RU 2228287 - The closest to an invention, which is stated according the technical nature, purpose and output that is achieved is a soft container for transportation and storage of bulk cargo (Ukraine invention patent Nº
72054 - The main disadvantage of this known device is that it is inconvenient to use. There are several reasons. The container consists of two parts - the power grid in the frame and the inner liner, which is mounted at the top of the liner to the force split frame method.
- Using this product provides airtightness during the loading, the loading rate, but it is a great inconvenience for repairing the damages of the container due to the fact that the outer part of the container is covered by a mains, which isn't attached to liner throughout all perimeter not, except the upper part. That is why during the work with the container appear the difficulties: before its installing for loading it is necessary to check, if the inner liner wasn't twisted. As far as liner does not follow the contour of the power framework in an empty state, during the loading it needs accept the form of the power framework under the pressure of the loadable material, and only after a collision with the framework contours the load on the liner is diminishing and the main load takes the force frame. Also, during the operation of the container is the probability of the engage of the force framework over the irrelevant materials, which can damage the force framework and thereby phase out the whole container.
- The main object of the invention is to improve the ease of operation during the work the large-tonnage bulk cargoes.
- The problem is solved by the fact that the universal container for bulk cargoes includes a tankage with the upper charging opening and bottom discharge opening, a force framework. In accordance with the invention, as the force framework used sling frame construction formed by sling tapes with loops at the ends, traversal places of which form the bottom of the sling frame construction, equipped with the protective. Tankage is made as a liner provided with protective tunnels with the possibility of placing into them the sling traps, the upper charging opening is made in the form of a sleeve, the bottom discharge opening provided with loading and unloading valves accordingly. With the liner connected at least one force cross-ring with split connection.
- In accordance with one of the variants of the invention selling the composition of the protective shroud with the opening includes the lobes on the ends of which the rings are fixed through which permeate the cord, settled with the lock. Housing is equipped with a detachable mechanism, which consists of a loop located at the bottom of the sling frame construction and loops located along the perimeter of the protective cover. The loops are connected through the force trap.
- In accordance with another variant of the invention selling, the liner is connected to the sling straps with pawl, which consists of tape connected with the liner and tape joined to a liner and the tape joined to with sling tape with the clasp. In the sling construction made a opening with the ability to accommodate the discharge valve in it, which consists of plexiform tapes, at the ends of which loops connected by lock are located.
- The invention solves the problem of improving the ease of usage with the help that the mobility provided by the repair replacement of spare parts container. Meanwhile the entire container isn't phased out in case of breakage of one of its constituent parts. The inner liner is incorporated with the force framework, but meanwhile the connection is split. Thanks to the protective tunnels the maximum possible damage of the stop construction is reduced from the external factors that may lead to the exit the container out of the work of. So, to replace the damaged cross-ties disconnect the laces and release them, and replaced by a new ones and fix them by connecting laces. There is no need to dismantle any other elements of the container and remove it from exploitation. Thus, it is occurred a portable replacement of the damaged ring under conditions of continuous container operation.
- After the wear (attrition) of protective cover it's replacement is implemented is s following way. When the container is empty a force strap is released, thus it divides the bottom of the sling construction with a protective cover. The replacement is carrying out by a new one and connecting with the tape. This process of replacing of the protective cover also does not require the removal of the container from the operation.
- After the inner bush wore out it is removed all the force rings and release the sling tapes. Thus easy container installation and dismantling is provided.
- Meanwhile the container contains all previously known helpful properties of containers, such as the hermetic unloading-loading, due to the presence of elements such as the sleeve. All this allows to create a universal container. Depending on the material of the
liner 1 in a universal container any loose cargoes can be transported (food or chemical substances). - The invention is illustrated by the following drawings, where
fig. 1 shows a general look;fig. 2 - type of container in axonometric state;fig. 3 - section A-A offig. 1 ;fig. 4 - a top look of the main sling construction;fig. 5 - look of the protective cover;fig. 6 - construction of the closing-opening of the unloading valve of the inner liner with the lock. - Universal container has such basic components (see
fig. 1 andfig.2 ):liner 1 with aprotective tunnels 6,loading valve 2 and unloadingvalve 14,lifting loops 4, located at the ends of thesling traps 8, which are connected with one another in abottom 9 of the sling construction 20, the forcetransversal ring 5, theprotective cover 16. Bush 1 placed in sling construction 20 (fig. 1 andfig. 6 ), secured by pullingsling traps 8 in theprotective tunnels 6, along the entire height of a liner. This method of fixing not only connects thesling taps 8 with abush 1 and also allows theliner 1 totally repeat volume of the container.Liner 1 is not able to twist being inside the sling construction and is a holistic product in the form of a cylinder. Also, the additional liner fastening 1 toconstruction traps 8 is in the upper part with the locking pin, which consists oftrap 17, joined to aliner 1,trap 18, joined to the sling trap with a fastener 19 (seefig. 3 ). Theliner 1 fixing in its upper part can be also performed by other materials, such as loops and rubber bands, coupled with the help of carabine or other materials. - At the charging
