Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour la découpe de produits alimentaires (5), en particulier de viande, comprenant :une amenée de produit (3) avec laquelle un produit est convoyé le long d'une direction de convoyage (I) et peut être amené à un plan de coupe (7),un couteau de coupe pour trancher le produit (5), dans lequel le couteau de coupe est capable de se déplacer dans le plan de coupe (7), en particulier en rotation et/ou en mouvement orbital, etun support de produit (9), en particulier une bande de convoyage sans fin, qui est agencé à la suite du couteau de coupe en direction de convoyage (I), et sur lequel peuvent tomber des tranches (11) séparées du produit au moyen du couteau de coupe,caractérisé en ce quele support de produit (9) est déplaçable par rapport à une tranche qui tombe (11) de telle façon que le support de produit (9) est déplacé conjointement dans la direction de déplacement de la tranche (11) et la tranche (11) vient se poser sur le support de produit (9) uniquement avec une faible vitesse relative, et est alors progressivement arrêtée par le support de produit (9), de sorte que le choc de la tranche (11) sur le support de produit (9) peut être encaissé.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que le support de produit (9) est déplaçable de telle manière que la tranche (11) peut être freinée progressivement par le support de produit (9), en particulier suivant un profil de vitesse prédéterminé, depuis sa vitesse de chute jusqu'à la vitesse nulle. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,

caractérisé en ce que, pour encaisser le choc de la tranche (11), le support de produit (9) est déplacé depuis une position de départ jusque dans une position finale, en particulier abaissé. - Procédé selon la revendication 6,
caractérisé en ce que le support de produit (9) est déplacé à nouveau jusque dans la position de départ, en particulier soulevé, après avoir freiné la tranche (11) jusqu'à la vitesse nulle. - Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
caractérisé en ce que le support de produit (9) est déplacé, en particulier depuis la position finale, jusque dans une position intermédiaire, en particulier pour l'évacuation de la tranche (11). - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 5 à 8,
caractérisé en ce que la tranche (11) reposant sur le support de produit (9) est évacuée, ou en ce que plusieurs tranches (11) sont déposées les unes après les autres sur le support de produit (9) dans un motif de pose prédéterminé, et sont alors évacuées conjointement.
