Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a stick for use as a sports device, in particular as a Nordic walking stick, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1, as well as a buffer for such a Nordic walking stick.
  • a Nordic walking stick which comprises a stick body, at the lower end of which a tip body and a buffer are provided.
  • the buffer is mounted so as to be lockable and displaceable in a direction axial to the stick body.
  • the buffer can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to the stick body.
  • the tip body and / or the lowermost section of the stick body are arranged to pass through a central opening of the buffer and the buffer to the stick body can be locked in this central opening in an axial direction.
  • the WO 2011/128231 A1 discloses a height-adjustable buffer which can be used to hide the tip when not in use.
  • the buffer is not designed to be exchangeable.
  • the disadvantage of the sticks from the prior art is the unsafe connection of the Interchangeable buffer for the stick, especially for models with an extendable tip or height-adjustable buffer.
  • the models with a purely frictional connection have the disadvantage that the buffer can be rotated at the end of the stick, which is particularly problematic with asymmetrical buffers, since a certain rotational position on the stick is necessary for use.
  • adjustable pole tips are prone to contamination.
  • dirt can collect between the tip of the pole and the pole. Since only a small amount of play should be provided between the tip of the pole and the pole, the penetration of dirt can hinder or even make it impossible to move the tip of the pole.
  • the buffers cannot be exchanged without the aid of tools.
  • the object of the present invention to provide an improved interchangeable buffer for a stick, in particular for a Nordic walking stick, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.

Description

TECHNISCHES GEBIETTECHNICAL AREA

The present invention relates to a stick for use as a sports device, in particular as a Nordic walking stick, according to the features of the preamble of claim 1, as well as a buffer for such a Nordic walking stick.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

A large number of Nordic walking sticks are known from the prior art. Due to the wear and tear of the elastic buffers, there are already several variants of sticks with exchangeable buffers, such as the one in DE 20 2007 013 027 U1 , in which the buffer is attached to the lowest stick section by means of a ball lock, or in the DE 103 40 135 A1 , which discloses a screw connection or snap connection.

There is also a need for sticks that have an extendable tip to adapt the stick to changing terrain.

From the WO 2008/037098 a Nordic walking stick is known which comprises a stick body, at the lower end of which a tip body and a buffer are provided. The buffer is mounted so as to be lockable and displaceable in a direction axial to the stick body. The buffer can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to the stick body. The tip body and / or the lowermost section of the stick body are arranged to pass through a central opening of the buffer and the buffer to the stick body can be locked in this central opening in an axial direction. The WO 2011/128231 A1 discloses a height-adjustable buffer which can be used to hide the tip when not in use. The buffer is not designed to be exchangeable. In the DE 10 2010 022 042 A1 and in the EP 1 814 419 discloses a replaceable rubber buffer in connection with an extendable tip body. In both cases, however, the rubber buffer is simply placed on a lower end of an attachment with a friction fit at the end of the stick. From the US 415511A a stick with a stick pipe is known, at the lower end of which a tubular attachment is provided, to which a buffer made of rubber-elastic material is attached below. The lowermost area of the stick tube is stored in this tubular attachment, and a downwardly directed metal tip is attached to the lower end of the stick tube. This metal tip passes through the buffer and protrudes downwards when the attachment with the buffer is fixed in an upper position. By rotating the attachment, it can be moved down the pole tube so that the metal tip disappears in the buffer and the buffer forms the lower end of the pole.

The disadvantage of the sticks from the prior art is the unsafe connection of the Interchangeable buffer for the stick, especially for models with an extendable tip or height-adjustable buffer. The models with a purely frictional connection have the disadvantage that the buffer can be rotated at the end of the stick, which is particularly problematic with asymmetrical buffers, since a certain rotational position on the stick is necessary for use. In addition, adjustable pole tips are prone to contamination. In addition, especially on wet paths, dirt can collect between the tip of the pole and the pole. Since only a small amount of play should be provided between the tip of the pole and the pole, the penetration of dirt can hinder or even make it impossible to move the tip of the pole. Furthermore, in such systems, the buffers cannot be exchanged without the aid of tools.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGDISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION

It is accordingly the object of the present invention to provide an improved interchangeable buffer for a stick, in particular for a Nordic walking stick, which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a simple and reliable system for attaching an interchangeable buffer to a Nordic walking stick, the buffer of which is mounted axially displaceably on the stick, or which at the same time simply allows between a position with the tip extended and a position with the tip retracted.

