Abstract

válvula de lubrificante para bombas de óleo de motores de combustão. a presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula de lubrificante para bombas de óleo de motores de combustão para abastecer de forma ótima com lubrificante os mancais e as faces deslizanres dos motores, visando à redução do desgaste. a invenção tem como objetivo desenvolver uma válvula de lubrificante para bombas de óleo de motores de combustão que une especialmente as funções de uma válvula de partida a frio e aquela de uma válvula reguladora com espaço constituindo, sendo de tal constituição que em comparação ao desgaste raspado e/ou areia de moldagem arrastado pelo lubrificante é insensível, possibilitando grandes quantidades de fluxo de passagem e, além disso, do ponto de vista de técnica de produção e montagem é de cosntituição de custo vantajoso, podendo também ser produzida a custo vantajoso, e, além disso, até mesmo sob condições de uso extremo, opera sempre de modo robusto, confiável e não incidente a falhas. a válvula de combustão de acordo com a invenção para bombas de óleo de motores de combustão se destaca especialmente pelo fato de que em uma guia de pistão (11) de uma série de válvula (7) do alojamento da bomba (1) está disposto um pistão duplo (12), constituído de um fundo (16) do pistão regulador (13), da guia de pistão a frio (15), integrado em um pistão regulador, sendo que no fundo (16) do pistão regulador (13), oposto da guia do pistão de partida a frio (15), está disposta uma haste de pistão (17), na qual, distanciado do fundo (16) do pistão regulador (13), está disposto um pistão de serviço (18) que é ultrapassado pela haste de pistão (17) na forma de uma barra distanciadora (19), no fundo (16) do pistão regulador (13), adjacente ao pistão (18), estão previstas especulações de afluxo (20) e na parede do cilindro (21) da guia e pistão de partida a frio (15) do pistão regulador (13), adjacente ao fundo do pistão (16), estão dispostas perfurações de escoamento (22).
