- the fifth shaft 28 is driven in the direction of the arrow P1 by means of the drive unit, the fourth shaft 26 is driven in the direction of the arrow P2 and the first shaft 18 in the direction of the arrow P3. It is thus achieved that a value to be removed is transported via the contact with the transport elements 30a to 30c, 34, 38 through the dispensing gap to the transport path 19 and thus can be paid to an operator of the payout machine 10 via the output tray 21.
- two return transport elements 50, 52 are arranged, wherein these are rotatably arranged on the third shaft 24.
- the return transport elements 50, 52 are in the in FIG. 4 shown embodiment as impellers, each comprising a wing 54, 56, with the aid of which arranged in the output slot value note can be transported before the removal of the cashbox 14a back into the storage area of the cashbox 14a.
- a banknote disposed in the dispensing slot is not only transported back to the storage area by a return flap of the cash box 14a, but is also guided by the return transport elements 50, 52, thus ensuring secure guidance and safe deposit of the security note in the storage area is.
- a proper stacking of the notes of value in the cash box 14a is achieved so that the cash box 14a can be fed to another or the same cash machine 10 without having to be checked beforehand.
- the return transport elements 50, 52 are arranged in a first position in which the wings 54, 56 are arranged such that they do not protrude into the dispensing gap and not contact a value transported for payment through the output slit bank note and thus not hinder.
- FIG. 5 is a schematic perspective view of a section of the separating module 16a shown in the first operating state.
- the viewing direction is selected so that the position of the wings 54, 56 of the return transport elements 50, 52 is visible in the first operating state.
- the wings 54, 56 are in particular approximately L-shaped and rigid, so that the notes of value are guided reliably and safely through them.
- the wings 54, 56 of the return transport elements 50, 52 are also referred to as paddles.
- FIG. 6 is a schematic perspective view of the separating module 16a shown in a second operating state.
- the second operating state is that operating state in which the direction of rotation of the central drive unit is reversed, and thus a value note arranged in the dispensing gap before the removal of the cashbox 14a is transported back into the cash box 14a.
- the direction of rotation of the central drive unit is reversed to return the bill of exchange, so that the fifth shaft 28 against the direction of rotation of the arrow P1, the fourth shaft 26 against the direction of rotation of the arrow P2 and the first shaft 18 against the direction of rotation of the arrow P3 are turned.
- the transporting members 30a to 30c, 34, 38 disposed on the shafts 18, 26, 28 are also rotated in the opposite direction as compared with the first operating condition, so that a bill attached to the discharge nip is transported back into the cash box 14a.
- the return transport members 50, 52 from the first position into an in FIG. 6 rotated shown second position.
- the wings 54, 56 of the return transport members 50, 52 contact this turn arranged in the dispensing slot note and press this together with the return flap of the cash box 14a back into the storage area of the cash box 14a.
- the retraction elements 50, 52 are rotated from the first position to the second position by means of the central drive unit, so that no separate drive unit is necessary for this purpose and space and costs are saved.
- the central drive unit is connected to the return transport elements 50, 52 via a wrap spring clutch 58 described in more detail below, which serves to rotate the return transport elements 50, 52 in the second operating state from the first position to the second position and during the transition from the second to the first operating state in the reverse direction be rotated again from the second position to the first position.
- the wrap spring clutch 58 it is achieved by the wrap spring clutch 58 that the return transport elements 50, 52 are only rotated so far that they are rotated from the first to the second or from the second to the first position and are not rotated beyond the positions.
- FIG. 7 is a schematic perspective view of the wrap spring clutch 58 shown in the first operating state.
- the wrap spring clutch 58 comprises a wrap spring 60 which is disposed on the first shaft 18.
- the wrap spring 60 includes a wire 62 wound into a coil.

- FIG. 9 a schematic perspective view of the wrap spring 60 is shown.
- the wrap spring clutch 58 comprises an attachment 68, which in FIG. 10 is shown in detail and is placed on the wrap spring 60 and the first shaft 18 such that the second end portion 66 of the wrap spring 60 is engaged with a recess 70 of the cap 68, so that the attachment 68th and the wrap spring 60 are rotationally fixed to each other.
- the attachment 68 has an elevation 72.
- the wrap spring clutch 58 comprises a connecting element 76, which in FIG. 11 is shown in detail.
- the connecting element 76 has a recess 79, which is in engagement with the first end region 64 of the wrap spring 60, so that the wrap spring 60 is arranged rotationally fixed to the connecting element 76.
- the connecting element 76 has two elevations 78, 80, wherein the first elevation 78 in the first operating state bears against a stationary first stop 74 of the singulation module 16a.
- the second survey 80 raises in the first operating state, a lever 82 of a sensor for determining the position of the wrap spring clutch.
- the first shaft 18 in the in FIG. 7 shown first operating state in the direction of the arrow P3 driven.
- the first elevation 78 of the connecting element 76 loses contact with the first stop 74 so that the return movement of a value note arranged in the dispensing gap is reversed
- Winding 62 of the wrap spring 60 is no longer open. Due to the friction acting between the winding 62 of the wrap spring 60 and the first shaft 18, the wrap spring 60 is now rotated in the direction of the arrow P3 with the first shaft 18 until the collection 72 of the attachment 68 to a likewise fixedly arranged second stop 84 of the Singulation module 16a is present.
- FIG. 12 the position of the wrap spring 60 is shown when the elevation 72 abuts against the stop 84. Due to the contact between the elevation 72 and the stop 84, the winding 62 of the wrap spring 60 is in turn opened via the non-rotatable connection of the attachment 68 with the second end region 66 of the wrap spring 60, so that the first shaft 18 relative to the wrap spring 60 against the direction of Arrow P3 can rotate and the wrap spring 60 is no longer transported along.
- the first connecting element 76 has a toothing 86, which meshes with a gear rotatably mounted on the second shaft 20 gear 88. If now the wrap spring 60 is rotated in the second operating state by the reversal of the direction of rotation of the central drive unit and thus the first shaft 18 during the transition from the first operating state to the second operating state opposite to the direction of the arrow P3, the gear 88 is rotated in the direction of arrow P6 , On the second shaft 20, a further gear 90 is rotatably arranged, which meshes with a toothing 92 of the first return transport member 50.
- the gear 90 is rotated in the direction of arrow P6 and the return transport member 50 is rotated in the direction of arrow P7. This achieves the effect that the return transport element 50 is rotated from the first position to the second position and a value note arranged in the delivery gap is transported back into the storage area of the cash box 14a.
- FIG. 13 is a schematic perspective view of the separating module 16a in the second operating state with a view of the wrap spring clutch 58 shown.
- the return transport element 50 is arranged in the second position.
- the elevation 72 of the attachment 68 bears against the stop 84.
- the second elevation 80 of the connecting element 76 no longer raises the lever 82 of the sensor in the second operating state, so that the sensor can now detect that the wrap spring clutch 58 is arranged such that the return transport element 50 is arranged in the second position.
- more than two return transport elements 50, 52 or only one return transport element 50, 52 may be provided.
- the return transport members 50, 52 may include more than one wing 54, 56.
- the wings 54, 56 may be flexible.
- the end portions 64, 66 of the wrap spring 60 directly abut against the stops 74, 84, so that in the respective position, the desired opening of the winding 62 is effected without an attachment 68 is required.
- the connecting element 76 must be designed only as a gear which meshes with the gear 88.