The present invention provides such a stick with an interchangeable buffer according to claim 1. Depending on the needs, the user can easily replace the buffer, for example buffers with different degrees of hardness, or when replacing buffers due to wear and tear of the rubber-elastic material. In addition, the proposed system of buffer replacement allows simple manufacture of the buffer to be replaced.

The stick according to the invention, in particular Nordic walking stick, has a stick tube, at the lower end of which an attachment is provided, to which a buffer made of rubber-elastic material is detachably attached. This interchangeable buffer has an insert made of hard material which is fastened in a central recess of the buffer, which is open upwards in a direction towards the top of the stick.

The buffer is thus made as a two-component component with a fastening area a substantially inflexible hard plastic and formed with an elastomeric area forming the rolling surface. The rubber-elastic or elastomeric area is preferably made of elastomeric material such as thermoplastic elastomer such as TPE, TPU (TPU = thermoplastic elastomer based on urethane), silicone or vulcanized rubber. Spikes can also be embedded in the roll-off surface of the buffer attachment, as they come from the WO 2006/128312 are known.

A preferred Nordic walking stick according to the present invention has an asymmetrically designed buffer. This has, measured parallel to the longitudinal axis of the pole, in a front area, viewed in the running direction, of a shorter length than in a rear area.

The insert serving as the fastening area, which is received in a recess in the elastomeric area of the buffer, is preferably made from an essentially inflexible hard plastic. The insert can be, for example, a glass fiber reinforced and / or injection molded plastic. Molded parts made from cast materials (including metal) or machined materials are also possible. The insert can be inserted in the buffer and in it non-positively or positively, and in this case additionally fastened with a material connection; a purely material connection is also possible. The insert, which is preferably made of hard plastic, is typically inserted, injected, encapsulated with elastomer and / or glued in the rubber-elastic buffer. The insert is preferably designed as a hollow cylinder.

The central recess in the buffer can either be designed as a through opening up to the rolling surface, the upper section of the central recess preferably having a larger diameter than the lower area facing the rolling surface. As a result, a stop or a lower support surface for the insert is formed at the interface between the larger and smaller diameter areas. The central recess can also be completely closed at the bottom with a bottom, i.e. in the case of simple buffers, which are not penetrated by a point, be designed essentially pot-shaped.

In other words, the central recess in the buffer can be a blind hole with a bottom that is at least partially closed at the bottom. In this case, an upper section of the central recess facing the attachment is preferably essentially cylindrical. The underside of the rubber-elastic buffer forms the preferably profiled rolling surface. The roll-off surface is preferably configured asymmetrically and is in particular drawn up further forwards in the running direction in order to be optimally adapted to the running movement during Nordic walking. This rolling surface can be penetrated by a point, preferably approximately in the rear third. In addition, the profile preferably has lateral extensions.

In the stick according to the invention, the buffer is detachably attached to the top of the stick by means of a bayonet lock between the insert and the top. The form fit ensures a structurally simple but as secure as possible fastening, which is hardly susceptible to dirt.

According to a first preferred embodiment, the buffer can be attached to the top of the stick in only one rotational position, the top and / or the buffer having an anti-twist device to prevent rotation of the buffer with respect to the top when it is placed on the stick. The stick advantageously has a means for preventing rotation between the attachment and the insert, particularly preferably by means of a form fit. As an alternative to this or in addition, the stick has a means for preventing rotation between the attachment and the buffer, particularly preferably by means of a form fit and / or force fit and / or material fit.