opening 2, which has the shape of the sleeve and is the neck of the liner, 1 at the outer part there is thelock valve 3 in the form of lace, the purpose of which is the blockage of the chargingopening 2 after loading, which also serves to protect cargo from moisture, dust, and protects it from collision with the environment (seefig. 4 ). At the discharge opening 14, which also has the shape of hose from the outside there is aoverload valve 13, which is a junction oftraps 23 withloops 22.Traps 23 may be made of any hard flexible material or of round-woven materials. Theloops 22 can also be made of plastic, iron, or of the same material, of which the traps are made 23. - Closing of the discharge opening 14 in the form of a sleeve happens due to gathering and wringing out by
traps 23 and lock 24 fixation in the in turn connected loops 22 (seefig. 4 ). This connection prevents at unloaded state of the unauthorized actuation of thedischarge valve 13. In addition, there is no need to use disposable discontinuous control laces to prevent the opening of theprotective cover 16. - The
protective cover 16 may be made of a hard reinforced fabric, laminated, for example, by polyvinylchloride (seefig. 5 ). It is produced by thermic welding, and also can be manufactured in other ways, for example it can be stitched. Can be used other materials, resistant to the demolition and water resistant, such as polyester, etc. Theprotective cover 16 is fastened to thebottom 9 of the sling construction 20 withsplit mechanism 28 by junction with one anotherloop power traps 27. The fastening is on the inside part of thecover 16 and thebottom 9, in order to avoid external mechanical damages of this junction. It can be also performed on the outer part of thecover 16 and thebottom 9. This junction allows quick replacement of theprotective cover 16 after the depreciation, without touching the entire container or sling construction 20. It is also possible to fasten theliner 16 with other detachable mechanisms, such as traps, fasteners, etc. Theliner 16 connection with the basic design of sling construction 20 may be also performed by not split way for example such attachment may be carried out by thermic welding, coupling technique or other methods of fixation. -
Protective cover 16 has anopening 29. Accord the example at theprotective cover 16 made thelobes 10 withrings 11 at the ends which are made of the same material as theprotective cover 16, the rings are made by thermic welding of the material. Such a method of manufacturing is in advantage compared to production by cross-linking products, as the puncturing the material is excluded, thereby increasing its strength. Therings 11 may also be made of other materials.Opening 29 of theprotective cover 16 is closed by pulling thecord 15 through all therings lock 12. - The transverse force rings 5 are closed, and are made of hard force trap intended for fixation of transverse container capacity in the required diameter. They do not allow container inflation by cargo pressure.
Transverse power ring 5 fastened on the perimeter of the container with fixinglaces 7, which are sewn to the outer side of theprotective tunnel 6. The Number of fixinglaces 7 on a onetunnel 6 corresponds the number to the number of the transverse force rings 5. Also, the lockinglaces 7 can be additionally placed between the six tunnels to enhance retention. This connection is detachable, and eachforce ring 5 is independent in the general construction of the container and shall be separately replace after wear or damage, meanwhile it does not hurt whole construction of the container. Also, theforce ring 5 can be fitted with other detachable junctions, such as loops. The force ring can 5 be made of different hard materials that can withstand the pressure and the corresponding load, such as polypropylene trap, polyester trap, metallic rope. Force Ring can be made from such materials as polyether, polyamide, or other hard material. They can also be detachable. - Sling construction 20 is a interlacing of two, four, or more than eight sling traps with
loops 4, executed on one or two ends. Their attachment is carried out in places of interlocking by stitching or thermic welding. Places of ribbons interlacing form a square, the inside of which aopening 21 for the unloadingvalve 13. The Places ofsling belt interlacing 8 can form any geometric figure, depending on their number, such as a polygon. Depending on the diameter of theinner liner 1, around theopening 21 additionally may be attached (sewn or welded) traps around the perimeter, thereby forming abottom area 9 of the sling construction 20 which is made of any hard fabric material such as polyester, polyamide, etc. It can also be made of metal rope. Thetrap 30 with thelock 24 and thelock 12 mounted on one of the transverse of the force rings 5. - The device is used in a following way. The soft container for transportation and storage of the bulk cargoes work according the well-known scheme: loading, transportation to the consumer, the unloading. Before loading bulk cargo is checking if the discharge opening is closed 14 with the help of
valve 13. Then pick up the container suspend it with theloops 4 and connect thecharging opening 2 with hopper feed of bulk cargo. After loading theloading opening 2 is closing by using the chargingvalve 3. For unload the container it is necessary to pull thetrap 30 and then first lock 12 is pulled automatically, revealing theopening 29 of theguard cover 16. At the same time release theopening 14, that also automatically opens with the help oflock 24, through which pour bulk cargo of the container. - Container dismantling in case of damage of one of its parts realized is the following way. To replace a transverse damaged
force ring 5 severlaces 7, release it and replaced with a new one fixing it by connectinglaces 7. There is no need to dismantle any other elements of the container and remove it from exploitation. Thus, there is a mobile replacement of the damagedring 5 during continuous exploitation of the container. After the wear (attrition) of theprotective cover 16 its replacement is making in a following way. At the empty state of the container release apower trap 27, thereby disconnecting thebottom 9 of the sling construction 20 with theguard cover 16. Carrying out its replacement by a new one and connect with thelaces 27. This process of replacing of theprotective cover 16 also doesn't require the removal of the container from the exploitation. After wear of theinner liner 1 all power rings 5 are removes with the help of laces 7separation and subsequent separation of the upper fixing traps 17 and traps 18 with the help offasteners 19. Then sling construction 20 is disconnected from theliner 1 by releasing the sling traps 8 throughtunnels 6. After this thenew liner 1 is collected in the reverse order. - Thus, the invention achieves the task of improving the usage of the work large-tonnage bulk cargoes.
