Definitions
- the invention relates to a pump unit with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1.
- Pump units in particular centrifugal pump unit generally have an electric drive motor and one or more wheels, which are rotatably mounted on a shaft driven by the electric drive motor shaft.
- the electric motor is spaced from the wheels and the shaft extends freely over a larger area. In these cases, the wave is exposed to environmental influences, in particular influences of the medium to be pumped. This can lead to unwanted corrosion of the shaft.
- the pump unit according to the invention has an electric motor and at least one impeller connected to the electric motor via a shaft.
- the impeller is rotatably connected via the shaft to the rotor of the electric motor.
- the shaft is of one surrounded with rotating protective sleeve.
- a protective sleeve can be formed from a resistant to environmental influences, in particular to be conveyed aggressive media, resistant material.
- the shaft may be formed of a sufficiently strong material to transfer the required torque from the electric motor to the impeller.
- the protective sleeve may be formed of a different material, which has the required resistance to the substances located in the environment.
- the wave can be optimized in total in two ways, on the one hand in terms of the required strength, on the other hand, in view of the desired resistance to substances from the environment.
- the shaft is preferably surrounded by the contact sleeve in the area between the impeller and the electric motor.
- an exposed region of the shaft between the impeller and the electric motor can be protected by the protective sleeve from substances in the environment. This is advantageous if the shaft between the electric motor and the at least one impeller, d. H. the actual pump is exposed.
- the shaft is completely surrounded by the protective sleeve in the region between the impeller and the electric motor.
- the shaft arranged inside the protective sleeve is reliably protected by substances from the environment, since it is completely encapsulated by the protective sleeve.
- the impeller preferably has a receiving sleeve, in which engages the shaft with its axial end.
- the receiving sleeve is on the impeller at least to an axial side facing the electric motor, so that the shaft can engage with its axial end in this opening of the receiving sleeve.
- the shaft is preferably fixed against rotation. This can be done by a force, form and / or material connection.
- the protective sleeve is preferably in sealing contact with the receiving sleeve at its axial end facing the impeller. This can be done by a sealing system or even by a cohesive connection, for example by gluing. Also, a firm connection between the protective sleeve and impeller could be achieved by joint injection molding, optionally in multi-component injection molding. Preferably, however, the protective sleeve and the impeller are formed as two separate parts, which are only sealingly abutting each other.
- the protective sleeve preferably engages in the interior of the receiving sleeve and / or the receiving sleeve engages over the protective sleeve on its outer circumference. This creates a larger sealing and contact surface between the protective sleeve and the receiving sleeve.
- the protective sleeve facing the end of the receiving sleeve and / or the receiving sleeve facing the end of the protective sleeve can be stepped, so that when engaging or spreading the receiving sleeve on the inner and outer circumference, a smooth transition is formed.
- the receiving sleeve on its end facing the protective sleeve on the inner circumference have an extension, in which engages the protective sleeve.
- the contact sleeve can alternatively or additionally have a gradation on the outer circumference, in which the receiving sleeve engages with its axial end.
- the receiving sleeve facing the end of the protective sleeve may be stepped on the inner circumference, so that on the inner circumference of a Recess is formed, in which the receiving sleeve can engage with its axial end.
- the protective sleeve is preferably made of an elastic material, in particular an elastomer or rubber. Such materials may be formed substantially dense and resistant to aggressive media, so that an internally disposed shaft, in particular a metal shaft is protected from these media.
- the elastic properties also ensure a good seal at the axial ends, for example, to a receiving sleeve of the impeller out.
- a further preferred embodiment may be arranged between the impeller and the electric motor, preferably adjacent to the electric motor, a partition wall, wherein the protective sleeve is arranged in the region between the partition wall and the impeller.
- the partition wall is disposed adjacent to the electric motor, it is meant to be closer to the electric motor than to the impeller, preferably directly adjacent to the electric motor.
- the partition may for example also be a flange which carries the electric motor and through which the shaft extends through an opening.
- the partition wall also serves to protect against the medium to be conveyed, since it separates the electric motor from the space in which this medium is located. In this respect, preferably only the area of the shaft between the partition wall and the impeller must be specially protected and surrounded by the protective sleeve.
- the protective sleeve is at its end remote from the impeller axial sealingly against the partition.
- the sealing system is designed so that a rotation of the protective sleeve relative to the partition wall is possible.
- the sealing system ensures that that the shaft located inside the protective sleeve is protected from the media in the outer environment of the protective sleeve. If the protective sleeve simultaneously rests sealingly on the impeller or a receiving sleeve formed on the impeller, thus the shaft is completely encapsulated and protected from environmental influences.
