Claims (9)

  1. Stapelvorrichtung für flache postalische Gegenstände, umfassend
    eine Empfangs- (6) und Stapelzone der flachen Gegenstände (N+1) auf der Kante, die zwischen einer Zulaufspur (4) jedes zu stapelnden flachen Gegenstands (N+1) und einer an die Empfangszone (6) grenzenden Ausrichtkante (8), gegen die sich die gestapelten flachen Gegenstände (1-N+1) zum Bilden eines Stapels (P) der flache Gegenstände (N+1) abstützen, angeordnet ist,
    ein drehbares Betätigungsglied (22), das der Empfangszone (6) gegenüberliegend und der Zulaufspur (4) nachgelagert angeordnet ist, wobei das Betätigungsglied (22) gekrümmte Stifte (26) zum Verdrängen des Stapels (P) flacher Gegenstände (1-N+1) in Richtung auf ein Haltelement (32) des Stapels (P) umfasst, wobei die gekrümmten Stifte (26) jeweils ein Schutzorgan (28) aufweisen, das zwischen dem laufenden flachen Gegenstand (N+1) und dem letzten flachen Gegenstand (N) des in Bildung begriffenen Stapels (P) einfügbar ist, um die Verlagerung jedes zu stapelnden flachen Gegenstands (N+1) auf die Oberseite des Stapels (P) flacher Gegenstände (1-N+1) in Richtung der Ausrichtkante (8) zu begleiten, und ferner
    eine Leitklappe (16), die in Bezug auf die Vorschubrichtung der flachen Gegenstände (1-N+1) in der Zulaufspur (4) dem Betätigungsglied (22) vorgelagert angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Leitklappe (16) zwischen einer zurückgezogenen Position, in der sie nicht in die Zulaufspur (4) vorsteht und nicht in den Vorschub eines zu stapelnden laufenden flachen Gegenstand (N+1) eingreift, und einer vorgerückten Position, in der sie in die Zulaufspur (4) vorsteht und den in Bildung begriffenen Stapel (P) flacher Gegenstände (1-N+1) verdrängt, drehbeweglich angebracht ist, und wobei die Stapelvorrichtung ferner ein Steuermittel der Leitklappe (16) und des Betätigungsglieds (22) umfasst, das in Reaktion auf die Erfassung der Gegenwart des laufenden Gegenstands (N+1) in der Zulaufspur (4) eine Verschwenkung der Leitklappe (16) in ihre vorgerückte Position zum Verdrängen des Stapels (P) flacher Gegenstände (1-N+1) und zum Begrenzen eines Raums in Gestalt eines Eingangskonus für diesen laufenden Gegenstand (N+1) steuert, und das in Reaktion auf die Erfassung des Durchgangs des hinteren Teils des laufenden Gegenstands (N+1) die Verschwenkung der Leitklappe (16) in ihre vorgerückte Position steuert zum Bewirken einer Verschwenkung des laufenden Gegenstands (N+1), während das in Drehung befindliche Betätigungsglied (22) die Verlagerung des laufenden Gegenstands (N+1) zu der Ausrichtkante (8) begleitet.
  2. Stapelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schutzorgan eine Schutzzunge (28) ist, die im Wesentlichen geradlinig ist und die einen Stift (26) des Betätigungsgliedes (22) verlängert, wobei die Schutzzunge (28) in eine Schnittstelle zwischen dem laufenden Gegenstand (N+1) und dem letzten Gegenstand (N) des in Bildung begriffenen Stapels (P) gelangt.
  3. Stapelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungsglied (22) zwei gekrümmte Stifte (26) umfasst, die in Bezug auf die Drehachse des Betätigungsglieds (22) symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  4. Stapelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzzunge (28) entfernbar an dem Stift (26) angebracht ist.
  5. Stapelvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzzunge (28) aus Kunststoff ist.
  6. Stapelvorrichtung nach einem Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einem Stapelzyklus des laufenden flachen Gegenstands (N+1) das Betätigungsglied (22) eine Drehung um 180° ausführt.
  7. Stapelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuermittel der Leitklappe (16) Parameter berücksichtigen kann, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe umfassend zumindest die Länge, die Höhe, die Ebenheit und das Basismaterial des flachen Gegenstands (N) auf der Oberseite des in Bildung begriffenen laufenden Stapels flacher Gegenstände, sowie die Länge, die Höhe, die Dicke, die Steifigkeit, die kinetische Energie und das Basismaterial des zu stapelnden laufenden Gegenstand (N+1).
  8. Stapelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere koaxiale schwenkbare Leitklappen (16) umfasst.
  9. Postalische Sortiermaschine, umfassend Sortierausgänge zum Sammeln von flachen postalischen Gegenständen auf der Kante, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Sortierausgang mit einer Stapelvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 ausgestattet ist.
