Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) de manipulation de billets de valeur, comportant au moins une cassette d'argent (14a) pour recevoir des billets de valeur et au moins un module d'individualisation (16a) pour prélever des billets de valeur dans la cassette (14a). Le module d'individualisation (16a) est disposé séparé de la cassette (14a) et comporte un élément de transport (30a à 30c, 34 à 38) pour le transport de billets de valeur. Dans un premier état de fonctionnement, l'élément de transport (30a à 30c, 34 à 38) peut tourner dans un premier sens de rotation à l'aide d'une unité d'entraînement pour prélever un billet de valeur dans la cassette (14a). Dans un deuxième état de fonctionnement, l'élément de transport (30a à 30c, 34 à 38) peut tourner dans un deuxième sens de rotation opposé au premier sens de rotation, à l'aide de l'unité d'entraînement, pour retourner un billet de valeur présent dans une zone d'émission, dans la cassette (14a). Le module d'individualisation (16a) comporte par ailleurs au moins un élément de retour (50) pouvant tourner d'une première position vers une deuxième position à l'aide de l'unité d'entraînement, dans le deuxième état de fonctionnement, pour retourner le billet de valeur présent dans la zone d'émission.
