Zwischen dem Druckluftversorgungseingang 40 und einem ersten Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 ist in einem jeweiligen Kanal 39.1 bzw. 39.2 ein Rückschlagventil 34.1 bzw. 34.2 vorgesehen, welches die in das Kanalsystem 39.1, 39.2 eingebrachte Druckluft in dem Kanalsystem hält und damit den auf die Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 wirkenden Druck aufrecht erhält. Soll eine sich in dem Schließrahmen 31 befindliche Stanzplatte 32 ausgewechselt werden, so wird vom Maschinenbediener die Spitze der Druckluftpistole 80 in den Druckluftversorgungseingang 40 eingeführt und durch Betätigung der Druckluftpistole 80 eine Druckluft in die Kanäle 39.1, 39.2 eingebracht. Diese eingebrachte Druckluft bewirkt, dass die Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 aktiviert werden, der Federkraft der Federn 33.1 entgegenwirken und die Klemmplatten 36 von der Stanzplatte 32 weg auf den Schließrahmen 31 hinzu bewegen. Dadurch wird die Klemmung der Stanzplatte 32 aufgehoben und die Stanzplatte 32 kann vom Maschinenbediener entnommen und durch eine andere Stanzplatte 32 ersetzt werden. Um die neu eingesetzte Stanzplatte 32 wieder im Schließrahmen 31 zu klemmen, sind in den Kanälen 39.1, 39.2 Ventile 35.1, 35.2 vorgesehen, um die Druckluft abzulassen. Die Ventile 35.1 und 35.2 können dabei einzeln angesteuert werden, so dass zuerst das erste Ventil 35.1 angesteuert und der Druck im ersten Kanal 39.1 abgebaut werden kann. Damit verlieren die zugeordneten Pneumatikzylinder 33.1 ihre Wirkung und die Stanzplatte 32 wird aufgrund von der Federklemmkraft der Federklemmeinrichtung 33 in Bogentransportrichtung B geklemmt. Nachfolgend wird das zweite Ventil 35.2 angesteuert und die Druckluft im zweiten Kanal 39.2 abgebaut, so dass hierbei die zugeordneten Pneumatikzylinder 33.2 ihre Wirksamkeit verlieren und die Stanzplatte 32 aufgrund der Federklemmkraft der Federklemmeinrichtungen 33 auch quer zur Bogentransportrichtung B geklemmt wird. Um die Klemmung von Stanzplatten 32, insbesondere von verformten bzw. verzogenen Stanzplatten 32, weiter zu optimieren, sind in dem Schließrahmen 31 Justierschrauben 38 vorgesehen, welche eine zusätzliche Kraft auf die Stanzplatte 32 ausüben können. Thus, the associated pneumatic cylinder 33.1 lose their effect and the punching plate 32 is clamped in the sheet transport direction B due to the spring clamping force of the spring clamping device 33. Subsequently, the second valve 35.2 is controlled and the compressed air in the second channel 39.2 degraded, so that in this case the associated pneumatic cylinder 33.2 lose their effectiveness and the punching plate 32 is also clamped transversely to the sheet transport direction B due to the spring clamping force of the spring clamps 33. Claims (9)

  1. A sheet punching and/or embossing station (2) for a flat bed sheet punching and/or embossing machine (100), having an upper platen (9) and a lower platen (10), one of the two platens (9, 10) being liftable, and having a fastening frame (31) connected with said upper platen (9), and having a punching and/or embossing tool (32) which is held by said fixing frame (31), wherein a respective sheet (6) can be passed through between said platens (9, 10) in a sheet transport direction (B),
    characterized in that
    said fixing frame (31) comprises a spring clamping mechanism (33) for permanently clamping said punching and/or embossing tool (32) and a pneumatic device (33.2, 34.1, 34.2, 35.1, 35.2, 39.1, 39.2) for releasing the clamping of said punching and/or embossing tool (32), wherein said pneumatic device (33.2, 34.1, 34.2, 35.1, 35.2, 39.1, 39.2) comprises a compressed-air supply port (40) which is accessible from the outside of said sheet punching and/or embossing station (2) for temporarily supplying compressed-air.
  2. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    said sheet punching and/or embossing station (2) is not provided with a permanent compressed-air supply for clamping said punching and/or embossing tool (32).
  3. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a respective spring clamping mechanism (33) communicates with at least one pneumatic cylinder (33.2), wherein a respective pneumatic cylinder is a part of said pneumatic device (33.2, 34.1, 34.2, 35.1, 35.2, 39.1, 39.2).
  4. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said fixing frame (31) has at least one first spring clamping mechanism (33) for clamping said punching and/or embossing tool (32) in sheet transport direction (B) and at least one second spring clamping mechanism (33) for clamping said punching and/or embossing tool (32) in perpendicular direction to the sheet transport direction (B), and that a respective air duct (39.1, 39.2) each connected to said compressed-air supply port (40) is assigned to said at least one first and said at least one second spring clamping mechanism (33).
  5. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to claim 4,
    characterized in that
    each air duct (39.1, 39.2) comprises a back-pressure valve (34.1, 34.2).
  6. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to claim 4 or 5,
    characterized in that
    each air duct (39.1, 39.2) comprises a controllable throttle valve (35.1, 35.2) communicating with the environment for relieving the pressure in the respective air duct (39.1, 39.2).
  7. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said fixing frame (31) comprises mechanical adjustment elements (38), in particular adjustment screws, for further adjusting said punching and/or embossing tool (32) in said fixing frame (31).
  8. The sheet punching and/or embossing station according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    said fixing frame (31) comprises a centering mechanism (37) for centering said punching and/or embossing tool (32) in terms of an alignment perpendicularly to the sheet transport direction (B).
  9. A system comprising a flat bed sheet punching machine (100) comprising a sheet punching and/or embossing station (2) according to any one of the preceding claims, a compressed-air reservoir (82) and/or a compressed-air generator (83), and a manually operable compressed-air blow gun (80) communicating with said compressed-air reservoir (82) or said compressed-air generator (83), wherein a machine operator can connect said compressed-air blow gun (80) for a limited period of time with said compressed-air supply port (40) of said sheet punching and/or embossing station (2).
