Claims (13)

Paquet souple selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'étiquette adhésive (13) est reliée par collage à la région (48), délimitée par l'affaiblissement de matériau (47), de l'enveloppe externe (12), de telle sorte que la région (48) puisse être séparée de l'enveloppe externe (12) par ouverture pour la première fois de l'étiquette adhésive (13), et la région (48) de l'enveloppe externe (12) est reliée à la région (27), délimitée par des affaiblissements de matériau (28), de l'enveloppe interne (11), de préférence également par collage, de telle sorte que les deux régions (27, 48) puissent être séparées conjointement du paquet souple (10) par ouverture pour la première fois de l'étiquette adhésive (13), pour former une ouverture de prélèvement (14).
  7. Paquet souple selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le côté supérieur (20) de l'enveloppe interne (11) est formé par des languettes de pliage (22) réalisées côté bordure sur le côté avant (17), le côté arrière (19) et les petits côtés (18), à savoir par pliage des languettes de pliage (22) dans la région du côté supérieur (20), dans lequel les languettes de pliage (22) sont dimensionnées de telle sorte qu'au moins les languettes de pliage (22) sur le côté avant (17) et le côté arrière (19) de l'enveloppe interne (11) ne se chevauchent pas ou guère l'une l'autre dans la région du côté supérieur (20) .
  8. Paquet souple selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, dans lequel la région (27), délimitée par l'affaiblissement de matériau (28), du côté avant (17) de l'enveloppe interne (11) présente des dimensions plus petites que l'évidement (38) dans la région de l'enveloppe externe (12) ou la région (48) délimitée par les affaiblissements de matériau (47) et servant à former l'évidement (38) dans l'enveloppe externe (12), de telle sorte que l'évidement (38) dans l'enveloppe externe (12) soit recouvert côté bordure par l'enveloppe interne (11), l'évidement (38) dans l'enveloppe externe (12) et la région (27) dans le côté avant (17) de l'enveloppe interne (11) présentant de préférence la même configuration.
  9. Paquet souple selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'étiquette adhésive (13) s'étend à partir d'un côté arrière du paquet souple (10) sur un côté supérieur de celui-ci jusque dans la région d'un côté avant du paquet souple (10), et l'étiquette adhésive (13) s'étend de préférence sur toute la largeur du côté supérieur.
  10. Paquet souple selon la revendication 9 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, dans lequel une vignette (15), en particulier réalisée sous forme de vignette fiscale, est disposée sur le paquet souple (10) de manière à recouvrir partiellement l'étiquette adhésive (13), de telle sorte que la vignette (15) soit sectionnée lors de la première ouverture de l'étiquette adhésive (13), en particulier le long d'un affaiblissement de matériau (45) de la vignette (15) qui s'étend le long d'une arête du paquet souple (10), dans lequel la vignette (15) est disposée de préférence dans la région d'un petit côté du paquet souple (10) et s'étend dans la région d'un côté supérieur ou d'un côté avant du paquet souple (10) et y recouvre l'étiquette adhésive (13), dans lequel l'affaiblissement de matériau (45) est disposé dans la région de l'arête de paquet entre le petit côté et le côté supérieur ou le côté avant du paquet souple (10).
  11. Paquet souple selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enveloppe externe (12) est formée, dans la région du côté inférieur (34), par des languettes de pliage se recouvrant mutuellement, lesquelles sont disposées dans le prolongement du côté avant (30), du côté arrière (32) et des petits côtés (31) de l'enveloppe externe (12), dans lequel les languettes de pliage sont séparées les unes des autres par des coupes de séparation (35) dans le matériau de l'enveloppe externe (12), et dans lequel une languette de pliage (37) dans le prolongement du côté avant (30) et/ou du côté arrière (32) correspond aux dimensions du côté inférieur (34) et la languette de pliage est disposée en tant que couche extérieure du côté inférieur (34) par pliage correspondant,

Paquet souple selon la revendication 1 ou l'une des autres revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'enveloppe externe (12) est formée, dans la région du côté inférieur (34), par des languettes de pliage se recouvrant mutuellement, lesquelles sont disposées dans le prolongement du côté avant (30), du côté arrière (32) et des petits côtés (31) de l'enveloppe externe (12), dans lequel les languettes de pliage sont délimitées mutuellement par des lignes de pliage (26) et seulement une languette de pliage (37) dans le prolongement du côté avant (30) ou du côté arrière (32) est séparée de languettes de pliage adjacentes par des coupes de séparation (35) dans le matériau de l'enveloppe externe (12), et dans lequel les languettes de pliage sont pliées dans le plan de la paroi inférieure (34) de telle sorte que la languette de pliage (37) délimitée par des coupes de séparation (35) dans le prolongement du côté avant (30) ou du côté arrière (32) soit disposée en tant que couche extérieure du côté inférieur (34) et s'étende sur tout le côté inférieur (34), tandis que les autres languettes de pliage sont pliées par pliage à la manière d'une enveloppe dans la région du côté inférieur (34).
  13. Procédé de fabrication d'un paquet souple (10) pour cigarettes, dans lequel une enveloppe interne (11) constituée d'un matériau d'emballage pliable est enroulée autour d'un groupe de cigarettes (50) faisant office de contenu du paquet, et dans lequel l'enveloppe interne (11) est ensuite, dans la région d'un côté avant (17), d'un côté arrière (19), de petits côtés (18) et d'un côté inférieur (21), enveloppée dans une enveloppe externe (12) constituée d'un matériau d'emballage pliable, et dans lequel l'enveloppe externe (12) est acheminée sous forme de bande de matériau (46) continue sur laquelle sont appliqués des affaiblissements de matériau (47) servant à délimiter une région (48) pour former un évidement (38) côté bordure dans la région du côté avant (30) de l'enveloppe interne (11), et la bande de matériau (46) continue est divisée en pièces découpées individuelles, de telle sorte que la région (48) ou l'évidement (38) soit disposé (e) dans la région du côté avant (17) de l'enveloppe interne (11) du paquet souple (10) et de telle sorte qu'une étiquette adhésive (13) soit disposée sur l'enveloppe externe (12) pour fermer de manière libérable l'évidement (38), dans lequel l'étiquette adhésive (13) est reliée au matériau de l'enveloppe externe (12) dans la région (48) délimitée par des affaiblissements de matériau (47), de telle sorte que la région (48) puisse être séparée de l'enveloppe externe (12) par ouverture pour la première fois de l'étiquette adhésive (13), et de telle sorte que l'enveloppe interne (11) comprenne également une région (27) délimitée par des affaiblissements de matériau (28), laquelle région est reliée à la région (48) de l'enveloppe externe (12) de telle sorte que les deux régions (27, 48) puissent être séparées conjointement du paquet souple (10) par ouverture pour la première fois de l'étiquette adhésive (13), pour former une ouverture de prélèvement (14).
