Ein von einem Greiferwagen 8 transportierter Bogen 6 wird, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, durch die Stanzstation 2 und die Ausbrechstation 3 hindurch bis in die Ablage- und Nutzentrennstation 20 transportiert. Das Oberwerkzeug 21 führt in seinem Arbeitstakt eine Hubbewegung aus, wobei die Stempel 22 im Zusammenwirken mit dem Nutzentrenngitter 23 die einzelnen Nutzen 6.2 eines jeweiligen Bogens 6 trennen. Wie in Fig. 2a angedeutet, wurden bereits zahlreiche Nutzen 6.2 auf einem Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt. Um die Stabilität des Auslagestapels 14 zu erhöhen, soll im nächsten Schritt ein Zwischenbogen 6.1 auf dem Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt werden. Die beiden dargestellten Koppelelemente 25 bewirken daher eine temporäre mechanischen Verbindung des Unterwerkzeugs 23 mit dem Oberwerkzeug 21 (siehe Doppelpfeile k). Die durch die Koppelelemente 25 miteinander verbundenen Werkzeuge 21 und 23 werden von einem in Fig. 2a nicht dargestellten Maschinenantrieb 17 gemeinsam angehoben h' h. Damit ergibt sich die in Fig. 2b dargestellte Situation: Das Unterwerkzeug 23 befindet sich oberhalb der Bogentransportebene E und ein von einem Greiferwagen 8 in die Ablage- und Nutzentrennstation 20 transportierter unbearbeiteter Zwischenbogen 6.1 kann auf dem Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt werden. Nachfolgend werden die miteinander gekoppelten Werkzeuge 21, 23 vom Antrieb 17 wieder abgesenkt h' h, sodass das Unterwerkzeug 23 von seiner in Fig. 2b dargestellten Abseitsposition wieder in seine in Fig. 2a dargestellte Arbeitsposition verbracht wird. Sobald das Unterwerkzeug 23 wieder in seiner Arbeitsposition ist, wird die Kopplung der Werkzeuge 21, 23 durch die Koppelelemente 25 aufgehoben. Die angetriebenen Koppelelemente 25 sind in den Figuren 2a und 2b nur beispielhaft und schematisch dargestellt. Diese Darstellung ist nicht einschränkend zu verstehen; die Ausführung einer derartigen Koppelvorrichtung liegt dabei im Ermessen des Fachmanns.In Fig. 2a a first embodiment of a storage and pay station 20 of a boom 4 according to the invention is shown. Im Gegensatz zu den Darstellungen aus Fig. 2a und 2b weist die Ablage- und Nutzentrennstation 20 keine Koppelelemente 25 auf. Stattdessen ist der Wechselrahmen 24, welcher das Nutzentrenngitter 23 aufnimmt, mit Hubaktuatoren 26 verbunden. In einer alternativen, nicht dargestellten Ausführungsform greifen die Hubaktuatoren 26 direkt am Nutzentrennwerkzeug 23 an. Während des Betriebs der Ablage- und Nutzentrennstation 20 zum Nutzentrennen vollführt das Oberwerkzeug 21 eine Hubbewegung h, sodass die Stempel 22 jeweils Nutzen 6.2 durch das Nutzentrenngitter 23 hindurch stoßen. Das Nutzentrenngitter 23 befindet sich dazu in einer Arbeitsposition unterhalb der Bogentransportebene E. Soll ein Zwischenbogen 6.1 auf dem Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt werden - was gemäß der Darstellung von Fig. 3 im vorletzten Arbeitstakt geschah - so wird das Nutzentrenngitter 23 zusammen mit seinem Wechselrahmen 24 von den Hubaktuatoren 26 in eine Abseitsposition oberhalb der Bogentransportebene E verbracht. Ein in Bogentransportrichtung B in der Bogentransportebene E in die Ablage- und Nutzentrennstation 20 transportierter Zwischenbogen 6.1 kann dann auf dem Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt werden. Sobald der Zwischenbogen 6.1 abgelegt ist und sofern kein weiterer Zwischenbogen direkt im Anschluss auf den Auslagestapel 14 abgelegt werden soll, werden Wechselrahmen 24 mit Nutzentrenngitter 23 von der nicht dargestellten Abseitsposition wieder in die dargestellte Arbeitsposition verfahren, sprich abgesenkt, sodass bei einem nachfolgend in die Ablage-und Nutzentrennstation 20 transportierten gestanzten Bogen 6 wieder eine Trennung und Ablage der Nutzen 6.2 erfolgen kann. Claims (10)

  1. Depositing and blank separating station (20) for a flat-bed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100) for depositing individual blanks (6.2) of a sheet (6) and entire sheets (6.1) on a stack (14), including a sheet transporting system (7) with a vertically movable upper tool (21) and a lower tool (23) cooperating with the upper tool (21) to separate the blanks,
    characterized in
    that each sheet (6, 6.1) is transported into the depositing and blank separating station (20) in a plane (E) of sheet transport by the sheet transporting system (7),
    that the lower tool (23) is vertically movable (h') and liftable from its operating position into a remote position above the plane (E) of sheet transport.
  2. Depositing and blank separating station according to Claim 1,
    characterized in
    that the depositing and blank separating station (20) includes a drive (17) and that the latter is connected to the upper tool (21) for vertically moving (h) the upper tool (21).
  3. Depositing and blank separating station according to one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in
    that the depositing and blank separating station (20) includes a coupling device (25) for temporarily connecting the lower tool (23) and the upper tool (24) in a mechanical way.
  4. Depositing and blank separating station according to Claims 2 and 3,
    characterized in
    that while coupled, the upper tool (21) and the lower tool (23) are jointly liftable (h, h').
  5. Depositing and blank separating station according to Claim 2,
    characterized in
    that the depositing and blank separating station (20) includes a drive device (26) and that the latter is connected to the lower tool (23) to lift (h') the lower tool (23) above the plane (E) of sheet transport.
  6. Sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100) for diecutting and/or embossing sheets (6) of paper, board and the like, including a sheet-transporting system (7), at least one feeder (1), a diecutting and/or embossing station (2), a stripping station (3), and a depositing and blank separating station (20) according to one of the preceding claims.
  7. Sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing device according to Claim 6,
    characterized in
    that the sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100) includes a machine drive (17) at least for actuating the diecutting and/or embossing station (2), the stripping station (3) and the depositing and blank separating station (20), the upper tool (21) of the depositing and blank separating station (20) being driven by the machine drive (17).
  8. Sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine according to Claim 7,
    characterized in
    that the diecutting and/or embossing station (2) and the stripping station (3) include a respective vertical-movement interruption device (18).
  9. Sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine according to Claim 8,
    characterized in
    that the depositing and blank separating station (20) is designed in accordance with Claim 4 and 6, respectively, and that the sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100) includes a control device (15) for actuating the coupling device (25) and the drive device (26), respectively, and the vertical-movement interruption device 818).
  10. Method for depositing intermediate sheets (6.1) on a delivery stack (14) of a sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100), in particular according to one of Claims 6 to 9, including a depositing and blank separating station (20), in particular according to one of Claims 1-5, characterized by the following steps:
    a) feeding a sheet (6.1) into the sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100)
    b) transporting the sheet (6.1) through the sheet-fed diecutting and/or embossing machine (100) and its processing stations (2, 3) without processing the sheet (6.1)
    c) lifting the lower tool (23) of the depositing and blank separating station (20) above the plane (E) of sheet transport
    d) transporting the sheet (6.1) into the depositing and blank separating station (20)
    e) depositing the sheet (6.1) on the delivery stack (14) as an intermediate sheet
