Claims (6)
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner un moteur à combustion interne, dans lequel, dans un circuit d'huile du moteur à combustion interne, en particulier pour la lubrification sous pression en circuit fermé, une pompe à huile génère de manière sélective un premier étage de pression d'huile avec un premier niveau minimal et un premier niveau maximal de pression d'huile et au moins un deuxième étage de pression d'huile avec un deuxième niveau minimal et un deuxième niveau maximal de pression d'huile, le premier niveau minimal de pression d'huile étant inférieur ou égal au deuxième niveau minimal de pression d'huile et le premier niveau maximal de pression d'huile étant inférieur au deuxième niveau maximal dé pression d'huile, un arbre à cames du moteur à combustion interne étant réglé hydrauliquement par un actionneur au moyen d'une pression d'huile provenant du circuit d'huile du moteur à combustion interne, caractérisé en ce qu'une première vitesse de réglage de l'arbre à cames est déterminée par l'actionneur pendant que le premier étage de pression d'huile est généré par la pompe à huile, une deuxième vitesse de réglage de l'arbre à cames étant déterminée par l'actionneur pour au moins un deuxième étage de pression d'huile, pendant que le deuxième étage de pression d'huile est généré par la pompe à huile, au moins une différence entre la première et au moins une deuxième vitesse de réglage étant déterminée, un mécanisme de commutation de la pompe à huile pour commuter entre les étages de pression d'huile étant désigné comme conforme si une valeur de la différence est supérieure ou égale à une valeur de différence prédéterminée, et le mécanisme de commutation de la pompe à huile pour commuter entre les étages de pression d'huile étant désigné comme défectueux lorsqu'une valeur de la différence est inférieure à une valeur de différence prédéterminée.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première et au moins une deuxième vitesse de réglage sont déterminées pour un état de fonctionnement identique du moteur à combustion interne.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans un état de fonctionnement du moteur à combustion interne, pendant lequel le premier étage de pression d'huile est généré par la pompe à huile, la pression d'huile est surveillée par un capteur de pression.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'après une détermination de la première vitesse de réglage, la pompe à huile est commutée indépendamment de l'état de fonctionnement instantané du moteur à combustion interne à au moins un deuxième étage de pression d'huile, l'arbre à cames est réglé et par conséquent la deuxième vitesse de réglage est déterminée.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la première et la deuxième vitesse de réglage sont déterminées pour au moins un point de fonctionnement prédéterminé du moteur à combustion interne, l'étage de pression d'huile respectif étant commuté indépendamment du point de fonctionnement et l'arbre à cames étant réglé.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un point de fonctionnement prédéterminé du moteur à combustion interne est sélectionné de telle sorte qu'une augmentation minimale des émissions toxiques se produise dans les gaz d'échappement.
