Definitions

  • the invention relates to a pack for cigarettes, comprising at least one pusher for receiving a pack contents, in particular a cigarette group, and a sleeve surrounding the or each pusher, wherein the pod has a large-area sleeve front and a corresponding opposite sleeve back, and sleeve Front side and sleeve back has interconnecting sleeve narrow sides and wherein adjacent sleeve sides are interconnected by upright sleeve packaging edges, according to the preamble of claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing such a package.
  • the object of the invention is to further develop packings of the aforementioned type, in particular with regard to a more attractive design and simultaneous manufacturability on known devices.
  • the sleeve packing edges are rounded and / or bevelled and that at least two slides are arranged in the sleeve, which conform to the shape of rounded and / or beveled sleeve-packaging edges are adapted, wherein the slides are formed consistently.
  • the use of two or more identical slides within a sleeve allows easy manufacture of the slide.
  • several different slides need not be produced that fit into a common sleeve. Due to the specially shaped packing edges, the pack receives a modern design.
  • the slides have a large-area slider front side and a corresponding slider rear side, as well as slider front side and slide rear side interconnecting slider narrow sides, wherein adjacent slider sides are connected to each other by upright slider edge packs and wherein the slider packing edges are adapted to the rounded and / or beveled sleeve packing edges.
  • Another (also independent) feature may consist in that two slides are positioned with their slider backs abutting each other within the sleeve and that the slider-packing edges are rounded and / or beveled in the area of the slide front sides, according to the rounded and / or bevelled sleeve packing edges and that the slider packing edges are formed at right angles in the area of the slider backs. In this way it is possible with two identical semi-circular or semi-oblique edge sliders to fill a round edge or beveled sleeve.
  • the slides may have an upper-side recess or depression in the region of the slider front side and the slider rear side, wherein preferably the depressions in the area of the slider front side and the slider rear side are designed to coincide.
  • Another special feature consists in measures to restrict the displacement of the slide in the sleeve.
  • each slide having a plurality of stops or connecting means, preferably on different sides and / or at different heights with respect to a longitudinal axis of the slider are arranged and cooperate with corresponding means on the inside of the sleeve, such that the slides are movable to different extents within the sleeve.
  • this can be achieved in such a way that the slides in the region of opposite slide narrow sides each have a protruding tab, which are mounted at different heights and that the sleeve in the region of a sleeve narrow side has two corresponding tabs, due to the arrangement of the slide with their slider backs abutting each other in the sleeve with the tabs arranged at different heights, the slider cooperates to limit the mobility of the slider within the sleeve for each slider to varying degrees.
  • the sleeve has a sleeve bottom wall, wherein the sleeve bottom wall and the respectively adjacent sleeve front or sleeve back have an opening, in particular a sliding opening.
  • the sleeve has a sleeve cover (sleeve top), which is pivotally hinged to the sleeve back, wherein the sleeve cover is connected to areas of slider tops, in particular in each case in the region between the two wells, in such a way in that, when the sleeve cover is opened, the regions of the slider top sides which are connected to the sleeve cover and are preferably delimited by lines of weakness are removed from the slides in order to expose a removal opening for the contents of the package in the region of the recesses.
  • the sliders may have a closing tab (slider inner tab) adjoining the slider top sides, which on the inside of the Slider front is attached, in particular by gluing, and that the closure flap as the slider front has a corresponding recess for the removal opening.

  • Another special feature may consist in that the slides in the region of an upper side have a removal opening, which are sealed before use of the package by a preferably common closure means, in particular a closure tape, to a sealing pack.
  • a method according to the invention has the features of claim 12. It is therefore provided that at least two cigarette groups are ejected from a magazine for cigarettes and wrapped parallel to each other in an inner wrap to form at least two package contents, and that thereafter the contents of the package are inserted into pockets of a correspondingly multi-lane folding turret in which blanks for a slider, and that the blanks folded on the folding turret around the respective contents of the package and then the slider a corresponding multi-lane drying device, in particular a dry turret, fed, and that the slide one after the other from the multi-lane drying device and pushed one behind the other along a single-lane transport a further, in particular single-lane, folding turrets for the sleeve are supplied, wherein the slides during transport, in particular in the region of the single-lane transport path so w ground that the slide with their slide backs to each other according to the arrangement in the sleeve.
