Abstract

Das Anschlussgehäuse (3) ist dafür vorgesehen, das anzuschließende Kabel (4) mit dem Leiter (6) aufzunehmen. An dem Kontaktgehäuse (2) ist eine Kontaktnadel (7) zur Kontaktierung des Leiters (6) des anzuschließenden Kabels (4) angeordnet ist und eine Federeinrichtung (8) ist dafür vorgesehen, den Leiter (6) und die Kontaktnadel (7) radial zu umgeben und federelastisch zusammen zu drücken.

Description

Kabelanschluss , insbesondere für Fotovoltaikanlagen
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kabelanschluss insbesondere für den Einsatz an Fotovoltaikanlagen. Der erfindungsgemäße Kabelanschluss dient insbesondere zur elektrischen
Verbindung einzelner Solarmodule und ist dazu geeignet, die entsprechenden Stromstärken und Spannungen sicher und dauerhaft zu übertragen. Fotovoltaikanlagen werden für langjährige Betriebsdauern von 20 Jahren und mehr ausgelegt und werden oft auf Dächern von Häusern und Industrieanlagen montiert. Sie tragen nennenswert zur Stromproduktion bei. Die produzierte
Strommenge wird regelmäßig in das öffentliche Netz
eingespeist und steht somit allgemein zur Verfügung. Schon kleinere Anlagen im Bereich einiger zehn Quadratmeter können jährlich 10.000 kW-Stunden und mehr an Strom
produzieren . Die auf den Dächern montierten Solarmodule werden bei der Montage z.B. über Steckverbindungen elektrisch miteinander verbunden .
Für solche Einsatzzwecke sind Steckverbindungen und
Kabelanschlüsse zur Verbindung von Solarmodulen bekannt geworden. Die bekannten Kabelanschlüsse funktionieren zuverlässig und auch dauerhaft. Im Zuge einer zunehmenden Verbreitung der Montage von Fotovoltaikanlagen auf Dächern und dergleichen erledigen die Montagen nicht immer
Fachfirmen, die auf die elektrische Verdrahtung
spezialisiert sind, sondern zunehmend Betriebe, die sich auf die Montage von Fotovoltaikmodulen auf Dachflächen ausgerichtet haben.
BESTÄTIGUNGSKOPIE Auf Dachflächen unterliegt die Montage oftmals erschwerten Bedingungen, da viele Dächer geneigt sind.
Der Ausfall eines einzelnen Kabelanschlusses kann zu einem erheblichen Wartungsaufwand führen, da gegebenenfalls alle Kabelanschlüsse untersucht werden müssen, um den defekten Kabelanschluss zu finden. Ein durch die Kabelanschlüsse ausgelöster erhöhter Wartungsbedarf kann sich nachteilig auf das Geschäft auswirken. Deshalb ist es wichtig, eine langjährige und zuverlässige Betriebsdauer gewährleisten zu können .
Spezialwerkzeuge für unterschiedlichste Verbindungen sind oftmals vor Ort nicht vorhanden. Deshalb ist es
vorteilhaft, wenn die durchzuführenden Montagearbeiten mit relativ wenig elektrischem Spezialwerkzeug auskommen können, auch wenn die Anschlusskabel einzelner Solarmodule flexibel verlängert oder frei konfektioniert werden müssen, um sich an die baulichen Gegebenheiten anzupassen.
Die Solarmodule und die damit verbundenen Kabelanschlüsse sind auf den Dächern den dort herrschenden
Umgebungsbedingungen ausgesetzt. Dies bedeutet, dass die Kabelanschlüsse im Sommer hohen Temperaturen von über 40 Grad C und im Winter Temperaturen weitaus unter null Grad C ausgesetzt werden können, während gleichzeitig Feuchtigkeit in Form von Nässe und/oder Schnee auf die Kabelanschlüsse einwirken . Unter diesen stark schwankenden Bedingungen müssen die
Kabelanschlüsse über die langen geplanten Betriebsdauern hinweg dauerhaft und zuverlässig einen Kontakt herstellen. Es ist deshalb die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, eine elektrischen Kabelanschluss insbesondere für den Einsatz an Fotovoltaikanlagen zur Verfügung zu stellen, welcher dauerhaft zuverlässig einen elektrischen Kontakt herstellt und relativ einfach zu montieren ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird gelöst durch den Kabelanschluss mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1. Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Weitere
Vorteile und Merkmale ergeben sich aus dem
Ausführungsbeispiel .