- the axial end facing away from the impeller of the protective sleeve is designed as an annular sealing lip, which bears against the dividing wall.
- a sealing lip is preferably formed by their shape so that a contact force of the sealing lip is produced on the partition by elastic deformation of the sealing lip.
- the sealing lip is preferably formed so that a narrow or small annular contact surface is formed, so that the friction between the sealing lip and the partition wall is reduced.
- the pump unit described above is particularly suitable for use in a wastewater lifting plant.
- the subject matter of the invention is also a sewage lifting plant with a pump unit according to the preceding description.
- the pump unit in the sewage lifting plant is arranged so that the at least one impeller is arranged in a collecting container of the wastewater lifting plant and the electric motor is arranged above and outside of the collecting container.
- This arrangement requires a spaced arrangement of the impeller of the electric motor with a correspondingly long exposed shaft, which is protected by the protective sleeve according to the invention in front of the inside of the collecting container located media.
- Such a configuration is particularly advantageous if the wastewater lifting plant is designed according to a preferred embodiment as a condensate lifting system, in particular for use in a heating or air conditioning.
- the condensate from heating systems, especially oil heaters has acidic properties and is therefore aggressive to metals.
- the above-described partition wall between the impeller and the electric motor preferably forms a cover which closes the collecting container at its upper side.
- a cover can at the same time as a flange, for example, the electric motor and other components such as a level switch, supply and / or drain lines and optionally carry electrical connection or control components.
- a cover designed as a partition of the collecting container is preferably completely closed upwards, so that the arranged outside of the collecting container components, such as an electric motor, are also protected from the media located in the collecting container.
- FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a sewage lifting plant, in which a pump unit according to the invention is integrated.
- the wastewater lifting plant has a collecting container 2, which is provided with an inlet, not shown here, through which water to be conveyed, in particular condensate, flows into the collecting container 2.
- the collecting container 2 is designed as an open-topped container and preferably made as a plastic molding. At the open top of the collecting container 2 is closed by a flange plate or a cover 4. Above the lid 4, an electric motor 6 is attached to this fixed, which is rotatably connected via a shaft 8 with an impeller 10 of the pump unit. Ie. the shaft 8 is rotatably connected to the rotor of the electric motor 6.
- the electric motor 6 forms with the shaft 8 and the impeller 10 and the impeller 10 outside surrounding pump housing 12, the pump unit.
- the pump housing serves to guide the flow of the fluid emerging from the impeller 10 and opens into an outlet line 14.
- a float switch 16 is attached to the lid 4, which switches the electric motor 6 on and off depending on the liquid level in the collecting container 2.
- the shaft 8 is preferably made of metal, in particular steel and connected at its end facing the impeller 10 with this rotationally fixed.
- the end of the shaft 8 engages in a receiving sleeve 18, which is formed on the axial end of the impeller 10 facing the electric motor.
- the receiving sleeve 12 is formed integrally with the impeller 10, in particular cast from plastic.
- the shaft 8 is positively and / or non-positively fixed, so that a rotationally fixed connection between the shaft 8 and the impeller 10 is made.
- the shaft 8 is surrounded by a protective sleeve 20 in the region between the cover 4 and the impeller 12.
- the protective sleeve 20 is made of an elastomer or rubber and sealingly connected to the free axial end of the receiving sleeve 18 on the impeller 10.
- the receiving sleeve 18 is designed stepped at its free end, d. H. At its free axial end, it has an expanded inner diameter, into which the protective sleeve 20 engages with its end 22 reduced in its outer diameter. In this way, overlap the axial end of the receiving sleeve 18 and the axial end of the protective sleeve 20. Thus, a tight connection between the receiving sleeve 18 and the protective sleeve 20 is provided.
- the protective sleeve 20 lies against the cover 4, which forms a partition, at.
- this axial end is designed as a sealing lip 24.
- the sealing lip 24 has a reduced material thickness and is formed so that it is compressed or deflected by the system on the cover 4 in the axial direction. Due to the elastic properties of the sealing lip 4 so a contact force is generated, which holds the sealing lip 24 in contact with the cover 4, so that a seal between the sealing lip 24 of the protective sleeve 22 and the cover 4 is provided.
- the protective sleeve 20 rotates together with the shaft 8. Thus, there is a relative movement between the sealing lip 24 and the cover 4, when the shaft 8 rotates.
- the shaft 8 is completely encapsulated in the region between the cover 4 and the impeller 10 and can not come into contact with the medium located in the interior of the collecting container 2, ie liquid or gas.
