Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist dabei angedeutet, nebeneinander mehrere Bänder parallel hergestellt werden. Wenn die Bänder - allein zur Erhöhung der Produktionsrate - gleichartig sind, werden die Kettlegevorrichtungen 9 dazu gekoppelt angetrieben. Für bestimme Anwendungen, z.B. wenn unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Bänder nebeneinander oder wenn unterschiedliche Applikationen auf einem Breitwebgut 10 hergestellt werden sollen, kann es aber auch vorteilhaft sein, wenn Einzelantriebe vorgesehen sind, so dass die Kettlegevorrichtungen 9 einzeln und unabhängig voneinander gesteuert angetrieben werden.In FIG. 5 a weaving machine according to an embodiment using three adjacent, parallel Kettlegevorrichtungen 9 is shown. Claims (9)

  1. A weaving loom for producing a woven material (10) with an incorporated cover thread, comprising
    - a shed forming device for forming a shed (3) from warp threads (2) with at least an upper shed (5) and a lower shed (4),
    - a weft-insertion device (7) for inserting weft-threads,
    - a reed (1) for stopping of inserted weft-threads,
    - a laying device for at least one cover thread (12),
    characterized in that
    the loom further comprises a warp-laying device (9) with a plurality of warp-laying elements (14) arranged adjacent to each other for laying additional warp threads (8),
    wherein the warp-laying device (9) comprises a driving device for dipping in the warp-laying elements (14) for the additional warp threads (8) from a starting position through the upper shed (5) to the lower shed (4) or through the lower shed to the upper shed, and wherein the warp-laying device is positioned so that the weft-insertion device (7) crosses the additional warp threads (8), and wherein the laying device comprises at least one cover thread guide (13) which, in the starting position (11) of the warp-laying device (9), is movable transversely to the warp threads (2) by means of a transverse moving means.
  2. The weaving loom according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover thread guide (13) is movable in each position of the shed by means of the transverse moving means.
  3. The weaving loom according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the warp-laying elements (14) of the warp-laying device (9) are arranged adjacent to each other at a fixed, preferably equal distance.
  4. The weaving loom according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the warp-laying device (9) further comprises transverse moving means by means of which the warp-laying elements (14) are movable transversely to the warp threads (2) when they are not dipped into the shed (3).
  5. The weaving loom according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the laying device comprises at least one further cover thread guide (16) that is arranged - in respect of the direction of the warp thread (2) - behind said cover thread guide (13) and is movable transversely to the direction of the warp thread (2).
  6. The weaving loom according to one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized by at least one movable retaining hook (17) for holding the cover thread (12) in order to reduce the load of the additional warp thread (8), wherein the retaining hook (17) after laying of the cover thread (12) is movable away from the ribbon fabric (10) to a starting position.
  7. The weaving loom according to one of the claims 1 to 6, characterized in that several warp-laying devices (9) are arranged parallel to the selvage and adjacent to each other at a defined distance.
  8. The weaving loom according to claim 7, characterized in that the warp-laying devices (9) are driven in a coupled manner.
  9. The weaving loom according to claim 7, characterized in that individual drives are provided so that the warp-laying devices (9) are driven individually and independently of each other.
