates and from their vertical walls by constituting means for setting the concrete.
These plates are interconnected by bolting means and can be spaced horizontally from each other to take into account the shrinkage of concrete in the solidification phase and external temperature variations. The space between the plates allows the positioning of expansion joints.
Une telle disposition se trouve notamment décrite dans le brevet EP Such a provision is particularly described in the EP patent
1 391 556. Also known from the patent EP 1 389 648 devices of the same type for the formwork of concrete slabs integrating at mid-height substantially plates, sleeves or horizontal inserts connecting the blocks of the concrete slabs in look. Thus, patent EP 1 389 648 discloses a device implementing the use of transverse sleeves (17) penetrating into the concrete and also with lifting means (25) (26) attached to parts (14). The design of this device does not allow any adjustment in inclination over long lengths. In addition, there is no sealing at the passage of the concrete in elevation situation.
Furthermore, the patent EP 1 391 556 relates to a construction without any height adjustment capability according to the thickness of the cast concrete layer.
In addition, document DE 20 2009000007 discloses a solution for varying the height of a plate.
La problématique est la suivante : The problem is the following:
The formwork devices for known concrete slabs are established and designed to constitute standard modules of pre-established dimensions and in particular of vertical dimensions defined according to a height corresponding to a standardized pavement thickness. This implies for operators and installers to have a range of formwork devices of varying sizes. To the knowledge of the Applicant, this practice is generalized and does not seem to present specific constraints for operators. To the knowledge of the Applicant, no manufacturer of this type of equipment, although the technology is very old, has really considered this practice.
The reason is perhaps, besides the absence of needs, there was a difficulty to solve to design and realize the same formwork device that can be modified in one of these characteristic dimensions and in particular, that of the height . The Applicant was therefore interested in this problem and after many researches and tests, an original solution was implemented by the latter. The solution is simple, practical, inexpensive to implement and allows a variation in height of the formwork device over a substantial distance of several centimeters taking into account possible variations in thickness of the concrete slabs depending on the needs of the construction .
According to the invention, the first horizontal support base (1) receives on its apparent face a plurality of first pairs of brackets (4a) (4b) spaced along the length of the support base (1). The brackets (4a) (4b) of the same pair are spaced apart from each other substantially. The number of pairs of brackets (4a) (4b) depends on the length of the formwork. They are attached to the support base (1) by welding or otherwise. From their vertical branch, the pairs of brackets allow the attachment of a vertical plate (5) metal, made of sheet metal or otherwise. Each square (4a) (4b) has an opening (4c) for the insertion of a bolting (6) and specify thereafter. The vertical plate (5) is thus arranged with a plurality of oblong slots (5a), vertical, in number corresponding to the number of pairs of brackets (4a) (4b) above. The upper part of the plate (5) is arranged to receive a means (7) for its enhancement as will be specified later. The second support base (2) is also arranged for receiving second pairs of brackets (8a) (8b) intended to be in opposition to said first pairs of brackets (4a) (4b). By their vertical branch, the second pair of brackets allows the attachment of a counter plate (9) vertical, metal, sheet metal for example. The second pairs of brackets (8a) (8b) and the counterplate (9) are also arranged with circular openings (8c) (9a) for the passage and introduction of bolting means (6) and blocking above.
In the implementation shown in FIG. 12, the brackets (4a) (4b) and, where appropriate, (8a) (8b) are interconnected at the top by a horizontal connecting arm (4d), the arm relative to the brackets ( 8a) (8b) not being shown. This allows a simplification of assembly and adjustment of the brackets. The opening (4c) is then arranged on the corresponding arm (4d). It is the same for other pairs of brackets. These openings serve for the passage of bolting.
Thus according to the invention, the plate (5) can be adjusted vertically in height relative to the counter plate (9) which is fixed. The adjustment in height according to the needs is carried out by means of the various oblong slots (5a) which thus allow the passage of the bolting (6). The length of the oblong slots thus defines the possible height of adjustment between the plate (5) and the counterplate (9). The dimension of the plate (5) is therefore established relative to the height of the counterplate (9). Thus, depending on the needs, the plate (5) can be positioned at a constant horizontal height relative to the counter plate, or in inclination according to a slight angulation which is authorized precisely by said lights.