Ein erfindungsgemäßer elektrischer Kabelanschluss
insbesondere für Solarkabel an Fotovoltaikanlagen umfasst wenigstens ein Kontaktgehäuse und wenigstens ein
Anschlussgehäuse. Das Anschlussgehäuse ist mit dem
Kontaktgehäuse verbindbar und das Anschlussgehäuse ist zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines frei konfektionierbaren Kabels mit einem Leiter vorgesehen. Das Anschlussgehäuse dient dazu, das anzuschließende Kabel mit dem Leiter aufzunehmen. An dem Kontaktgehäuse ist eine Kontaktnadel zur
Kontaktierung des Leiters des anzuschließenden Kabels angeordnet. Eine Federeinrichtung ist dafür vorgesehen, den Leiter und die Kontaktnadel radial wenigstens teilweise zu umgeben und federelastisch zusammenzudrücken.
Der erfindungsgemäße Kabelanschluss hat viele Vorteile. Ein erheblicher Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Kabelanschlusses ist, dass die Federeinrichtung den Leiter und die
Kontaktnadel radial umgibt und federelastisch
zusammendrückt. Dadurch wird auch nach längeren und langen Betriebsdauern ein zuverlässiger elektrischer Kontakt zwischen der Kontaktnadel und dem angeschlossenen Leiter ermöglicht .
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass ein frei konfektionierbares Kabel an dem Anschlussgehäuse aufnehmbar ist, wodurch eine flexible Montage und flexible Verlängerung von
Anschlusskabeln für Solarmodule möglich ist. Außerdem kann der Kabelanschluss kleinbauend ausgeführt werden. Die Federeinrichtung ist insbesondere als separates Teil ausgebildet und umgibt im verbundenen Zustand den Leiter und die Kontaktnadel radial. Die Federeinrichtung muss die Kontaktnadel und den Leiter radial nicht vollständig umgeben, sondern es reicht auch aus, wenn die
Federeinrichtung die Kontaktnadel und den Leiter von zwei oder mehr Seiten aufeinander drückt, um einen zuverlässigen und dauerhaften Kontakt herzustellen.
In einer bevorzugten Weiterbildung umgibt die
Federeinrichtung die Isolierschicht des Kabels und drückt über die Isolierschicht auf den darin enthaltenen Leiter und die dort eingeführte Kontaktnadel, um dauerhaft Druck auf den Leiter und die Kontaktnadel auszuüben. Dabei kann die Isolierschicht insbesondere als federelastischer
Speicher dienen.
Eine solche Ausgestaltung nutzt die elastischen
Eigenschaften der Isolierschicht, um dauerhaft Druck auf die elektrische Verbindung des Leiters mit der Kontaktnadel auszuüben. Set zungserscheinigungen und dergleichen werden durch die elastische Wirkung der Federeinrichtung und der Isolierschicht ausgeglichen, sodass eine dauerhaft
zuverlässige Kontaktierung ermöglicht wird. In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausgestaltung umgibt die Federeinrichtung den abisolierten Leiter insbesondere direkt. Ein kleiner radialer Spalt kann im unverbundenen Zustand zwischen dem abisolierten Leiter und der
Federeinrichtung vorgesehen sein. Ein solcher radialer
Spalt zwischen Leiter und Federeinrichtung im unverbundenen Zustand gewährleistet, dass das Einführen des abisolierten Leiters in die Federeinrichtung einfach möglich ist. Wenn die Kontaktnadel in den Leiter eingeführt wird, nimmt das radiale Volumen des Leiters mit der eingeführten
Kontaktnadel zu. Dadurch wird der radiale Spalt überwunden und der Leiter mit der eingeführten Kontaktnadel wird radial gegen die Federeinrichtung gedrückt, sodass die Federeinrichtung dauerhaft Druck auf den Leiter mit der eingeführten Kontaktnadel ausübt.
Eine solche Ausgestaltung, bei der die Federeinrichtung den abisolierten Leiter umgibt, ermöglicht besonders lange und sichere Kontakt zeiten, da die Federeinrichtung direkt in
Kontakt mit dem Leiter und gegebenenfalls der Kontaktnadel steht und somit ein Fließen der Isolierschicht aus dem Federeinrichtung heraus nicht möglich ist. Je nach
eingesetztem Isoliermaterial kann die weichere
Isolierschicht durch die enge Verbindung zwischen
Federeinrichtung und Leiter bzw. Kontaktnadel
herausgedrängt werden, was gegebenenfalls die Anpresskraft senken kann. Bei geeigneten Materialien und Abmessungen kann das vermieden werden.
