Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Aufdrucken einer Verzierung auf die seitliche Umdrehungsfläche eines Kochartikels (3), der um seine Umdrehungsachse drehbar montiert ist, umfassend einen Farbauftragschritt, bei dem Farbe (10) auf eine Matrize (1) aufgetragen wird, einen Übertragungsschritt, bei dem die auf die Matrize (1) aufgetragene Farbe (10) auf eine Umdrehungsfläche (12) eines Tampons (2) übertragen wird, der um seine Umdrehungsachse (15) drehbar montiert ist, und einen Aufdruckschritt, bei dem die auf den Tampon (2) übertragene Farbe (10) auf die Umdrehungsfläche (16) des Kochartikels (3) aufgebracht wird, indem die Umdrehungsfläche (12) des Tampons (2) mit der Umdrehungsfläche (16) des Kochartikels (3) in Kontakt gebracht wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrize (1), bei der eine Umdrehungsfläche (4) durch ein Klischee (1) gebildet ist, die um ihre Umdrehungsachse (9) drehbar montiert ist, in Drehung versetzt wird, während die Matrize (1), der Tampon (2) und der Kochartikel (3) nicht miteinander in Kontakt stehen, wonach die Übertragung der Farbe (10) von der Matrize (1) auf den Tampon (2) durchgeführt wird, indem die Umdrehungsfläche (12) des Tampons (2) in einem Anfangsbereich (8) des Klischees (1), der kein Relief hat, mit dem Klischee (1) in Kontakt gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kochartikel (3) in einem ungefärbten Bereich (18) des Tampons (2) mit dem Tampon (2) in Kontakt gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klischee (1) sich ständig dreht und von der in einem Farbbehälter (11) enthaltenen Farbe (10) umspült wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tampon (2) durch relative Annäherung der beiden entsprechenden Umdrehungsachsen (9, 15) mit dem Klischee (1) in Kontakt gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tampon (2) durch das Klischee (1) drehangetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb des Tampons (2) durch Kämmen eines fest mit dem Tampon (2) verbundenen ersten Zahnrads mit einem fest mit dem Klischee (1) verbundenen zweiten Zahnrad erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Tampon (2) durch relative Annäherung der beiden entsprechenden Umdrehungsachsen (15, 17) mit dem Kochartikel (3) in Kontakt gebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kochartikel (3) durch den Tampon (2) drehangetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Drehantrieb des Kochartikels (3) durch den Kontakt seiner Umdrehungsfläche (16) mit der Umdrehungsfläche (12) des Tampons (2) erfolgt.
