Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pole with buffer for use as a sports device, in particular as a Nordic walking pole, according to claim 1, and to a corresponding buffer according to claim 12.
- WO 2005/120281 shows such a Nordic walking stick, which includes a handle with a loop, a pole, a stick tip and in the area of the tip of a stick rubber buffer.
- the pole tip is axially displaceable in the direction of the pole axis such that the tip extends from the rolling surface of the rubber buffer or that the tip is completely retracted so that no parts of the tip extend over the rolling surface.
- the buffer is typically rotated by a certain angle about the pole axis, axially displaced and then rotated back by the same angle.
- the user can choose whether to use the stick with the rubber buffer or with the extended tip. For example, on a forest path or dirt road with coarser rocks or gravel and soft ground, the user selects the extended peak. In a paved road with a hard, usually fairly smooth surface, the user preferably selects the rubber buffer.
- the CH 384 148 discloses a guard for pole tips.
- Said protective device is axially displaceable along the pole axis and lockable with a set screw or a quick release.
- the protective sleeve can assume different positions, namely, for example, releasing the pole tip or protecting the pole top position.
- the protective sleeve is thereby by means of a force which by the adjusting screw or the quick release radially on the circumference of the Pipe is applied, clamped non-positively.
- a disadvantage of the sticks of the prior art is generally that the change from the use of the tip to the rubber buffer or the rubber buffer to the tip is complicated and cumbersome.
- adjustable stick tips are prone to contamination.
- dirt can accumulate between the tip of the pole and the pole tube. Since only a small amount of play should be provided between the tip of the pole and the pole, the penetration of dirt can hinder or even make impossible a movement of the pole tip.
- a stick in particular a Nordic walking stick is known which comprises a stick body, at the lower end of a tip body and a buffer are provided.
- the buffer is slidably mounted lockable in a direction axial to the stick body.
- the buffer can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to stick body.
- the tip body and / or the lowermost portion of the pole body are arranged to pass through a central opening of the buffer and the buffer can be fixed in an axial direction in a central body to the pole body in this central opening.
- a buffer or more particularly of a stick with a stick tube, at the lower end of which a buffer with a point is provided, the tip and / or a lowermost portion of an inner sleeve secured to the stick tube passing through a central opening (in the tread and / or rolling surface) of the buffer are arranged to pass therethrough, wherein the buffer is slidably mounted lockably in this central opening in an axial direction (with respect to the pole axis), and wherein the buffer can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to pole tube or inner sleeve.
- the buffer is characterized by an inner sleeve enclosing and axially displaceably mounted on this outer sleeve, on which a locking lever is hinged on the outside, wherein the locking lever is articulated with its lower, the rolling surface end facing the outer sleeve and with its upper end in the determined position of the buffer, the pole tube and / or the inner sleeve at least partially positively engages around and can be pivoted away for releasing the outer sleeve.
- the positive connection By the positive connection a constructive simple but secure as possible attachment is guaranteed, which is hardly susceptible to dirt. Due to the outer arrangement of the locking lever, this can be easily operated by hand from the outside and is less susceptible to dirt, this in contrast to constructions in which such a locking lever is installed in the interior of the outer sleeve. However, the latching lever can still at least partially engage in a recess of the outer sleeve and, for example, at least in sections, or even completely konturbinstitu arranged to this in the retracted state, that is, if one of the two positions is positively fixed. By lying below the axis of rotation of the locking lever of the top and the dirt hardly exposed area can be used for positive locking. The positive connection is also ensured by the upper end of the locking lever, the inner sleeve or the pole tube at least partially surrounds.
- the locking lever in the fixed position of the buffer (or preferably in both determined positions) surrounds the inner sleeve at least partially, preferably by more than half the circumference of the inner sleeve.
- the latter construction is preferred, since thereby while using a slightly flexible (but not elastomeric) material for the locking lever to a certain extent automatic snap the same to the inner sleeve structurally very simple can be realized.
- the locking lever can be completely without suspension and simply attached by Anachsung on the outer sleeve, which further simplifies the construction and still optimally set the two positions.
- the lever an at least partially circumferential extension (in the sense an at least partially circumferential around the pole axis rib, typically with a width in the axial direction in the range of 1-10 mm, preferably in the range of 2-6 mm) and / or an at least partially circumferential recess (in the sense of at least partially around the pole axis circumferential groove) may be provided to respectively in which the upper end of the locking lever engages positively engages respectively engages.
