Claims (14)

  1. Rovingrahmen (1) einer Spinnanlage, umfassend:
    - eine Ziehvorrichtung (12), die wenigstens zwei druckgekoppelte Rollenpaare umfasst, die dazu geeignet ist, ein Netz (W) zu ziehen und einen Roving (R) herzustellen;
    - erste Bewegungsmittel zum Bewegen der Rollen der Ziehvorrichtung;
    - eine der Ziehvorrichtung (12) nachgelagerte Wickelvorrichtung (14) zum Wickeln des Rovings (R) auf Spulen (S);
    - zweite Bewegungsmittel für die Wickelvorrichtung;
    - einen dazwischenliegenden Bereich (19), welcher der Ziehvorrichtung (12) nachgelagert und der Wickelvorrichtung (14) vorgelagert angeordnet ist, der von dem Roving (R) während normaler Bearbeitung durchquert wird;
    - ein System zum Erfassen von Brüchen des Rovings (20), umfassend:
    a) Erfassungsvorrichtungen (30), die in einer abnehmbaren Weise mit dem Rahmen (10) des Rovingrahmens (1) verbunden sind, die eine Mehrzahl an Sensoren umfassen, die in dem dazwischenliegenden Bereich angeordnet sind;
    b) eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (50), die mit jedem Sensor verbunden ist, die zum Aufnehmen des Primitivsignals (Sp) und zum Aussenden eines verarbeiteten Signals geeignet ist, die imstande ist, gemäß einem Tiefpassfilter oder einem Timer auf das Primitivsignal (Sp) einzuwirken;
    - eine Regel-/Steuervorrichtung (70), die betriebsmäßig mit den Verarbeitungsvorrichtungen (50) gekoppelt ist, um die verarbeiteten Signale aufzunehmen, und mit den ersten und zweiten Bewegungsmitteln, um Rückmeldesignale an diese zu senden und die Ziehvorrichtung (12) und die Wickelvorrichtung (14) bei dem Vorhandensein eines verarbeiteten Signals, das einen Bruch des Rovings anzeigt, anzuhalten;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Erfassungsvorrichtung (30) zwischen zwei Rovings (R) gelegen ist und umfasst:
    - ein Paar Sensoren, wobei jeder mit einem Roving (R) verbunden ist und jeder dazu geeignet ist, das Vorhandensein des Rovings (R) in einer jeweiligen Erfassungszone des dazwischenliegenden Bereichs zu erfassen und ein jeweiliges Primitivsignal (Sp) auszusenden;
    - ein Gehäuse (32), in dem die Sensoren aufgenommen sind, das längsseits gegenüberliegende Öffnungen (34) aufweist, aus welchen die Sensoren herausragen,
    und wobei die Sensoren in dem Gehäuse (32) angeordnet sind oder das Gehäuse (32) an den Rahmen (10) angebaut ist, sodass die Richtung der Emission (E) der von einem Sensor ausgesendeten Strahlen nicht fluchtend mit denen eines benachbarten Sensors sind, um Störungen zu verhindern.
  2. Rovingrahmen (1) einer Spinnanlage nach Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    c) eine Vergleichsvorrichtung (55), die mit den Verarbeitungsvorrichtungen (50) gekoppelt ist, die dazu geeignet ist, die verarbeiteten Signale von den Verarbeitungsvorrichtungen aufzunehmen und ein Vergleichssignal (Sc) zu erzeugen, welches das Vorhandensein eines Bruchs anzeigt, wenn wenigstens eines der verarbeiteten Signale das Vorhandensein eines Bruchs anzeigt;
    und wobei die Regel-/Steuervorrichtung (70) betriebsmäßig mit der Vergleichsvorrichtung (55) gekoppelt ist, um das Vergleichssignal (Sc) aufzunehmen, und mit den ersten und zweiten Bewegungsmitteln, um Rückmeldesignale an diese zu senden und die Ziehvorrichtung (12) und die Wickelvorrichtung (14) bei dem Vorhandensein wenigstens eines Vergleichssignals, welches das Vorhandensein eines Bruchs des Rovings anzeigt, anzuhalten.
  3. Rovingrahmen nach Anspruch 2, wobei verschiedene Vergleichsvorrichtungen (55) bereitgestellt sind, wobei jede Vergleichsvorrichtung mit nur einer vordefinierten Anzahl an Verarbeitungsvorrichtungen (50) verbunden ist.
  4. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sensoren digital sind.
  5. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Sensor eine Fotozelle ist, und wobei die Fotozelle ein Kontaktsensor oder eine Hintergrundausblendungs-Fotozelle ist.
  6. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Gehäuse eine Hülle (32a) und eine Abdeckung (32b), aus Kunstoffmaterial, umfasst, die dazu geeignet sind, das Gehäuse zu bilden, welches die Sensoren aufnimmt.
  7. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Sensoren in einer solchen Weise in dem Gehäuse angeordnet sind, dass die Richtung einer Emission des Sensors in Relation zu einer horizontalen Richtung geneigt ist, insbesondere die Richtung einer Emission (E) nach unten in Richtung einer Emission geneigt ist.
  8. Rovingrahmen nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Richtung einer Emission in einem Winkel von 1° bis 4° geneigt ist, vorzugsweise 1° bis 3°, vorzugsweise gleich 2°.
  9. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Rovingbruch-Erfassungssystem Leucht-Signalmittel umfasst, die mit den Sensoren gekoppelt sind, die dazu geeignet sind, das Vorhandensein und/oder Nicht-Vorhandensein des Rovings zu signalisieren.
  10. Rovingrahmen nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Signalmittel eine vorhandene LED (42) umfassen, die zum Beispiel in dem dazwischenliegenden Bereich (19) vorzugsweise oberhalb des Tisches (11) des Rahmens (10) angeordnet ist.
  11. Rovingrahmen nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei einzelne Signalmittel betriebsmäßig mit einer Mehrzahl an Sensoren gekoppelt sind, um den durch einen der Sensoren erfassten Bruch zu signalisieren.
  12. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Hauptemissionsrichtung der von einem Sensor ausgesendeten Strahlen so geneigt ist, dass sie einfallend zu der Beförderungsrichtung der Rovings ist, die in der Beförderungsrichtung der Rovings oder in der entgegengesetzten Richtung gedreht ist.
  13. Rovingrahmen nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Hauptemissionsrichtung der von einem Sensor ausgesendeten Strahlen auf einer äquatorialen Ebene liegt, die durch die ideale Bewegungsbahn der Rovings (R) ermittelt wird.
  14. Rovingrahmen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Rovingbruch-Erfassungssystem (20) wenigstens einen Teiler (100) umfasst, der dazu geeignet ist, eine Barriere für die Emission eines Sensors zu bilden, sodass ein Sensor die anderen Sensoren nicht beeinträchtigt, und wobei der Teiler (100) eine Wand ist, die für die von einem Sensor ausgesendeten Strahlen opak ist, und zwischen einem Sensor und dem benachbarten Sensor angeordnet ist, um die von einem Sensor ausgesendeten Strahlen zu unterbrechen, indem sie daran gehindert werden, den benachbarten Sensor zu beeinträchtigen.