According to a further preferred embodiment, the attachment has a lower section facing the buffer, the cross section of which is not circular. This lower section advantageously has a greater width in the running direction than in a direction transverse to the running direction. The lower section of the attachment is particularly preferably designed as a flat cylinder. This has a first right wall, a second right wall opposite the first right wall, and a third front wall, and a fourth rear wall opposite the third front wall. The first wall and the second wall are preferably flat, and the third wall and the fourth wall are curved. When the buffer is installed, the lower section of the outer sleeve preferably has a greater width in the running direction than transversely to the running direction, as does the lower section of the inner sleeve, these lower sections preferably both being designed as flat cylinders. The shape of the lower section of the inner sleeve is designed to be complementary to the shape of the lower section of the outer sleeve, or the lower section of the inner sleeve fits exactly into the lower section of the outer sleeve.

The buffer insert, preferably designed essentially as a hollow cylinder, has at least one first recess, for example a groove or an undercut, on an inner wall of the insert for receiving a first radial extension, which is arranged on a lower section of the attachment facing the buffer. The insert preferably additionally has a second recess radially opposite the first recess, for receiving a second extension of the attachment that is radially opposite the first extension.

The two opposing radial recesses each extend in the circumferential direction over only part of the circumference of the insert and in only one area over the entire axial length of the insert. The recesses thus represent areas of lesser wall thickness or thickness of the insert in comparison to the remaining circumferential area of the insert.

One of the radial recesses is interrupted or divided into two halves by a rib extending in the axial direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stick. This rib only extends over a first axial section of the insert so that the extensions on the attachment can be rotated within this area of the insert. When the buffer is placed on the lower section of the attachment, this rib protrudes into a radial recess on an extension of the lower section of the attachment and thus defines the position of the attachment on the attachment. The second recess is preferably halved in the circumferential direction by such an axial rib, which preferably extends only incompletely over an axial length of the insert on the inner wall of the insert. The second extension of the attachment is interrupted by an axial gap which is suitable for receiving the axial rib of the insert.

In a fixed position of the buffer on the attachment or on the stick, a bisecting sectional plane of the attachment, which is arranged along the longitudinal axis of the stick and runs through the two radial extensions, is arranged rotated in the circumferential direction to a bisecting sectional plane of the insert running along the longitudinal axis of the stick, which is two opposing recesses runs. The bisecting cutting plane of the attachment running along the longitudinal axis of the stick runs parallel to the direction of travel.

Each radial extension on a lower section of the attachment engages below a shoulder running in the circumferential direction on the inner wall of the insert on the attachment attached buffer. The respective paragraph on the inner wall of the insert forms an upper stop for the respective extension of the attachment.

The radial recesses on the inside of the insert have an L-shape, so to speak, with a wide neck extending parallel to the longitudinal axis of the stick and a narrower leg in the circumferential direction. They extend in a lower section (leg) which borders the lower edge of the insert over a longer circumferential section of the insert than in an upper region (neck), viewed from above along the longitudinal axis of the stick in a clockwise direction. The leg of the respective L-shaped radial recess does not extend all the way to the next recess. As a result, a stop extends at two points in the circumferential direction of the insert over the entire axial length of the insert, this stop, viewed from above, the right side of the lower section of the first recess and the left side of the second or next recess Limited clockwise in the circumferential direction. Thus, the extensions on the lower portion of the attachment, after they have been inserted into the appropriate recesses in the insert, when rotating the attachment in the circumferential direction clockwise relative to the insert or to the buffer up to the respective of the two radially opposite axially extending stops in each leg of the recess which serves as a "rail" to a certain extent. The extensions at the lower end of the attachment thus engage in these extended circumferential sections of the radial recesses during the rotation.

An axial movement of the attachment out of the insert is prevented by the stop of the extensions on the respective section of the hollow cylinder with greater wall thickness adjoining the extended circumferential section (leg of the L) at the top.