Wird die Isolierung als federelastischer Speicher
eingesetzt, kann die Isolierung zusätzlich neben der federelastischen Wirkung auch eine Dichtfunktion übernehmen, da durch den aufgebrachten Druck kleine und kleinste Spalte zuverlässig verschlossen werden, wodurch eine besonders hohe Dichtigkeit gegen eindringende
Feuchtigkeit erzielbar ist.
Wird die Isolierschicht des Kabels vor dem Anschluss wenigstens teilweise oder vollständig entfernt und umgibt die Federeinrichtung den Leiter des Kabels direkt, so kann eine zusätzliche Dichtmasse oder Dichteinrichtung um die Federeinrichtung herum vorgesehen sein, um das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit noch zuverlässiger zu verhindern.
In allen Ausgestaltungen ist es besonders bevorzugt, dass die Federeinrichtung in das Anschlussgehäuse einbaubar ist. Insbesondere ist die Federeinrichtung in das
Anschlussgehäuse eingebaut und dort vorzugsweise
verliersicher aufgenommen. Eine verliersichere Aufnahme der Federeinrichtung ermöglicht eine besonders einfache und zuverlässige Montage, da der Monteur nicht darauf achten muss, ob die Federeinrichtung in das Anschlussgehäuse eingelegt wird oder nicht.
In bevorzugten Ausgestaltungen umfasst die Federeinrichtung wenigstens eine Federhülse. Die Federhülse weist
vorzugsweise einen zylindrischen Aufnahmebereich für den Leiter des Kabels auf. Gegebenenfalls kann die Federhülse einen trichterförmigen Einführbereich aufweisen, der ein Anstupsen der Federhülse beim Einschieben des Leiters verhindert .
Der Leiter, der insbesondere aus einer Mehrzahl von Adern besteht, kann bei einer Federhülse mit leicht vergrößerten Innendurchmesser oder bei einem trichterförmigen Einführbereich zuverlässig und reproduzierbar in die
Federhülse eingeschoben werden, ohne das einzelne Adern an Kanten oder dergleichen anstupsen und sich verbiegen. Vorzugsweise ist die Federeinrichtung geschlitzt
ausgeführt. Möglich ist beispielsweise, dass parallel zur Achse der Federhülse die Federhülse einen Schlitz aufweist, wodurch die Federhülse gute elastische und federnde
Eigenschaften aufweist. Möglich ist es, dass sich die
Schlitzenden überlappen, sodass sich die Federhülse
spiralförmig um einen aufgenommenen Leiter herum
herstreckt. Möglich ist es aber auch, dass die Schlitzenden aneinander anstoßen oder einen gewissen Abstand voneinander aufweisen .
Besonders bevorzugt ist ein spiralförmiger Schlitz, der sich nicht nur in axialer Richtung erstreckt, sondern spiralförmig um die Federhülse herum erstreckt. Dadurch wird noch zuverlässiger verhindert, dass einzelne Adern des Leiters aus der Federhülse nach außen gedrängt werden, wodurch die Presskraft der Federhülse auf den Leiter und die darin aufgenommene Kontaktnadel sinken würde.
Besonders bevorzugt ist die Federeinrichtung wenigstens teilweise aus einem Metall gefertigt. Insbesondere kann die Federeinrichtung aus einem federnden Metall und
insbesondere aus Federstahl bestehen.
Möglich und bevorzugt ist es aber auch, dass die
Federeinrichtung aus einem Kunststoff besteht. Möglich ist beispielsweise ein Faserverbundwerkstoff. Möglich ist es auch, dass die Federeinrichtung aus einem viskoelastischen Kunststoff besteht. Bei einer
viskoelastischen Federeinrichtung bringt entweder eine äußere Hülse oder beispielsweise das Anschlussgehäuse selbst die benötigte Gegenkraft auf, um beim Einschieben der Kontaktnadel die nötige Federkraft aufzubringen. Eine den Leiter mit der daran aufgenommenen Kontaktnadel
konzentrisch umgebende vxskoelastische Federeinrichtung mit einer wiederum darum konzentrisch herum angeordneten Hülse oder dem konzentrisch vorgesehenen Anschlussgehäuse kann hohe Kräfte aufnehmen, da die Kraft in die Hülse oder in das Anschlussgehäuse radial aufgebracht wird und da die Federhülse oder das Anschlussgehäuse diese Kraft entlang des Umfangs aufnimmt und ableitet.