In its upper part, this plate (5) has a horizontal support plane (5b) on which is arranged and fixed by any appropriate means a parallelepiped block (10) receiving on either side of its longitudinal plane of the rods ( 1 1) constituting plugs of concrete, thus arranged to ensure a balancing. Advantageously, the support plane (5b) is established on only a part of the width of the block (1 1) leaving free therefor thereof a zone (l ia) supporting the elevator means.
The lifting means, in particular represented in FIGS. 9 to 12, comprises a horizontal platform (12) that can be fixed to the ground and can be supported by one end (12a) on the horizontal support base (1). This platform receives a vertical mast (13) capable of being arranged with a rack device or the like controlled by crank (14) and allowing the raising or lowering of an arm (15) having at the end a block of support (16) and uplift. This arm is likely to be moved in height under the action of the crank in any manner known to those skilled in the art. The bearing block (16) is able to come into lower contact with the base of the expansion joint receiver block (10). After loosening the adjustment means (6), it is thus possible, by the operator to cause raising or lowering of the raiser which causes the vertical displacement of the plate (5) relative to the counter plate (9) by increasing the height of the formwork device thus formed. Manipulation of this height adjustment can be performed according to the size of the formwork device with or several means for raising and regularly arranged and spaced relative to the length of the formwork device.
As an alternative embodiment, and as a function of the plates (5) and counterplate (9), it could be conceived without modification of the scope of the invention that the height adjustment of the plate (5) is performed manually only.
The lifting means of the riser can be arranged internally with an endless chain or any other equivalent means that would be associated with the arm (15) receiving the support block (16). Without departing from the scope of the invention, the support arm (15) can also be arranged with another equivalent means to the block (16) to allow the raising of the riser.
Referring now to the optimized implementation of the elevator means of the riser shown in Figures 13 to 15. The support platform (12) receives a mat receiver (13) which in its upper part comprises the control means (14). in elevation or lowering, according to the arrow Fl of the support arm (15) of the riser. In this implementation, the arm (15) is arranged to allow a slight horizontal movement forward or backward along the arrow F2 by a means (17) of the screw type. The front end of the support arm comprises a support plate (18) capable of bearing against the plate (5) and more specifically on the support plane (5b) associated with the riser. Referring to Figures 14 and 15, an optimized implementation is to provide an arrangement of the support arm (15) with a horizontal inner frame (15a) fixed position relative to the mast (13) having a U-shaped configuration. A horizontal U-shaped outer frame (15b) is disposed around the aforesaid inner frame by being guided and held in relation to the latter, by means of connecting means (20) of any known type. The outer frame has in its bottom portion of its U-profile a tapped opening for the passage of the operating screw (17). The mast portion has a bearing (13a) arranged with an internal bore for connection with the screw (17). The outer frame (15b) has in its front part a horizontal projecting platform (15c) on which is disposed a parallelepiped block forming a batten (21) arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the frame. The width of this cleat is less than the width of the platform so as to reveal a portion (15d) overflowing which will be likely to bear on the portion (5b) associated with the riser. The block (21) is mounted with an angular pivoting capacity of a few degrees by a connecting means (15.e) integral with the platform (15c). This allows an orientation of said block which abuts against the plate (5), and thus improves the rigidity of the entire device once mounted and avoid any wave deformation effect over long lengths.
Referring now to Figures 16 to 18 which illustrate the implementation of a complementary means ensuring the stabilization of the device in case of concrete thrust effect. This means (22) is constituted for each set of support bases (1) (2) by a stabilizing plate arranged transversely relative to the device. These stabilizing plates (22) of great length overflow on either side of the support bases (1) and (2). They comprise at the ends a circular opening (22.1) for the positioning of a fastening nail, not shown, then an oblong slot (22.2) of rectangular configuration capable of receiving in position a clamping flange (23) which is held in relation to to said plate by a fixing means (24), through a light (23.1). As shown in the drawings, the clamps (23) are in position on the support bases to ensure their holding and positioning. This makes it possible to absorb the thrust forces due to poured concrete.
The advantages are apparent from the invention. It emphasizes the simplicity of the raising device, the formwork device as needed. It allows a refined adjustment taking into account also variations of horizontality of the ground and a slight amplitude of inclination according to the needs.
The device is simple to implement. The amplitude of elevation of the plate (5) relative to the counterplate (9) can be several centimeters, which thus gives wide possibilities of using the device for varying thicknesses of concrete slabs.
