Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Absaugvorrichtung für die Verdichtungsluft von zwei auswechselbaren Saugeinheiten (10, 10a) an einem Zwillingsstreckwerk (2z) einer Spinnmaschine (10, 10a) zur aerodynamischen Verdichtung von Fasergutes (V), das über jeweils eine Saugzone (Z) von, mit Perforationen (OE) versehenen, umlaufenden und einander gegenüberliegenden Verdichtungselementen (6, 6a) geführt wird, wobei die, dem jeweiligem Verdichtungselement zugeordnete Saugeinheit mit einer Saugöffnung (11, 11a) versehen ist, die mit einem in der jeweiligen Saugeinheit integrierten Saugkanal (12, 12a) verbunden ist und mit einem, den Saugeinheiten (10, 10a) zugeordnetem, ein Absaugrohr (22) aufweisendes Saugelement (15), durch das, die über die Saugeinheiten (10, 10a) abgesaugte Verdichtungsluft aus der Absaugvorrichtung abgegeben wird, wobei die Ausgangsöffnungen (O1, O2) des jeweiligen Saugkanals (12, 12a) einer Öffnung (O) des Absaugrohres in einer Kupplungsstelle (KS) gegenüber stehen und das Saugelement (15) Führungen (16) und Haltemittel (17) aufweist über welche die Saugeinheiten (10, 10a) gegenüber dem jeweiligen Verdichtungselement (6, 6a) gehalten und fixiert werden. Zu Vereinfachung und Verbesserung der Kupplungsstelle (KS) wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Ausgangsöffnungen (O1, O2) der Saugeinheiten (10, 10a) jeweils einen rechteckförmig umlaufenden Flansch (F1, F2) mit einer ebenen Anschlagfläche (A1, A2) aufweisen, welche an einer gemeinsamen Kupplungsstelle (KS) nebeneinander auf einer umlaufenden, ebenen Anschlagfläche (A) einer gemeinsamen, rechteckförmig ausgebildeten Öffnung (O) des Absaugrohres (22) aufliegen, wobei die Flansche (F1, F2) mit den Ausgangsöffnungen (O1, O2) der Saugeinheiten die Öffnung (O) des Absaugrohres (22) vollständig überdecken und über das Haltemittel (17) mit einer Druckkraft auf der Anschlagfläche (A) gehalten werden.