In allen Ausgestaltungen ist es bevorzugt, dass an dem Kontaktgehäuse ein Gewinde angeordnet ist, welches dafür vorgesehen ist, mit einem an dem Anschlussgehäuse
vorgesehenen Gewinde zusammenzuwirken, um beim Verschrauben des Kontaktgehäuses mit dem Anschlussgehäuse die
Kontaktnadel von vorn definiert in den Leiter des Kabels einzuführen. Insbesondere weist das Kontaktgehäuse ein Innengewinde auf und das Anschlussgehäuse weist ein
Außengewinde auf. Durch die Schraubbewegung wird die
Kontaktnadel in den Leiter eingepresst. Dabei erzeugt durch die Gewindesteigung bedingt eine relativ kleine Drehkraft eine hohe axiale Eintauchkraft der Kontaktnadel in den Leiter des Anschlusskabels. Gleichzeitig wird durch die Kontaktnadel ein definiertes Eintauchen in den Leiter gewährleistet, was eine hohe Strom übertragende
Kontaktfläche sicherstellt, wodurch dauerhaft hohe Ströme bei hohen anliegenden Spannungen übertragbar sind. Gleichzeitig kann durch die gewählte Konstruktion ein klein bauender Kabelanschluss realisiert werden, dessen
Außendurchmesser kleiner als der drei- oder vierfache des Außendurchmessers eines anzuschließenden Solarkabels ist. Dadurch kann der Kabelanschluss auch in engen Kanälen, Profilen und dergleichen verlegt werden, wodurch eine besonders flexible Anwendung des Kabelanschlusses für die Verbindung von Solarmodulen einer Fotovoltaikanlage
ermöglicht wird.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der vorliegenden Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ausführungsbeispielen, welche mit Bezug auf die beiliegenden Figuren im Folgenden erläutert werden .

Querschnitt vor dem Eintauchen der Kontaktnadel. In Fig. 1 ist eine stark schematische Ansicht einer
Fotovoltaikanlage 100 abgebildet, die hier im einfachen Beispiel drei Solarmodule 101, 102 und 103 aufweist, die mit nicht im Detail dargestellten Fotovoltaikzellen
ausgerüstet sind, um einfallendes Sonnenlicht in
elektrischen Strom umzuwandeln.
Die einzelnen Solarmodule 101 bis 103 der Fotovoltaikanlage 100 sind über als Solarkabel 5 ausgeführte Kabel 4
miteinander verbunden, um die nötige elektrische Verbindung herzustellen.
Die Solarkabel 5 führen die erzeugte elektrische Leistung ab, können aber zusätzlich auch noch mit Steuerungssignalen oder mit Sensorsignalen beaufschlagt werden, um die
Fotovoltaikanlage 100 geeignet steuern zu können.
An Lichtschächten, Dachflächen, Fenstern oder sonstigen baulichen Besonderheiten und Gegebenheiten ändert sich der normale Abstand eines Solarmoduls 102 zu einem Solarmodul
103.
Ein größerer Abstand der Solarmodule 102 und 103 muss über eine Verlängerung des Anschlusskabels 4 überbrückt werden. Da solche Fotovoltaikinstallationen häufig auf schräg angeordneten Dachflächen erfolgen und bei der Montage dort nicht immer jedes Werkzeug zur Hand ist, bietet eine einfache Montage ohne besonderes Spezialwerkzeug erhebliche Vorteile.
Außerdem ist es vorteilhaft, wenn der elektrische
Kabelanschluss 1 kleinbauend ausgeführt ist, um auch durch Profile, Kabelkanäle oder sonstige kleine Zwischenräume durchgeführt werden zu können.
Dabei ist es möglich, dass der Kabelanschluss 1 einseitig mit einem frei konfektionierbaren Kabel 4 oder auf beiden Seiten mit frei konfektionierbaren Kabeln 4 verbunden wird. Bei einer zweiseitigen Verbindungsmöglichkeit ist
insbesondere ein symmetrischer Aufbau vorteilhaft.
