Claims (4)

  1. Verfahren zum Optimieren eines Bearbeitungsprozesses der Post in einer Sortiermaschine, umfassend die folgenden Schritte: die Postsendungen einem ersten Sortierzyklus in der Maschine unterziehen (11), bei dem eine Vielzahl von ersten Sortierausgängen (S1-S78) der Sortiermaschine jeweils einer Vielzahl von ersten Lieferdestinationen (A1-Z3) zugeordnet werden und mindestens ein weiterer Sortierausgang (S79) der Sortiermaschine einer Vielzahl von zweiten Lieferdestinationen (A'1-Z'3) zugeordnet wird, Leiten (12) von Zwischenlagen zur physischen Trennung der Postsendungen durch die Sortiermaschine jeweils zu den ersten Sortierausgängen (S1-S78) und Rückführen (13) der Postsendungen, die von dem anderen Sortierausgang (S79) kommen, am Eingang der Sortiermaschine und selbige einem zweiten Sortierzyklus unterziehen (14), bei dem die Vielzahl von ersten Sortierausgängen (S1-S78) jeweils der Vielzahl von zweiten Lieferdestinationen (A'1-Z'3) zugeordnet werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei der Postsendungen in einem ersten Postbearbeitungszentrum gesammelt und sortiert werden, um in Lagerkisten zu M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren transportiert zu werden, die an das erste Postbearbeitungszentrum angeschlossen sind, wobei das Sortieren der Post in dem ersten Zentrum darin besteht, die Postsendungen in einer Sortiermaschine mit N Sortierausgängen zu sortieren, die jeweils mindestens eine Lagerkiste verwendet, um M Gruppen von Lagerkisten zu bilden, in denen die Postsendungen gelagert werden, wobei diese M Gruppen von Lagerkisten jeweils für die M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren bestimmt sind, und bei der die Sortiermaschine durch einen oder mehrere Sortierzyklen gesteuert wird, um jede Gruppe von Lagerkisten, die für ein zweites Postbearbeitungszentrum bestimmt sind, in Segmente zu unterteilen, um die in diesen Kisten gelagerten Postsendungen nach einer Vielzahl von Lieferadressen, die dem zweiten Postbearbeitungszentrum zugeordnet sind, zu unterscheiden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Vorbereiten der Sortiermaschine für einen ersten Sortierzyklus der Postsendungen, wobei die Sortierausgänge der Sortiermaschine eine Vielzahl von ersten Sortierausgängen und mindestens einen zweiten Sortierausgang, der von den ersten Sortierausgängen getrennt ist, umfassen, wobei die Vorbereitung besteht aus:
    a.1 Zuteilen (10) P erster Sortierausgänge zu jeweils P ersten Lieferdestinationen, die mit einem betreffenden zweiten Postbearbeitungszentrum verbunden sind, und zwar für jedes zweite Postbearbeitungszentrum mit der Bedingung MxP kleiner als N, wobei P größer 1, wobei die P ersten Sortierausgänge, die einem zweiten Zentrum zugeordnet sind, von den P ersten Sortierausgängen, die einem anderen zweiten Postbearbeitungszentrum zugeordnet sind, getrennt sind;
    a.2 Zuordnen des zweiten Sortierausgangs zu MxP zweiten Lieferdestihationen, die jeweils mit den M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren verbunden sind;
    b) die Postsendungen dem ersten Sortierzyklus in der Sortiermaschine unterziehen (11), um in mindestens einer Lagerkiste im Bereich jedes ersten Sortierausgangs Postsendungen entsprechend einer ersten Lieferdestination, die einem zweiten Postbearbeitungszentrum zugeordnet ist, zu sammeln, und im Bereich des zweiten Sortierausgangs Postsendungen, die den MxP zweiten Lieferdestinationen entsprechen, zu sammeln;
    c) Einfügen (12) von MxP Zwischenlagen in die Sortiermaschine, um diese jeweils in den MxP Lagerkisten während des Füllens jeweils im Bereich der ersten Sortierausgänge anzuordnen;
    d) Vorbereiten der Sortiermaschine für einen zweiten Sortierzyklus der Postsendungen, wobei die Vorbereitung besteht aus:
    d.1 Zuteilen der MxP ersten Sortierausgänge der Sortiermaschine jeweils zu den MxP zweiten Lieferdestinationen, die den M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren zugeordnet sind;
    d.2 Rückführen (13) der in dem zweiten Sortierausgang während des ersten Sortierzyklus empfangenen Postsendungen am Eingang der Sortiermaschine;
    e) die zurückgeführten Postsendungen dem zweiten Sortierzyklus in der Sortiermaschine unterziehen (14), um in jeder Lagerkiste während des Füllens im Bereich jedes ersten Sortierausgangs Postsendungen zu sammeln, die einer zweiten Lieferdestination entsprechen, wobei diese Postsendungen, die einer zweiten Lieferdestination entsprechen, von den Postsendungen, die einer ersten Lieferdestination entsprechen, durch eine Abtrennung in der Lagerkiste getrennt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei der die Sortierausgänge einen dritten, von den ersten und dem zweiten Sortierausgang getrennten Sortierausgang umfassen;
    - bei dem in Schritt a.2) die Vorbereitung ferner darin besteht, den dritten Sortierausgang MxP dritten Lieferdestinationen zuzuordnen, die jeweils den M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren zugeteilt sind;
    - bei dem in Schritt b) die Postsendungen dem ersten Sortierzyklus unterzogen werden, um im Bereich des dritten Sortierausgangs die Postsendungen zu sammeln, die den MxP dritten Lieferdestinationen entsprechen;
    wobei das Verfahren ferner die folgenden Schritte nach dem Schritt e) umfasst:
    f) Einfügen (15) von MxP Zwischenlagen in die Sortiermaschine, um diese jeweils in den MxP Lagerkisten während des Füllens jeweils im Bereich der ersten Sortierausgänge anzuordnen;
    g) Vorbereiten der Sortiermaschine für einen dritten Sortierzyklus der Postsendungen, wobei die Vorbereitung besteht aus:
    g.1 Zuteilen der MxP ersten Sortierausgänge der Sortiermaschine jeweils zu den MxP dritten Lieferdestinationen, die den M zweiten Postbearbeitungszentren zugeordnet sind;
    g.2 Rückführen (16) der in dem dritten Sortierausgang während des ersten Sortierzyklus empfangenen Postsendungen am Eingang der Sortiermaschine;
    e) die zurückgeführten Postsendungen dem dritten Sortierzyklus in der Sortiermaschine unterziehen (17), um in jeder Lagerkiste während des Füllens im Bereich jedes ersten Sortierausgangs Postsendungen zu sammeln, die einer dritten Lieferdestination entsprechen, wobei diese Postsendungen, die einer dritten Lieferdestination entsprechen, von den Postsendungen, die einer zweiten Lieferdestination entsprechen, durch eine Abtrennung in der Lagerkiste getrennt werden.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, bei dem die Größe P auf Basis des Verhältnisses N/M bestimmt wird.