- Such an embodiment is further preferably characterized in that on the inside of the upper end of the locking lever, a projection in the form of a contact area (in the sense of an inwardly directed flange or a circumferential inwardly directed rib, this can correspond and adapted to the above-mentioned rib be configured on the inner sleeve) is provided on the circumference of the inner sleeve and preferably in the direction of the axis of rotation (that is down) immediately succeeding undercut (in the sense of a preferably at least partially encircling groove) for engagement with the circumference of the extension of the inner sleeve in is provided at least one predetermined position.
- a projection in the form of a contact area in the sense of an inwardly directed flange or a circumferential inwardly directed rib, this can correspond and adapted to the above-mentioned rib be configured on the inner sleeve
- undercut in the sense of a preferably at least partially encircling groove
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the axis of rotation of the locking lever is arranged substantially perpendicular to the pole axis, preferably transverse to this and laterally offset therefrom, and preferably provided on the outer sleeve to the outside projecting bearing extensions are provided to this axis of rotation Store axial holes.
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the outer sleeve comprises at its lower end a buffer attachment, which is preferably releasably attached to the outer sleeve, preferably with the aid of a transverse to the floor axis attachment pin. It is very particularly preferred if this fastening pin simultaneously serves as an anti-rotation device for the displacement of the outer sleeve on the inner sleeve. This facilitates on the one hand the assembly, as will be explained below, on the other hand, but also the interchangeability is ensured and the rotation of the two elements relative to each other.
- the inner sleeve and outer sleeve and preferably the locking lever are preferably made of a metal or a substantially inflexible, thermoplastic hard plastic, such as polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyamide, ABS, PVC and optionally fiber-reinforced forms thereof. Also multi-component components are possible here (eg also combinations of metal and plastic).
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the inner sleeve in an upper region has an axial recess for receiving and fixing the pole tube and in a lower region (at the lower end) of the inner sleeve, the tip is attached.
- the tip is preferably a separate tip of metal, in particular of hardened and / or coated metal or of ceramic or a combination of such materials.
- the tip is preferably attached in an axial recess of the lower part of the inner sleeve.
- the tip can be directly attached to the lower portion of the inner sleeve or via a separate fastener (for example made of metal or plastic), which has an upper mounting stub which is mounted in a recess in the lower region of the inner sleeve, and downwardly adjacent a preferred masses has only in the direction of forward and rearward extending flange, preferably followed by a bottom lower mounting stub in which a recess is recessed and fixed in a recess.
- a separate fastener for example made of metal or plastic
- the upper fastening stump may preferably have a non-circular cross-section and correspondingly the recess of the inner sleeve, in which the fastening stump is embedded, a corresponding non-circular cross-section.
- means are provided which prevent the axial displacement of the outer sleeve relative to the inner sleeve rotation of these two elements relative to each other about the pole axis, which is preferably in this means is a transverse to the axis of the pole guide pin, the in one the axial one Displacement but not the rotation permitting guide recess (respectively guide recess) of the inner sleeve engages.
- the outer sleeve can be fixed relative to the inner sleeve in two positions, but it is also possible to provide several, for example, three different positions. Are two and only two such positions provided, it is preferably at an upper position of the outer sleeve relative to the inner sleeve, the tip on the rolling surface down standing out, preferably in the range of 2-10 mm protruding, arranged, and at a lower position of Outer sleeve the tip does not protrude over the rolling surface, wherein it is preferably in this second position 2-10 mm above (respectively behind) the rolling surface and embedded embedded in the buffer, and wherein these two positions are each positively fixed via the locking lever.
- the present invention relates to a buffer for such a stick.
- the present invention relates to a method for mounting a stick, as described above, wherein this method is characterized by the fact that the outer sleeve is pushed without attachment with buffer element on the inner sleeve, and that then attached the attachment and with the attachment pin the outer sleeve is fastened, wherein the fastening pin engages in a guide recess in the inner sleeve, so that the inner sleeve and outer sleeve are displaceable against rotation only in the axial region predetermined by the guide recesses.