Fig. 2 zeigt den Kabelanschluss 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung im Verbindungszustand 18, in der das
Kontaktgehäuse 2 mit dem Anschlussgehäuse 3 verbunden ist. Nicht dargestellt ist hier das als Solarkabel 5
dargestellte Anschlusskabel 4, welches aus dem
Anschlussgehäuse 3 heraustritt. Fig. 3 zeigt den Kabelanschluss 1 in einer perspektivischen Darstellung, wobei das Kontaktgehäuse 2 und das
Anschlussgehäuse 3 durch Verdrehen gegeneinander teilweise wieder voneinander gelöst sind bzw. beim Herstellen der Verbindung .
Fig. 4 zeigt eine teilweise geschnittene schematische
Darstellung des Kabelanschlusses 1 vor dem Herstellen der Verbindung im geöffneten Zustand 20. In das Anschlussgehäuse 3 wurde ein frei konfektionierbares Kabel 4 soweit eingeschoben bis an der Eintrittsfläche 38 das Kabel 4 bzw. der Leiter 6 anliegen. Das
Anschlussgehäuse 3 ist als Hohlschraube ausgeführt und weist ein Außengewinde 17 auf, welches dafür vorgesehen ist in ein Innengewinde 16 des Kontaktgehäuses 2 eingeschraubt zu werden. Zentrisch in dem hohlzylindrischen Aufnahmebereich des Kontaktgehäuses 2 ist eine Kontaktnadel 7 angeordnet, welche bei Herstellung der Verbindung in den Leiter 6 des an dem Anschlussgehäuse 3 aufgenommenen Kabels 4 definiert axial von vorn eintaucht. Durch eine Anzahl von
Umdrehungen, die je nach Anwendungsfall beispielsweise zwischen drei und zehn liegen kann, wird die Kontaktnadel 7 definiert über praktisch ihre vollständige Länge oder wenigstens einen wesentlichen Anteil davon in den Leiter 6 des Kabels 4 eingeschoben, sodass die Kontaktnadel
7möglichst zentrisch in dem Leiter 6 angeordnet ist und somit eine hohe Kontaktfläche zum Leiter 6 herstellen kann.
An dem Anschlussgehäuse 3 ist eine Rückschiebesicherung 19 vorgesehen, die ein in das hohlzylindrisch ausgebildete Anschlussgehäuse eingeführtes Kabel 4 vor einem
Rückschieben sichert, wenn die Kontaktnadel 7 mit der hohen Eindringkraft axial von vorn in die Eintrittsfläche 38 des Anschlussgehäuses 3 eintritt. Beim Eintritt und
insbesondere mit zunehmendem Eintritt verbreitet sich die Kontaktnadel 7, sodass die axiale Kraft auf das
eingeschobene Kabel 4 zunimmt. Gleichzeitig steigt der radiale Druck, da der Leiter 6 bzw. dessen Adern 15 sich radial ausbreiten und Druck nach außen ausüben. Fig. 5 zeigt eine schematisch perspektivische Darstellung, bei der einzelne Teile weggelassen wurden, um die Übersicht zu erleichtern. Klar erkennbar ist die in den Leiter 6 eintauchende Kontaktnadel 7. Der Leiter 6 wird hier von einer Federeinrichtung 8 umgeben. Die Isolierschicht 13 des Anschlusskabels 4 wurde über einen abisolierten Bereich 11 entfernt, sodass die Federhülse 9 den abisolierten Leiter 10 direkt umgibt.
Die hier als Federhülse 9 ausgeführte Federeinrichtung 8 weist einen spiralförmigen Schlitz 21 auf, der für eine hohe Elastizität der hier aus einem elastischen Metall gefertigten Federhülse 9 sorgt. Der ringförmig gestaltete Schlitz 21 verhindert zuverlässig, dass einzelne Adern 15 des Leiters 6 durch den Schlitz nach außen dringen.
Ebenso ist es möglich, einen axial ausgeführten Schlitz 21 vorzusehen. Gegebenenfalls kann dann aber durch den Schlitz 21 eine Ader 15 des Leiters 6 radial nach außen treten. Das muss bei der Konstruktion berücksichtigt werden, sodass der verbleibende Pressdruck noch ausreicht, um die Verbindung sicher zu gewährleisten. Möglich ist es auch, dass die Federeinrichtung 9 als
Spiralfeder ausgeführt ist, deren einzelne Windungen dicht aneinander liegen oder voneinander beabstandet sind. Auch eine solche Federeinrichtung 9 ermöglicht die Aufbringung der benötigten Kraft auf einen darin angeordneten Leiter, wenn eine Kontaktnadel eingeschoben wird.