The attachment of the buffer to the stick, or the insert to the attachment, takes place via a plug-and-turn movement: The two parts to be connected are inserted into one another in the correct position, ie the buffer with its insert is placed along the lower section of the attachment in one insertion direction attached to the longitudinal axis of the stick and then turned on it. This is a rotational movement of the insert relative to the attachment or vice versa. Preferably, the stick with the attachment attached is rotated clockwise while holding the buffer in place, or vice versa, by rotating the buffer with the insert counterclockwise while the attachment is held. To release the buffer from the stick or from the attachment, either the buffer or the attachment is rotated counterclockwise. The attachment The buffer on the pole only needs to be loosened if the rubber buffer has to be replaced, e.g. due to wear and tear or a change of buffer type.

Aufsteckposition und/oder verriegelte Endposition können zusätzlich noch auf dem Gummipuffer und/oder auf der Aussenhülse markiert sein (beispielsweise durch einen Aufdruck und/oder eingeformte Symbole).Attachment position and / or locked end position can also be marked on the rubber buffer and / or on the outer sleeve (for example by means of an imprint and / or molded symbols).

When attaching the buffer to the attachment, the first sectional plane of the insert, which bisects the two radially opposite recesses, and the second sectional plane of the attachment, which bisects the two radially opposite extensions of the attachment and preferably also runs through the axial rib, are parallel to each other, the two axes not being parallel to the running direction V or to the cutting plane or axial plane of symmetry AA of Fig. 1f or BB from Fig. 2f are arranged, but twisted between 45-90 degrees. When the buffer is attached, on the other hand, these planes are rotated relative to one another, the second sectional plane of the attachment being arranged parallel to the running direction V.

The buffer preferably has at least one, preferably several recesses on its inner wall in the circumferential direction and particularly preferably at different axial positions along the length of the upper section of the central recess of the buffer. These recesses in the rubber-elastic area each serve to receive a radial flange which is arranged on an outer wall of the insert and extends in sections in the circumferential direction.

The essentially hollow-cylindrical insert in the buffer has on its outside preferably two radial flanges which are arranged at different axial positions along the longitudinal axis of the stick and are arranged in sections in the circumferential direction, spaced apart from one another and opposite one another. These engage in corresponding recesses on the inner wall of the buffer and prevent the insert from loosening from the buffer, especially when the buffer is placed on the attachment and when the buffer is rotated towards the attachment, and secures the rotation position of the insert in the buffer.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the attachment has at its lower end facing the buffer an extension extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the stick towards the buffer, preferably in the form of an axial nose. This axial extension engages in a corresponding third recess on an outside of the buffer attached to the attachment, ie in its rubber-elastic area. This also helps to determine the rotational position of the buffer on the attachment, or to a Anti-twist device between buffer and attachment at. This nose is preferably arranged in the front area of the attachment when the stick is used, viewed in the running direction.

A notch can also be used to secure the connection between the buffer and the attachment. Other corresponding or complementary shapes of recess or indentation on one part and indentation on the other part can also be used than those described, also between insert and attachment or between insert and buffer. A particularly preferred stick according to the invention has an interchangeable buffer, the position of which is adjustable relative to a stick tip. For this purpose, the attachment has a tip which is arranged to pass through a central recess in the buffer and the insert. On such a stick, either the tip is arranged adjustable in height relative to the buffer or vice versa. The tip or the buffer can preferably be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a form-fitting connection.

In the case of sticks with a height-adjustable tip, the insert has a hole for the tip to pass through or is designed as a hollow cylinder. In the case of sticks without a peak passage of the buffer, the insert can also be pot-shaped, i.e. be designed with a closed bottom.

If the stick does not have a relative axial adjustability from tip to buffer, the buffer is at the lower end of the attachment, which instead of an outer sleeve and an inner sleeve consists of a single sleeve attached to the lower end of the (lowermost) pole tube section or from another sleeve is formed lower stick end provided fastening element, releasably attached.