- this method is characterized in that the inner sleeve is fixed to the pole tube, preferably by the pole tube is secured in a recess in the upper region of the inner sleeve, wherein the tip may be attached by means of a fastener already attached to the inner sleeve or thereafter can be attached to the inner sleeve.
- FIG. 1 different views of this buffer according to the first embodiment are shown in the position in which the tip is retracted.
- FIG. 2 is shown in different views, the situation in which the fastening mechanism is released and the outer sleeve is already shifted halfway to the exposed tip.
- FIG. 3 different views are shown that fixed position, in which the tip protrudes beyond the rolling surface.
- the buffer comprises an inner sleeve 2, which has a central axial recess 24, in which the lower end of a pole tube tapering in this case is pressed and / or glued.
- the upper portion of this inner sleeve 3 forms a kind of cuff, which encloses the pole tube.
- the inner sleeve 3 has an upper portion 37, which forms this sleeve and serves to receive the pole tube, as well as to ensure the positive connection in the two positions of the buffer.
- a lower part 36 of the inner sleeve 3 is formed downwardly and integrally with the upper part 37.
- the actual tip 19 is made of a wear-resistant material such as metal, hard metal, ceramic or a combination of these materials at the lower end attached. This not directly but via a fastener 28, which typically consists of metal or hard plastic.
- the lower portion 36 of the inner sleeve 3 has an axial recess in which an upper mounting stump 29 of the fastener 28 is inserted or attached.
- This attachment stump 29 has, as in particular with reference to the sectional views Figure 1f and g can be detected, one in running direction ( FIG. 1f ) greater width than transverse to the direction ( Figure 1g ).
- the recess in the lower part 36 of the inner sleeve is configured accordingly and not circular.
- this upper attachment stump 29 is an initially cylindrical area is flattened laterally.
- a flange 30 Downwardly following on the upper mounting stub 29 and integrally formed therewith follows a flange 30 which rests with its upper side on the downwardly directed end surface of the inner sleeve 3.
- This flange 30 is designed only forward and backward viewed in the direction of travel (see FIG. 1f ), but not in the lateral direction, since the space in the lateral direction does not allow such a flange.
- the flange 30 allows on the one hand a clear attachment point for the attachment of the fastener 28 in the inner sleeve, but on the other side also a defined lower attachment point for the position in which the tip protrudes down over the rolling surface (see in particular the sectional view according to FIG. 3b ).
- a lower mounting stump 35 Downwardly follows on this flange 30 in the fastener 28, a lower mounting stump 35, which directed downwards has a recess 31, in which the actual from a hard, as described above existing material separate tip 19 is pressed or glued.
- the entire lower attachment stub 35 and the tip 19 have a cross-sectional shape which is adapted to a passage opening provided in an attachment 16 or the elastic region 15 and the attachment region 26, so that the tip is at different positions of the outer sleeve 25 relative to the inner sleeve 3 19 can be moved through this passage opening 18.
- an outer sleeve 25 is arranged on the lower portion 36 of the inner sleeve 3 slidably mounted in the axial direction.
- a locking lever 4 is articulated, this via two in the direction of the rearwardly molded bearing extensions 9 of the outer sleeve 25, which have two aligned axial holes 10. Between these two bearing extensions 9 of the locking lever 4 is attached. Between the two bearing extensions 9 engages for this purpose a tapered portion 6 of the locking lever, which has a through hole, and through the two axial holes 10 and this through hole is a rotation axis 5, typically a metal pin, inserted, so that the locking lever 4 about this axis 5 is pivotally mounted on the outer sleeve 25.
- this locking lever 4 has a clamping area 7. With this clamping area 7, the locking lever in the fixed position of the buffer surrounds the upper part 37 of the inner sleeve 3 in a self-latching manner. On the inside of this clamping region 7 there is for precise definition of the positive connection in the two positions on the one hand an inner side around the circumference, radially inwardly widening contact area 22 and an immediately below subsequent undercut 23 in terms of an analogous circumferential groove.
- the axial displaceability of the outer sleeve is further ensured by a provided in the lower region 36 of the inner sleeve 3 guide recess 27 which is elongated in the axial direction.
- this guide recess 27 engages a transverse guide pin 17 which is fixed in the outer sleeve 25, a.
- this guide pin 17 is located at the lower stop point of the guide recess 27.
