Claims (11)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) eines Abdeckprofils (2) auf einer Krone (F) einer Mauer (M), die konfiguriert ist, um mit einem Isolationskomplex (CI) bedeckt zu sein, die umfasst:- einen Keil (5), der eine Abstützfläche auf dem Isolationskomplex (CI) und eine Durchgangsöffnung (55) aufweist, und Montagemittel (53, 54) des Abdeckprofils (2) auf dem Keil (5) aufweist, die von mindestens zwei Gewindeöffnungen (53, 54) gebildet werden, die auf eine obere Fläche des Keils (5) gegenüber der Abstützfläche ausmünden, wobei die obere Fläche zwei Abstützzonen (51, 52) für das Abdeckprofil (2) oder für eine Halteführung (3) des Profils (2) aufweist; und- eine einzige Befestigungsschraube (6) des Keils (5) auf der Krone (F) der Mauer (M), wobei die Schraube (6) die Durchgangsöffnung (55) des Keils (5) durchquert und ausgebildet ist, um den Isolationskomplex (CI) für eine Befestigung auf der Krone (F) der Mauer (M) zu durchqueren;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (5) zwei Höcker (51, 52) aufweist, die aus einer flachen Basis (50) hervorstehen, die die Abstützfläche definiert, mit einem ersten Höcker (51), der eine erste Abstützzone definiert, in die eine erste Gewindeöffnung (53) eingearbeitet ist, und einem zweiten Höcker (52), der eine zweite Abstützzone definiert, in die eine zweite Gewindeöffnung (54) eingearbeitet ist, wobei der zweite Höcker (52) eine größere Höhe als der erste Höcker (51) aufweist, um eine Neidung des Abdeckprofils (2) und/oder der Führung (3) im Verhältnis zur Waagerechten sicherzustellen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Abstützfläche des Keils (5) eine Oberfläche aufweist, die zwischen zirka 50 und 350 cm2 inklusive, vorzugsweise zwischen zirka 100 und 200 cm2 inklusive, ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, wobei die Basis (50) eine etwa zylindrische Form aufweist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Keil (5) Verstärkungsrippen (56, 57) aufweist, die aus der Basis (50) hervorstehen.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Durchgangsöffnung (55) etwa im Zentrum des Keils (5) ausgebildet ist.
- Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Keil (5) in einem Stück, insbesondere aus Stahl, hergestellt ist.
- Abdecksystem (1) einer Krone (F) einer Mauer (M), die konfiguriert ist, um mit einem Isolationskomplex (CI) bedeckt zu sein, wobei das System mindestens ein Abdeckprofil (2) umfasst, das auf den Keilen (5) von mindestens zwei Befestigungsvorrichtungen (4) montiert ist, die nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche ausgebildet sind, wobei die Befestigungsvorrichtungen (4) entlang des Profils (2) voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Abdecksystem (1) nach Anspruch 7, das ferner eine Führung (3) umfasst, die auf den Keilen (5) durch Zusammenarbeit mit den Gewindeöffnungen (53, 54) der Keile (5) verschraubt ist, wobei die Führung (3) das Abdeckprofil (2) mit Hilfe von mindestens einem Verriegelungsteil (31) am Platz hält, das in der Führung (3) montiert ist und ausgebildet, um das Abdeckprofil (2) auf der Führung (3) zu verriegeln.
- Abdecksystem (1) nach Anspruch 8, wobei die Führung (3) zwei Verriegelungsteile (31) aufweist, die in der Führung (3) an jedem der Enden der Führung montiert sind, um sich auf dem Profil (2) abzustützen und es auf der Führung (3) verankert zu halten.
- Montage eines Abdecksystems (1) auf einer Krone (F) einer Mauer (M), die konfiguriert ist, um mit einem Isolationskomplex (CI) bedeckt zu sein, wobei das Abdecksystem (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 ausgebildet ist, wobei jede Befestigungsvorrichtung (4) in Benutzungsposition auf der Krone (F) der Mauer (M) mit Hilfe seiner einzigen Schraube (6) befestigt ist, die sowohl den entsprechenden Keil (5) und den Isolationskomplex (CI) durchquert, um sich in die Krone (F) der Mauer (M) zu schrauben, wobei sich jeder Keil (5) auf dem Isolationskomplex (CI) abstützt, um für das Abdeckprofil (2) einen stabilen Sitz zu bilden.
- Montageverfahren eines Abdeckungssystems (1), das einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9 entspricht, auf einer Krone (F) einer Mauer (M), die mit einem Isolationskomplex (CI) bedeckt ist, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Herstellen von mindestens zwei Bohrungen, die den Isolationskomplex (CI) durchqueren und die Krone (F) der Mauer (M) perforieren, wobei die Bohrungen entlang der Krone (F) der Mauer (M) voneinander beabstandet sind;- Platzieren von mindestens zwei Keilen (5) auf dem Isolationskomplex (CI), wobei die in die Keile (5) eingearbeiteten Durchgangsöffnungen (55) über den Bohrungen fluchten;- Befestigen der Keile (5) durch Schrauben mit Hilfe von Schrauben (6), die die Keile (5) durchqueren und in die Bohrungen eingreifen, um sich in die Krone (F) der Mauer (M) zu schrauben; und- Montage des Abdeckprofils (2) auf den Keilen (5), insbesondere mit Hilfe von Führungen (3), die zuvor auf den Keilen (5) befestigt wurden.