Fig. 6 zeigt die Kontakthülse 9 der Fig. 5 mit einer schematisch eingesteckten Kontaktnadel 7, um eine mögliche Dimensionierung zu zeigen. Hier ist ein spiral ringförmiger Schlitz 21 in der Kontakthülse 9 vorgesehen.
Fig. 7 zeigt in einer schematischen Darstellung ein
Anschlussgehäuse 3 mit einem darin aufgenommenen Kabel 4, welches an einem abisolierten Bereich 11 über einen
abisolierten Leiter 10 verfügt. Die einzelnen Adern 15 des Leiters 6 sind hier über die Länge des abisolierten
Bereiches 11 von einer Federeinrichtung 8 in Form
beispielsweise einer Federhülse 9 umgeben. Dabei liegt im geöffneten Zustand 20, wie er in Fig. 7 dargestellt ist, ein geringer radialer Spalt zwischen dem Innendurchmesser der Federhülse 9 und dem Außendurchmessers des Leiters 6 mit dem Bündel von Adern 15 vor. Der radiale Abstand kann beispielsweise zwischen 5 und 25 % des Durchmessers des Leiters betragen. Jedenfalls ist der radiale Abstand so bemessen, dass nach dem Eintauchen einer Kontaktnadel 7 in den Leiter 6 ein radialer Druck von der Kontaktnadel 7 über den Leiter 6 auf die Federhülse 9 aufgebracht wird, sodass sich beispielsweise eine mit einem axialen Schlitz oder einem Ringschlitz 21 versehene Federhülse 9 radial
elastisch ausdehnt und eine entsprechende Federkraft auf den Leiter 6 und die Kontaktnadel 7 überträgt. Vorzugsweise wird die Federeinrichtung 8 bzw. Federhülse 9 im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 7 aus Metall hergestellt. Möglich ist es aber auch, dass die Federeinrichtung 8 aus einem beispielsweise viskoelastxschen Kunststoff besteht. Durch das Einschieben der Kontaktnadel 7 in den Leiter 6 wird dort das radiale Volumen vergrößert, sodass der Druck nach außen auf die viskoelastische Federeinrichtung
weitergegeben wird. Die hier viskoelastische
Federeinrichtung 8 wird durch das die Federeinrichtung 8 umgebende Anschlussgehäuse 3 in seiner radialen Ausdehnung begrenzt, sodass eine entsprechende Anpresskraft auf den Leiter 6 und die darin angeordnete Kontaktnadel 7 ausgeübt wird .
Der Außendurchmesser 35 des abisolierten Leiters 10 liegt vorzugsweise zwischen zwanzig und fünfundsiebzig Prozent des Außendurchmessers 33 der Kabels 4. Der Außendurchmesser 33 des Kabels 4 liegt vorzugsweise in einem Bereich
zwischen dreiunddreißig und Sechsundsechzig Prozent oder mehr des Außendurchmessers 32 des Kabelanschlusses 1, sodass ein kleinbauender der Kabelanschluss 1 ermöglicht wird . Wird die Federeinrichtung 8 im Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 7 durch ein Metallteil gebildet, kann ein radial besonders kleinbauender Kabelanschluss 1 realisiert werden, da auch durch eine radial dünne Federhülse 9 hohe
elastische Kräfte auf den Leiter 6 und die darin
vorgesehene Kontaktnadel 7 übertragbar sind.
Fig. 8 zeigt in einer schematisch geschnittenen Darstellung den Kabelanschluss 1 im Verbindungszustand 18, in dem das Anschlussgehäuse 3 in das Kontaktgehäuse 2 eingeschraubt ist und wobei die hier nicht sichtbare Kontaktnadel 7 in den Leiter 6 eingetaucht ist.