- a detachable attachment 16 is provided in this construction, so that depending on the needs of another softer buffer area can be placed, for example, different degrees of hardness of the buffer can be characterized by different colors.
- This attachment 16 comprises a fastening region 26, which is typically made of hard plastic, and an elastic region 15, which is typically injection-molded onto this region 26 and whose underside forms the rolling surface 13 with a profile 14.
- the rolling surface 13 is configured asymmetrically here and is especially in the direction forward pulled further to be optimally adapted to the running motion during Nordic walking.
- the tip 19 passes through this rolling surface approximately in the back third.
- the profiling has lateral extensions 21.
- Such an attachment 16 is now attached to the outer sleeve 25 by being pushed onto a projection 32 on the outer sleeve and then the guide pin 17 already discussed above is laterally inserted.
- This guide pin 17 serves namely at the same time the attachment of the article 16 by the article in two laterally arranged and engaging around the outer sleeve wings of the same two aligned through holes are provided, through which the transverse pin 17 engages.
- FIG. 3 Now, the position is shown in which the outer sleeve 25 has been pushed to the predetermined by the recess 27 and the fixing pin 17 stop the axial mobility and the lever 4 has in turn been applied to the inner sleeve and has snapped the inner sleeve to some extentseinrastend.
- this upper position of the outer sleeve is now the contact area 22 above the grid extension 11 and the raster extension 11 engages in the undercut 23 a positive fit.
- this second position therefore, defines the upper portion of the locking lever 4 is a complete positive attachment and the lower stop given by the guide recess 27 respectively, the guide pin 17 is not mandatory but possible.
- FIG. 4 A slightly modified simplified construction of such a buffer is in FIG. 4 shown.

Description
The present invention relates to a pole with buffer for use as a sports device, in particular as a Nordic walking pole, according to
From the state of the art, a variety of Nordic walking poles are known, not least because the sport enjoys Nordic walking in a broad population layer of great popularity.
A disadvantage of the sticks of the prior art is generally that the change from the use of the tip to the rubber buffer or the rubber buffer to the tip is complicated and cumbersome.
Another disadvantage arises from the fact that many such rubber buffers could move in the axial direction at a greater force in the axial direction, ie in the direction of the pole axis.
In addition, adjustable stick tips are prone to contamination. Especially with wet roads, dirt can accumulate between the tip of the pole and the pole tube. Since only a small amount of play should be provided between the tip of the pole and the pole, the penetration of dirt can hinder or even make impossible a movement of the pole tip.
It is accordingly an object of the present invention to provide an improved buffer for a cane, in particular for a Nordic walking pole, which allows to easily switch between a tip-extended position and a tip-in position, which does not involve loose parts and in which the buffer for conversion does not have to be removed and then cleared away. Specifically, it is concerned with the improvement of a buffer, or more particularly of a stick with a stick tube, at the lower end of which a buffer with a point is provided, the tip and / or a lowermost portion of an inner sleeve secured to the stick tube passing through a central opening (in the tread and / or rolling surface) of the buffer are arranged to pass therethrough, wherein the buffer is slidably mounted lockably in this central opening in an axial direction (with respect to the pole axis), and wherein the buffer can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to pole tube or inner sleeve. In such a stick respectively buffer according to the invention, the buffer is characterized by an inner sleeve enclosing and axially displaceably mounted on this outer sleeve, on which a locking lever is hinged on the outside, wherein the locking lever is articulated with its lower, the rolling surface end facing the outer sleeve and with its upper end in the determined position of the buffer, the pole tube and / or the inner sleeve at least partially positively engages around and can be pivoted away for releasing the outer sleeve.
By the positive connection a constructive simple but secure as possible attachment is guaranteed, which is hardly susceptible to dirt. Due to the outer arrangement of the locking lever, this can be easily operated by hand from the outside and is less susceptible to dirt, this in contrast to constructions in which such a locking lever is installed in the interior of the outer sleeve. However, the latching lever can still at least partially engage in a recess of the outer sleeve and, for example, at least in sections, or even completely konturbündig arranged to this in the retracted state, that is, if one of the two positions is positively fixed. By lying below the axis of rotation of the locking lever of the top and the dirt hardly exposed area can be used for positive locking. The positive connection is also ensured by the upper end of the locking lever, the inner sleeve or the pole tube at least partially surrounds.
