Claims (16)

  1. Dispositif d'ouverture pour des fibres dans des touffes sur une ligne de préparation de cardage, comprenant un dispositif d'ouverture (30) comprenant :
    - un premier compartiment (31) et un premier rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32), qui est logé dans ledit premier compartiment, rotatif autour d'un premier axe de rotation transversal (X'), dans lequel le premier rouleau (32) s'étend le long dudit axe entre une première extrémité (32') et une deuxième extrémité (32") et présente une pluralité de parties (32a, 32b) placées côte à côte et jointes en rotation ;
    - un deuxième compartiment (51) et un deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52), qui est logé dans ledit deuxième compartiment, rotatif autour d'un deuxième axe de rotation (X"), situé à côté du premier axe de rotation (X'), dans lequel le deuxième rouleau (52) s'étend le long dudit axe entre une première extrémité (62') et une deuxième extrémité (62") ;
    caractérisé en ce que le premier rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32) est alimenté par une pluralité de flux de fibres transversalement séparés (F1, F2), un sur chaque partie (32a, 32b).
  2. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32) est alimenté à travers une entrée qui est positionnée ente lesdites extrémités (32', 32").
  3. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'entrée est positionnée sur l'axe médian du premier rouleau (32).
  4. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52) est alimenté par une pluralité de flux de fibres (F1, F2), à travers des entrées (62', 62") qui sont positionnées aux extrémités (52', 52") du deuxième rouleau (52).
  5. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le deuxième compartiment (52) comporte des sorties (80', 80") pour chaque flux de fibres (F1, F2) qui sont positionnées dans une position intermédiaire entre les extrémités (52', 52") du deuxième rouleau (52).
  6. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel les entrées sont formées, de préférence au moins partiellement, dans l'extension axiale du premier rouleau (32).
  7. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 4 ou 5 ou 6, dans lequel les entrées (62', 62") sont formées, de préférence au moins partiellement, dans l'extension axiale du deuxième rouleau (52).
  8. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins une première cloison (40) pour chaque partie (32a, 32b) du premier rouleau (32), qui est fixée par rapport à celui-ci, et qui forme, de concert avec la surface extérieure du rouleau (32), un conduit centrifuge (42) qui s'enroule autour du rouleau (32) à partir du centre en direction de ses extrémités (32', 32"), de préférence en formant un motif hélicoïdal.
  9. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 8 et 5, dans lequel lesdits conduits (42) se terminent dans lesdites entrées (62', 62").
  10. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins une deuxième cloison (60) pour chaque partie (52a, 52b) du deuxième rouleau (52), qui est fixée par rapport à celui-ci, et qui forme, de concert avec la surface extérieure du rouleau (52), un conduit centripète (62) qui s'enroule autour du rouleau (52) à partir des extrémités (52', 52") du rouleau en direction du centre, de préférence en formant un motif hélicoïdal.
  11. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant un dispositif de séparateur (6) qui est approprié pour séparer le flux de fibres individuel (F) de la pluralité de flux de fibres transversalement séparés (F1, F2), en amont du premier rouleau (32).
  12. Dispositif d'ouverture selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le dispositif de séparateur comprend un élément de séparateur (10) comprenant une paroi comportant un bord de séparateur (12) et une paroi de séparation (14) qui s'étend en aval du bord de séparateur (12) afin de maintenir les flux de fibres séparés.
  13. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32) et le deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52) sont pourvus sur la surface d'une pluralité de picots (34a, 34b; 54a, 54b).
  14. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant une grille fixe (90) qui est positionnée autour du rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture respectif (32, 52), de préférence dans la région située en dessous du rouleau, et qui est appropriée pour éliminer les fragments et la saleté de la fibre transportée en rotation.
  15. Dispositif d'ouverture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le premier rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32) et le deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52) peuvent être mis en rotation à des vitesses de rotation différentes.
  16. Procédé de traitement de fibres dans des touffes sur une ligne de préparation de cardage, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - séparer un flux de fibres individuel (F) en deux flux de fibres séparés (F1, F2) ;
    - amener les deux flux de fibres (F1, F2), sur un seul rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32), dans une position intermédiaire entre les extrémités (32', 32") du rouleau (32) ;
    - faire avancer les flux de fibres (F1, F2) sur le rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (32) à partir du centre en direction des extrémités (32', 32") afin d'exécuter un traitement sur lesdites fibres ;
    - amener les deux flux de fibres (F1, F2), sur un deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52) à travers des entrées (62', 62") ; et
    - faire avancer les flux de fibres (F1, F2) sur le deuxième rouleau de dispositif d'ouverture (52) à partir des entrées (62', 62") en direction du centre afin d'exécuter un traitement supplémentaire sur lesdites fibres.