Fig. 8 zeigt zwei Varianten. Zum einen ist es möglich, dass eine Federeinrichtung 8 aus beispielsweise einem
viskoelastischen Material oder einem Metall die
Isolierschicht 13 des Anschlusskabels 4 umgibt und beim Eindringen der Kontaktnadel 7 in den Leiter elastischen Druck von außen ausübt. Es ist auch möglich, da'ss ein abisolierter Bereich 11 des Leiters 6 von einer Federeinrichtung 24 umgeben ist, welche aus einem viskoelastischen Material oder aus Metall
bestehen kann, um entsprechende Kräfte aus den Leiter 6 und die Kontaktnadel 7 zu übertragen. Die hier radial weiter außen vorgesehene Federeinrichtung 8 kann dann
beispielsweise aus einem viskoelastischen Material oder dergleichen bestehen und als Dichtungseinrichtung 28 des Kabelanschlusses 1 dienen, um eine dauerhaft sichere
Verbindung geschützt vor Feuchtigkeit zu ermöglichen.
Weiterhin ist in Fig. 8 die Rückschiebesicherung 19
dargestellt, die eine Federeinrichtung 22 mit Federzungen 23 umfassen kann, die nach dem Einschieben des Kabels 4 ein Zurückschieben verhindern, da die Federzungen schräg gewinkelt an der Isolierschicht 13 des Leiters 6 anliegen und bei dem Versuch des Zurückziehens sich weiter in die Isolierschicht 13 des Kabels 4 eingraben, während die äußeren Enden der Federzungen an einem Absatz 26 in dem Anschlussgehäuse 3 anliegen.
Fig. 9 zeigt in einem schematischen Querschnitt einen weiteren Aufbau eines Kabelanschlusses 1, bei dem das Kabel 4 nicht abisoliert werden muss. Das in das Anschlussgehäuse 3 eingeschobene Kabel 4 wird mit der Isolierschicht 13 radial von der Federeinrichtung 8 umgeben, die hier
wiederum als Federhülse 9 ausgebildet sein kann. Dabei kann die Federhülse 9 einen Schlitz 21 aufweisen oder aber die Isolierschicht 13 vollständig umgeben. Nach dem Einführen der Kontaktnadel 7 in den Leiter 6 wird durch das
zusätzliche Volumen der Kontaktnadel 7 bedingt der Leiter 6 radial aufgedehnt, wodurch die Isolierschicht 13 als federelastischer Speicher 14 dient. Auch bei mechanischen Setzungserscheinungen oder dergleichen reicht die
federelastische Kraft der Isolierschicht, die durch die umgebende Federeinrichtung 8 unterstützt wird, aus, um eine dauerhaft dichte und zuverlässige Verbindung zu
ermöglichen .
Insgesamt stellt die Erfindung einen zuverlässigen
Kabelanschluss 1 zur Verfügung, der dauerhaft und sicher einen elektrischen Kontakt zwischen einem Anschlusskabel 4 und einer Kontaktnadel 7 ermöglicht und beispielsweise als Steckverbindung ausgeführt ist. Die Verbindung kann hohe Ströme bei hohen Spannungen übertragen und kann
wartungsfrei über lange Zeiträume betrieben werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Kabelanschluss (1) vorzugsweise für Fotovoltaikanlagen (100) umfassend wenigstens ein Kontaktgehäuse (2) und wenigstens ein Anschlussgehäuse (3) ,
wobei das Anschlussgehäuse (3) mit dem Kontaktgehäuse (2) verbindbar ist und zur Aufnahme wenigstens eines frei konfektionierbaren Kabels (4) mit einem Leiter (6) dient ,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass das Anschlussgehäuse (3) dafür vorgesehen ist, das anzuschließende Kabel (4) mit dem Leiter (6)
aufzunehmen und dass an dem Kontaktgehäuse (2) eine Kontaktnadel (7) zur Kontaktierung des Leiters (6) des anzuschließenden Kabels (4) angeordnet ist, wobei eine Federeinrichtung (8) dafür vorgesehen ist, den Leiter (6) und die Kontaktnadel (7) radial zu umgeben und federelastisch zusammen zu drücken.
2. Kabelanschluss (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die
Federeinrichtung (8) den abisolierten Leiter (10) umgibt .
3. Kabelanschluss (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die
Federeinrichtung (8) die Isolierschicht (13) des Kabels (4) umgibt.
4. Kabelanschluss (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, Anspruch, wobei die Isolierschicht (13) als
federelastischer Speicher (14) dient. Kabelanschluss (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden
Ansprüche, wobei die Federeinrichtung (8) in das
Anschlussgehäuse (3) eingebaut ist.