According to a first preferred embodiment, the locking lever in the fixed position of the buffer (or preferably in both determined positions) surrounds the inner sleeve at least partially, preferably by more than half the circumference of the inner sleeve. In particular, the latter construction is preferred, since thereby while using a slightly flexible (but not elastomeric) material for the locking lever to a certain extent automatic snap the same to the inner sleeve structurally very simple can be realized. Thus, the locking lever can be completely without suspension and simply attached by Anachsung on the outer sleeve, which further simplifies the construction and still optimally set the two positions. On the inner sleeve can according to a further preferred embodiment in the Umgriffsbereich the lever an at least partially circumferential extension (in the sense an at least partially circumferential around the pole axis rib, typically with a width in the axial direction in the range of 1-10 mm, preferably in the range of 2-6 mm) and / or an at least partially circumferential recess (in the sense of at least partially around the pole axis circumferential groove) may be provided to respectively in which the upper end of the locking lever engages positively engages respectively engages.
Such an embodiment is further preferably characterized in that on the inside of the upper end of the locking lever, a projection in the form of a contact area (in the sense of an inwardly directed flange or a circumferential inwardly directed rib, this can correspond and adapted to the above-mentioned rib be configured on the inner sleeve) is provided on the circumference of the inner sleeve and preferably in the direction of the axis of rotation (that is down) immediately succeeding undercut (in the sense of a preferably at least partially encircling groove) for engagement with the circumference of the extension of the inner sleeve in is provided at least one predetermined position.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the axis of rotation of the locking lever is arranged substantially perpendicular to the pole axis, preferably transverse to this and laterally offset therefrom, and preferably provided on the outer sleeve to the outside projecting bearing extensions are provided to this axis of rotation Store axial holes.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the outer sleeve comprises at its lower end a buffer attachment, which is preferably releasably attached to the outer sleeve, preferably with the aid of a transverse to the floor axis attachment pin.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the inner sleeve in an upper region has an axial recess for receiving and fixing the pole tube and in a lower region (at the lower end) of the inner sleeve, the tip is attached. Quite generally, the tip is preferably a separate tip of metal, in particular of hardened and / or coated metal or of ceramic or a combination of such materials. Furthermore, the tip is preferably attached in an axial recess of the lower part of the inner sleeve.
The tip can be directly attached to the lower portion of the inner sleeve or via a separate fastener (for example made of metal or plastic), which has an upper mounting stub which is mounted in a recess in the lower region of the inner sleeve, and downwardly adjacent a preferred masses has only in the direction of forward and rearward extending flange, preferably followed by a bottom lower mounting stub in which a recess is recessed and fixed in a recess. In order to specify a clear definition of the rotational position of the fastening element relative to the inner sleeve, the upper fastening stump may preferably have a non-circular cross-section and correspondingly the recess of the inner sleeve, in which the fastening stump is embedded, a corresponding non-circular cross-section.
As already mentioned above, it is preferable to prevent that, in the case of an axial displacement of the inner sleeve relative to the outer sleeve, these two elements can simultaneously rotate as well. Accordingly, according to a further preferred embodiment, means are provided which prevent the axial displacement of the outer sleeve relative to the inner sleeve rotation of these two elements relative to each other about the pole axis, which is preferably in this means is a transverse to the axis of the pole guide pin, the in one the axial one Displacement but not the rotation permitting guide recess (respectively guide recess) of the inner sleeve engages.
Preferably, the outer sleeve can be fixed relative to the inner sleeve in two positions, but it is also possible to provide several, for example, three different positions.
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a buffer for such a stick. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for mounting a stick, as described above, wherein this method is characterized by the fact that the outer sleeve is pushed without attachment with buffer element on the inner sleeve, and that then attached the attachment and with the attachment pin the outer sleeve is fastened, wherein the fastening pin engages in a guide recess in the inner sleeve, so that the inner sleeve and outer sleeve are displaceable against rotation only in the axial region predetermined by the guide recesses.
According to a first preferred embodiment, this method is characterized in that the inner sleeve is fixed to the pole tube, preferably by the pole tube is secured in a recess in the upper region of the inner sleeve, wherein the tip may be attached by means of a fastener already attached to the inner sleeve or thereafter can be attached to the inner sleeve.