In a very simple embodiment, the attachment is attached directly to the lowermost pole pipe section and a simple buffer is then attached to the lower section of this attachment by means of a bayonet lock for the purpose of replacement. To fasten the buffer, the insert arranged in the buffer is fastened directly to the lower section of the attachment by means of a bayonet lock. If the attachment is partially axially adjustable in order to expose or hide the tip, according to a preferred embodiment the attachment is designed in two parts as an inner sleeve and an outer sleeve, the tip being fixed to the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve attached to it in an axially displaceable manner, vzw. via a locking lever.

Such an inner sleeve can also be designed to be replaceable, for example by having its central recess form a positive and / or non-positive connection to one additional connecting element, not shown in the figures, which in turn is fastened to the lowermost pole tube section. Such a form-fitting and / or force-fitting connection can be provided, for example, by a thread or a latching connection.

The tip is preferably made of a wear-resistant material such as e.g. Metal, hard metal, ceramic or a combination of these materials, the tip typically being fixed to the inner sleeve via a fastening element made of metal or hard plastic.

A particularly preferred embodiment of a height-adjustable buffer is realized in a stick, the top of which comprises an inner sleeve fastened to the stick tube and an outer sleeve that encompasses the inner sleeve and is axially displaceably mounted on it. The attachment is provided with a tip, the tip and / or a lowermost section of the inner sleeve being arranged to pass through a central recess in the buffer and a central recess in the insert. The buffer is mounted so as to be lockable in an axial direction along a longitudinal axis of the pole in this central recess and can be fixed in at least two axially different positions via a positive connection with respect to the pole pipe or inner sleeve. For the axial height adjustment, a locking lever is articulated on the outside of the outer sleeve with its lower end facing a rolling surface of the buffer. With its upper end, in the fixed position of the buffer, the latching lever engages around the pole tube and / or the inner sleeve at least partially in a form-fitting manner. To release the locking lever can be pivoted away from the outer sleeve.

The rubber elastic buffer can be exchanged using the same bayonet connection as described above. Instead of the lower end of a simple attachment, the interchangeable buffer, which has a passage opening for the tip, is attached to the lower section of the outer sleeve.

The present invention also relates to a buffer for a stick as described in the opening paragraph. The interchangeable buffer or interchangeable buffer according to the invention has a region made of rubber-elastic material and a preferably cylindrical central recess which is designed to be open at the top. An insert made of hard material is fastened in the central recess, preferably by a form fit and / or material connection, the buffer being designed to be detachable on the top of the stick by means of a bayonet lock between the insert and the top to be attached. This buffer can preferably be attached to the top of the stick in only a single rotational position, the buffer having a means for preventing rotation to prevent rotation of the buffer with respect to the top when it is placed on the stick. The buffer preferably has a means for preventing rotation between the attachment and the insert, particularly preferably by means of a form fit. Additionally or alternatively, the buffer can have a means for preventing rotation between the attachment and the rubber-elastic area of the buffer, particularly preferably by means of a form fit.

A particularly preferred buffer has a central recess in the form of a through opening for receiving a stick tip. Preferably, an upper section of the through opening, in which the insert is fastened, has a larger diameter than a lower section of the through opening which faces a rolling surface of the buffer. As a result, the insert has a lower stop at a boundary surface or at the bottom of the buffer between the larger-diameter upper section and the smaller-diameter lower section of the central recess.

In a particularly preferred embodiment, the insert is in the locked position in a rotational position in the central recess of the buffer, in which the two radially opposite recesses of the insert are rotated in the circumferential direction of the stick opposite to the running direction, preferably rotated by 45-90 degrees. In other words, an axial bisecting section plane through the two opposing recesses of the insert is arranged rotated relative to a running direction.

The second bisecting plane parallel to the stick axis through the attachment, or through the two extensions of the attachment, runs parallel to the first, left and second, right wall of the attachment in the lower section. When the buffer is fastened, this plane runs parallel to the cutting plane or the axial plane of symmetry of the buffer and parallel to the direction of travel. However, when the buffer is plugged onto the attachment, the plane runs rotated to the plane of symmetry of the buffer and thus also rotated in the circumferential direction to the running direction.

