Claims (10)

  1. Elément de commande (10) pour une fonctionnalité de commutation et/ou de réglage présentant au moins deux étages de commutation ou de réglage, comprenant :

    au moins trois aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) comprenant:
    un premier aimant permanent (1) mobile qui est entraîné de manière synchrone, dans sa zone de déplacement, par ledit élément de manoeuvre (4);
    un deuxième aimant permanent (2) mobile qui est entraîné, par force magnétique, dans une première zone partielle de la zone de déplacement du premier aimant permanent (1), de manière synchrone par celui-ci, et dont le déplacement ultérieur, dans au moins une deuxième zone partielle de la zone de déplacement du premier aimant permanent (1), est empêché par au moins une butée (5a);
    un troisième aimant permanent (3) fixe par rapport à l'élément de manoeuvre (4) et destiné à générer une force de rappel magnétique sur au moins ledit premier aimant permanent (1).
  2. Elément de commande (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) sont disposés, dans la position de repos, de telle manière que, dans le cas des aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) les plus voisins, des pôles contraires des aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) se trouvent respectivement en regard les uns des autres.
  3. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les premier et deuxième aimants permanents (1, 2) sont logés de manière à être déplaçables parallèlement à leur direction polaire.
  4. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) sont réalisés et disposés de manière à ce que, dans les première et deuxième zones partielles de la zone de déplacement du premier aimant permanent (1), la force de rappel présente respectivement un maximum local.
  5. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit élément de manoeuvre (4) est déplaçable, à partir de la position de repos, suivant au moins deux directions.
  6. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit premier aimant permanent (1) est disposé entre les autres aimants permanents (2, 3).
  7. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les aimants permanents (1, 2, 3) sont réalisés et disposés de manière à ce que respectivement deux positions extrêmes bistables des premier et/ou deuxième aimants permanents (1, 2) soient prévues.
  8. Elément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant des moyens de détection sans contact de la position des premier et/ou deuxième aimants permanents ainsi qu'une unité d'évaluation.
  9. Elément de commande (10) selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel les moyens de détection sans contact comprennent un capteur optique et/ou magnétique.
  10. Utilisation de l'élément de commande (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans un véhicule automobile, par exemple en tant que levier de présélection de boîte de vitesse automatique.
