Claims (9)
- Valve de lubrification pour pompes à huile de moteurs à combustion interne avec un carter de pompe (1) avec paliers (2), un essieu (4) placé dans les paliers (2) et entraîné par un arbre d'entraînement (3), une pompe à huile avec un/des espace/s réniforme/s de pression (5) disposé/s dans la zone de pression du carter de pompe (1) et un canal de raccordement de pression (6) disposé sur le carter de pompe (1), avec un siège de valve (7) disposé sur le carter de pompe (1), un canal de pression (8) disposé entre le siège de valve (7) et le canal de raccordement de pression (6), un canal de commande (9) disposé entre le siège de valve (7) et la galerie et un canal de débordement (10) disposé entre le siège de valve (7) et le carter d'huile, avec un piston double (12) disposé dans le guidage de piston (11) du siège de valve (7) dans le carter de pompe (1), avec un piston de régulation (13) extérieur dans lequel est disposé un guidage de piston intérieur pour un piston intérieur, une tige de piston (17) avec au moins un piston de travail (18) étant disposée, celui-ci dépassant la tige de piston (17) sous la forme d'une tige d'écartement (19), des orifices d'admission (20) étant disposés dans le fond de piston (16) du piston de régulation (13) et des orifices d'échappement (22) étant disposés dans la zone de guidage intérieur de piston du piston de régulation (13) dans la paroi de cylindre (21), caractérisée par le fait- que le guidage intérieur de piston disposé dans le piston de régulation (13) est conçu comme guidage de piston de démarrage à froid (15) dans lequel est disposé un piston de démarrage à froid (14) sous forme de piston intérieur, la tige de piston (17) étant disposée sur le fond de piston (16) du piston de régulation (13) à l'opposé du guidage de piston de démarrage à froid (15), sur laquelle tige de piston (17) étant disposé un piston de travail (18) espacé du fond de piston (16) du piston de régulation (13), et- que les orifices d'admission (20) placés dans le fond de piston (16) sont disposés au voisinage du piston de travail (18) et que les orifices d'échappement (22) présents dans la paroi de cylindre (21) du piston de régulation (13) sont disposés au voisinage du fond de piston (16), et- que le piston de démarrage à froid (14) est conçu comme cylindre à plusieurs niveaux ouvert sur un côté, lequel se compose d'un cylindre de guidage (23) ouvert et disposé de manière mobile dans le guidage de piston de démarrage à froid (15) du piston de régulation (13), avec une surface de bague de butée à ressort (24) et un petit cylindre de fermeture (25) disposé au voisinage de la surface de bague de butée à ressort (24) et à vis-à-vis du cylindre de guidage (23) dans le diamètre de cylindre avec une enveloppe de cylindre de fermeture (26), et d'un couvercle de cylindre de fermeture (27) dont l'enveloppe de cylindre de fermeture (26) est disposée sur la surface de bague de butée à ressort (24) et ferme les orifices d'admission (20) lors de la mise en place du couvercle de cylindre de fermeture (27) sur le fond de piston (16), et- que, en cas d'arrêt du moteur, un ressort de pression (30) pré-tendu disposé entre un appui à ressort (28) sur le carter de pompe (1), voire sur une vis de fermeture (29) placée dans le carter de pompe (1), et la surface de bague de butée à ressort (24) disposée dans le cylindre de guidage (23) du piston de démarrage à froid (14), lequel ressort de pression (30) presse le piston de démarrage à froid (14), en bouchant les orifices d'admission (20), dans le piston de régulation (13), et déplace le piston de régulation (13) avec la tige de piston (17) placée sur celui-ci, avec le piston de travail (18) et la tige d'écartement (19) jusqu'à ce que l'extrémité libre de la tige d'écartement (19) se trouve sur le carter de pompe (1) à l'opposé de l'appui à ressort (28), voire sur une vis de fermeture (29) disposée dans le carter de pompe (1), en divisant l'espace de travail localisé dans le siège de valve (7) en une chambre à ressort de valve (31), une chambre de démarrage à froid (32) disposée entre le piston de régulation (13) et le piston de démarrage à froid (14), une chambre de travail (33) disposée entre le fond de piston (16) du piston de régulation (13) et le piston de travail (18) dans la zone de tige de piston (17), ainsi qu'une chambre de commande (34) disposée dans la zone de la tige d'écartement derrière le piston de travail (18).
- Valve de lubrification selon l'exigence 1 caractérisée par le fait que la chambre à ressort de valve (31) est reliée au carter d'huile au moyen d'un orifice d'amortissement (35), que la chambre de travail (33) est reliée à l'espace réniforme de pression (5) au moyen du canal de pression (8) et que la chambre de commande (34) est reliée au canal de commande (9) au moyen d'un orifice de commande (36).
- Valve de lubrification selon l'exigence 1 caractérisée par le fait qu'aussi bien le piston de régulation (13) que le piston de démarrage à froid (14) sont fabriqués dans le même matériau.
- Valve de lubrification selon l'exigence 1 caractérisée par le fait qu'aussi bien le piston de régulation (13) que le piston de démarrage à froid (14) sont fabriqués en acier.

- Valve de lubrification selon l'exigence 1 caractérisée par le fait que, à l'intérieur dans le fond de piston (16) du piston de régulation (13), est disposée une chambre d'équilibrage de pression (39) reliant les uns aux autres tous les orifices d'admission (20) présents dans le fond de piston (16) et pouvant être fermée au moyen du couvercle de cylindre de fermeture sur toute sa surface du côté de chambre de démarrage à froid.
- Valve de lubrification selon l'exigence 1 caractérisée par le fait que, entre le/les palier/s (2) et la chambre de ressort de valve (31), est/sont disposée/s un/des orifice/s d'évacuation (40).