The bayonet lock between the hard insert of the buffer and the attachment or the outer sleeve can, as an alternative to the variants described, also by means of other forms of extensions on the lower section of the attachment and corresponding Recesses are made possible in the insert or vice versa, or for example by a radial pin on the inner surface of the insert, which is inserted into a corresponding guide recess in the lower section of the attachment and rotated therein, or vice versa. Another alternative would be an angled elongated hole arranged in the attachment, into which axial section at least one pin attached to the insert is inserted axially by sliding the buffer and then by rotating in the circumferential direction the pin is transferred into the angled section of the elongated hole, whereby the Buffer is held in its axial position and in the rotational position, possibly together with an anti-rotation device.

The content of the WO 2011/128231 A1 discloses a height adjustment mechanism for the buffer or for the mechanism for changing between buffer and tip, as can also be used in the present context.

Further embodiments are described in the dependent claims.

BESCHREIBUNG BEVORZUGTER AUSFÜHRUNGSFORMENDESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

In Fig. 4 A stick 1 according to the invention is shown, here designed as a Nordic walking stick, having a stick handle 48, as well as an upper stick tube section 2a and a lower stick tube section 2. The attachment 3 with attached buffer 4 is attached to the lower end of the lower stick tube section 2. If the stick has only a single stick tube, the attachment 3 is attached to its lower end. If the pole 1 has a plurality of pole pipe sections 2, 2a, the attachment is attached to the lowest pole pipe section 2 in each case.

In all the figures, an attachment 3 is shown according to a first embodiment, on the lower end of which a rubber-elastic buffer 4 is detachably attached. In this embodiment, the buffer is mounted axially displaceably along the longitudinal axis S of the pole, which enables the user to switch between a first position with a tip 30 protruding beyond the rubber-elastic support or rolling surface 43, as in FIG Fig. 1 shown, and a second position with a rubber-elastic support surface or with the tip 30 hidden in the buffer, as in FIG Fig. 2 shown to choose.

In Figures 1a-1g a buffer 4 attached to an attachment 3 for a stick 1 is shown in its upper position, as the arrow indicates. The tip 30 protrudes here beyond the rolling surface 43.

Zudem verfügt die Profilierung 44 über seitliche Erweiterungen 46.The rubber-elastic buffer 4 is configured asymmetrically here, with the rolling surface 43 being pulled further upwards in the direction of travel V, or towards the front, in order to be optimally adapted to the walking movement during Nordic walking. The tip 30 penetrates this rolling surface 43 approximately in the rear third. In addition, the profiling 44 has lateral extensions 46.

The buffer 4 is placed here on an attachment 3 for a stick 1, the attachment 3 in this preferred embodiment including an inner sleeve 26 fixedly mounted on the lower end of the stick tube 2 and an outer sleeve 28 axially displaceable on the inner sleeve. A fastening element 31 is mounted on the inner sleeve 26, and a tip 30 is let into and fastened to the lower fastening stump 31b of the latter. In the case of poles that have a simple interchangeable buffer that is not height-adjustable for the purpose of penetration by a point, the lower section of the attachment 3, to which the buffer is detachably attached, takes on the task of the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28 shown here and is accordingly educated.

The composition of the attachment 3 and the design of its components are particularly good in the exploded view of FIG Fig. 3 recognizable. The inner sleeve 26, which has a central axial recess 27 in which the lower end of an in Fig. 1g , 2g and 4th shown, conically tapered stick pipe 2 is pressed and / or glued. The upper region of this inner sleeve 26 forms, to a certain extent, a cuff which encloses the pole tube 2. The inner sleeve 26 has an upper section 26a, which forms this cuff and serves to receive the pole tube 2, as well as to ensure the positive connection in the two positions of the outer sleeve 28. In addition, a lower section follows downward and is integral with the upper section 26a Section 26b of the inner sleeve 26. The actual tip 30 made of a wear-resistant material such as metal, hard metal, ceramic or a combination of these materials is attached to this lower section 26b at the lower end. The fastening is not direct, but via a fastening element 31, which is typically made of metal or hard plastic.

The lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26 has an axial recess 33 in which an upper fastening stump 31a of the fastening element 31 is embedded or fastened. A flange 32, which is hexagonal in this exemplary embodiment and which is formed in one piece with the upper and lower fastening stub 31a, and which is still fastened in the lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26, separates the upper fastening stub 31a from a lower fastening stub 31b of the fastening element 31, which by means of the Feed-through opening 6 protrudes through the buffer 4. The hexagonal shape of the flange 32 is used to ensure the Rotational position of the fastening element 31 in the inner sleeve 26. Alternatively, the non-rotatable fastening of the fastening element 31 in the inner sleeve 26 can also be achieved by a different non-circular configuration of the flange 32 or the upper fastening stub 31a, by injection molding, pressing in, knurling on the Shaft or a combination of these measures. At the lower end of the lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26, a recess 49 is provided for receiving a section of the flange 32, which is designed here in the form of a hexagonal geometry / profile. The lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26 has a shape on its outer circumferential surface which here essentially corresponds to the complementary shape of the inside of the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28 and has only slightly smaller dimensions, so that the outer sleeve 28 without radial play along the Stock longitudinal axis S is axially displaceable on the inner sleeve.

Both the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28b and the lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26, which are fitted into the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28 and are axially displaceable therein, are not circular in the present exemplary embodiment, but are laterally flattened, Originally a cylindrical area, so to speak as a flat cylinder, which has a greater width in the running direction than transversely to the running direction. The lower section 28b thus has a flat first, right wall 20 and a flat second, left wall, as well as a curved third, front wall 22 and a curved fourth, rear wall 23.

The flange 32 represents a defined lower stop point for the position in which the tip 30 protrudes downward beyond the rolling surface 43 (compare in particular the sectional illustration according to FIG Figure 3b ) and, in an extended position, the tip 30 rests with its underside on a stop surface on the bottom 6c of the central recess 6 of the buffer 4.

The actual separate tip 30, consisting of a hard material as described above, is pressed and / or glued or otherwise fixed (soldered, screwed, etc.) into the lower fastening stump 31b, which has a recess 31c directed downwards. The entire lower fastening stump 31b and the tip 30 have a cross-sectional shape that is adapted to a through opening 6 provided in the elastic buffer 4, so that the tip 30 can be moved through this through opening 6 in different positions of the outer sleeve 28 relative to the inner sleeve 26 . The through opening 6 in the buffer 4 is therefore in an upper one Section 6a, which is designed to receive the insert 5, is designed with a larger diameter than in the lower section 6b, which is designed to receive the tip 30. The through opening 6 is therefore designed to taper downwards towards the rolling surface.

On the lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26, an outer sleeve 28 is arranged displaceably in the axial direction. A latching lever 34 is articulated on the outside of this outer sleeve 28, this via two bearing extensions 35 of the outer sleeve 28 which are integrally formed to the rear in the running direction and which have two aligned axle holes 36a, 36b. The locking lever 34 is fastened between these two bearing extensions 35. For this purpose, a tapered region 34a of the latching lever 34 engages between the two bearing extensions 35 and has a through opening 34c. A rotation axis 37, typically a metal pin, is inserted through the two axle holes 10 and this through opening 34c, so that the locking lever 34 is mounted on the outer sleeve 28 so that it can pivot about this rotation axis 37.

At its upper end, this locking lever 34 has a clamp area 34b. With this clamp area 34b, the locking lever 34 engages around the upper section 26a of the inner sleeve 26 in the fixed position of the buffer 4 in a self-locking manner. On the inside of this clamp area 34b, there is on the one hand a radially inwardly widening contact area 38 arranged on the inside around the circumference and an undercut 39 immediately below in the sense of an analog circumferential groove to precisely define the positive connection in the two positions.

