Claims (10)

  1. Paquet d'emballage pour un groupe de paquets de cigarettes (10), comprenant une pièce découpée (11, 12) en matériau d'emballage pliable pour recevoir le groupe de paquets de cigarettes (10) constituant le contenu de l'emballage, et comprenant une enveloppe extérieure (27) séparée entourant la pièce découpée (11, 12) et le contenu de l'emballage, en matériau de préférence transparent, notamment en film de cellophane ou de plastique, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la pièce découpée (11, 12) présente un ruban de déchirure (23) servant d'aide à l'ouverture pour ouvrir l'enveloppe extérieure (27),
    b) l'enveloppe extérieure (27) présente une entaille (32) qui est positionnée de manière à correspondre avec l'aide à l'ouverture de la pièce découpée (11, 12) dans l'enveloppe extérieure (27), de telle sorte que l'enveloppe extérieure (27) puisse être ouverte par l'actionnement de l'aide à l'ouverture de la pièce découpée (11, 12),
    c) l'aide à l'ouverture de la pièce découpée (11, 12) est orientée dans la direction longitudinale du paquet d'emballage et s'étend sensiblement sur toute la longueur du paquet d'emballage, de telle sorte que l'enveloppe extérieure (27) puisse être ouverte par actionnement de l'aide à l'ouverture de la pièce découpée (11, 12) sensiblement sur toute la longueur du paquet d'emballage,

    f) la patte de préhension (26) et l'entaille (32) sont disposées dans la région d'un coin d'emballage du paquet d'emballage.
  2. Paquet d'emballage selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de déchirure (23) est formé par une ligne de perforations (24).
  3. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de déchirure (23) est formé entre la paroi latérale (16) et une paroi avant (13) ou arrière (14) de grande surface de la pièce découpée (11, 12).
  4. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (27) est réalisée sans fil de déchirure ou similaire.
  5. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (27) entoure sensiblement complètement la pièce découpée (11, 12).
  6. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'enveloppe extérieure (27) est un film rétractable thermorétracté.
  7. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la région de l'entaille (32), la prise de l'aide à l'ouverture de la pièce découpée (11, 12) est possible par l'enveloppe extérieure (27) par ailleurs fermée.
  8. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entaille (32) est réalisée sensiblement en forme de U et correspond de préférence, en termes de forme et/ou de dimensions, à la patte de préhension (26) du ruban de déchirure (23).
  9. Paquet d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ruban de déchirure (23) et l'enveloppe extérieure (27) sont connectés fixement l'un à l'autre en au moins un point, notamment par un point de colle (34) positionné dans la région de la patte de préhension (26).
  10.