The axial displaceability of the outer sleeve 28 is further ensured by a guide recess 40 which is provided in the lower region 26b of the inner sleeve 26 and which is elongated in the axial direction. A transverse guide pin 41, which is fastened in the outer sleeve 28, engages in this guide recess 40, which is designed as an undercut of the lower section 26b of the inner sleeve 26 and only forms an elongated hole after being inserted into the outer sleeve 28. In the lower position of the outer sleeve 28, as shown in particular with reference to FIG Figure 2g can be recognized, this guide pin 41 lies at the lower stop point of the guide recess 40. On the other side, the contact area 34b of the locking lever 34 engages positively from below on a circumferential grid extension 42 on the upper section 26a of the inner sleeve 26. In the lower position the Outer sleeve 28, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown, the outer sleeve 28 is fixed in this position by the one stop is given by the relative position of the guide pin 41 in the guide recess 40 at the lower stop, and on the other hand by the contact of the contact area 34b of the locking lever 34 on the lower surface of the Grid extension 42.

In this construction, the detachably attached buffer 4 is provided on the underside of the outer sleeve 28. From the lower position of the outer sleeve 28 relative to the inner sleeve 26 as in FIG Figure 2 shown, such a buffer 4 can be in the position with extended tip 30 according to FIG Figure 1 be moved by pivoting the locking lever 34 on the outside to the side so that the contact area 34b releases the grid widening 42. The outer sleeve 28 can then be moved upward (successively) in the guide recess 40 within the scope of the mobility of the guide pin 41.

In Figure 1 the position is now shown in which the outer sleeve 28 has been pushed against the stop of axial mobility given by the recess 27 or the guide pin 41 and the locking lever 34 has again been placed on the inner sleeve 26 and has snapped the inner sleeve 26 in a self-locking manner. In this upper position of the outer sleeve 28, the contact area 34b now lies above the grid extension 42 and the grid extension 42 engages in the undercut 39 in a form-fitting manner. In this position, the upper region of the locking lever 34 defines a complete form-fitting fastening and the lower stop, predetermined by the guide recess 40 or the guide pin 41, is not absolutely necessary but possible.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the buffer 4 is fastened to the attachment 3 by means of a bayonet lock. In the case of a variant with axial displaceability of a buffer 4 that can be pushed over a tip 30, the buffer 4 is attached to the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28. For this purpose, the buffer 4 is pushed onto the lower section of the attachment 3 or on the lower section 28b of the outer sleeve 28 and then rotated into the stop / latching position by rotating the buffer 4 relative to the attachment 3 or the outer sleeve 28 and thus attached to floor 1. The bayonet connection takes place between the insert 5 made of hard plastic used in the buffer 4 and the attachment 3 or the outer sleeve 28. The slide-on position is through the front radial extension 16 and the rear radial extension 17 on the lower section of the attachment 3 or the Outer sleeve 28, and in particular through the axial gap 18 on the rear radial extension 17 for receiving the axial rib 9 of the insert 5. If you hold the buffer 4 in the slide-on position after the buffer 4 has been placed on, then in the illustrated embodiment, the Figures 1-3 the pole tube 2 with the attachment 3 rotated clockwise in the circumferential direction U, by an angular range of 90-120 degrees, up to the stop of the front radial extension 16 on a right stop 25 of the first recess 7 in the insert 5 and the rear radial extension 17 at a right stop of the second recess 8 in the insert 5.

For this purpose, the radial extensions 16, 17 of the lower section 28b of the attachment 3 run, which in FIG Figure 3c are shown in the insert 5 of the buffer 4 to a certain extent in each case in a rail which is formed by a correspondingly shaped recess or a notch or groove in the inner wall 5 a of the cylindrical insert 5. As previously described, this notch is formed by the leg of the L-shaped recess extending in the circumferential direction U of the insert 5.
